This review is for first-time lipo seekers, especially those new to plastic surgery. Smart lipo sounds less intimidating but isn't ideal if you have higher body fat. It's better for minimal fat or specific stubborn areas. I have a mid-size/ hour glass body type and wish this had received more verbal transparency during my consultation. Dr. Moody assured me I'd get the results I wanted during my consultation and I trusted her word. In January 2024, I had smart lipo with Dr. Moody on my upper/lower abdomen and lower bra fat for $7,000. I was unsatisfied, feeling more fat could have been removed. When I expressed my concerns about my results (around 4months) I was told my results were the way that they were because of the anatomy of my abdomen muscles.. my thing is, if there were limitations on the amount of fat that could be taken out due to my body type, that should've been disclosed to me during my consultation -- but I will be updating this review to show photos of my abdomen soon because you guys will be able to clearly see what I'm talking about with visuals attached *** About two weeks ago, I got a free revision from Dr. Cox. However, I felt unheard because I mentioned issues with my lower abdomen, especially around my belly button, but only a small section under my belly button was addressed. I believe he did the bare minimum to save costs and didn't consider my overall appearance. There isn't enough space to say how much I love this place. I started going here back in 2021 when I was looking for a laser hair removal place that knew how to care for dark skin. The place was sophisticated, reasonably priced, catered to my needs, answered every question and I adore all the ladies that work there. Rose is my star. She did my bikini area and made me feel so comfortable. After seeing those results, I decided to do my underarms and chin area. This place is officially apart of my monthly self-care routine! I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Cox to discuss Sculptsure. I took time off work drove up from the city for the appt. only to have him basically tell me he doesn't endorse the procedure and only inherited it with the practice, he wouldn't have purchased the machines otherwise. He provided the data about results which I already read on the website and he didn't even look at my body to see I was a candidate, which his surgical coordinator seemed surprised by. He could have told me this on the phone and not wasted my time. Gee maybe remove it from your offerings if you don't support it. All he wants to do is Lipo it would seem. I've been coming to WIFH every 6 weeks for the past year now, and I finally successfully finished my laser hair removal procedure! The process was seamless! I initially went for a consultation and spoke with Reagan, one of the nurse practitioners, and she made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. Each time I went in for a session it was the same process, and my procedure often lasted only 5-10 minutes. The laser can be a bit uncomfortable, but never unbearable. I sometimes take two ibuprofen before I go, and that helps. The NPs always ensure that you are comfortable every step of the way, which I appreciated. The two nurse practitioners for my procedures were Reagan and Julia. Both ladies are very kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. Once you finish a session the front desk staff will proceed to schedule your next appointment for you. I can't rave enough about how personable all the staff at WIFH are. From my first apt for Botox to adding on laser hair removal each visit is great! Communication is top notch and not just available via phone calls which is a bonus for me. Being an icu night shift nurse, rearranging and scheduling appointments isn't always the easiest for me. This is my go to med face place in Atlanta. I see Shannon who is a nurse. If I am getting needles or lasers put on my face I would rather that person have a medical degree of some sort. The location is great. Very easy to get to and parking is free. I really hate to pay for parking. I have had a few procedures done and have always been happy with the service and price. Always on time (even if I am not). They never try to upsell me on things that I don't want or need. I have gone to a few other places that keep trying to get rid of my freckles. I LIKE MY FRECKLES! This place came highly recommended and now I know why. I was so impressed with everything about this place. It is conveniently located near the Perimeter area. I was able to easily schedule an appointment by calling. The office staff was so pleasant to speak with. When I arrived, I was taken back to get my first HydraFacial with Sarah. The entire process took about an hour and I left feeling very satisfied. My skin was extremely dry and dehydrated and the HydraFacial machine had all the bells and whistles to bring my skin back to life. Not to mention, that Sarah knows her stuff. She shared some great skin tips with me and made me feel very comfortable. She did not try to persuade me to buy products from them, nor did she insist on me coming back to get additional treatments. She even gave me a free sample of serum, so I could try it out before purchasing it. I thought that was very sweet of her! I left the office with a nice glow and my skin was clear, clean, plump and moisturized like I had never seen it before. This facial is definitely worth the price. Make sure you sign up for their newsletters that are sent via email. They offer monthly specials and luckily I was able to get a Deluxe Hydra facial at a very discounted price. I typically see Reagan or Kristina (depending on availability) for Botox, both are great to work with. The ONLY laser hair removal office you should go to. It is pricey and painful, but so worth it! The staff is super nice and the technicians are the best. Very professional cosmetic doctor's office. I did the Brazilian bikini package which was just under $1,000 and it came with free underarms- 8 sessions 6 weeks apart which took approx. a year. I highly recommend purchasing the ultracaine numbing cream (which WIFH prescribes via an online pharmacy that ships it to you), otherwise it would have not been bareable. I heard about WIFH through a friend who had a great experience. I had previously done laser hair removal for underarms with a Groupon at a different establishment which covered 6 sessions but did not get rid of it completely. This time around, underarms didn't hurt as much since most of it was already gone. But I definitely felt way more comfortable and confident in WIFH compared to those other laser places on Groupon. Results: I would say it's 98% gone in both areas! So with all that being said, I definitely recommend WIFH! read more

First, I must say Dr. Kulkin and his staff well exceeded all of my expectations! After a year of tossing the idea of having Smartlipo, I decided to go for it. I can understand why this team continues to receive so many awards year after year. From the consultation through post-op, they are in contact with you every step of the way! I'd always been hesitant to do laser hair reduction since I wondered if the cost would be justified by the results. I'd heard mixed thoughts from friends, who either used groupons that resulted in ineffective treatments or had been promised 100% removal. The thing I loved most about WIFH is that they set expectations upfront: about 80% hair reduction. After almost a year and a half of laser hair reduction treatments, I actually have probably 85-90% reduction, so needless to say they surpassed my expectations. My primary goals were to eliminate ingrown hairs, reduce overall hair, and reduce the frequency I needed to shave/wax. Those goals were met! I no longer have ingrown hairs at all. My hair grows super slowly and sparsely. I rarely shave, and there are areas where hair hasn't grown in a year already. I couldn't be more pleased! read more

If one has dark hair with light skin(like Eastern Asians), she/he probably only needs only four of the sessions and WIFH will refund the rest in cash within 4 sessions. I first visited WIFH back in 2007 to see what the whole laser hype was about. My friend recommended them and I was glad she did. After the initial consultation I bought a $2000 package that my consultant made sure included the best deals for what I wanted. After committing she handed me a disposable razor and told me to go ahead and dry shave the areas to be treated. With much reluctance I followed the instructions. It didn't really hurt too much, but after the first treatment my skin looked horrible! I was mortified. Thankfully I'd been prepared for this or I would have freaked out. Advice: do your first few treatments when you have a long weekend or holiday ahead of you so that your skin can recover a bit before facing the public. I did a few areas - most notably my lady parts. Five years later I'm not entirely hair-free, but the reduction was very significant. I've never regretted it! The staff here is very professional and made me feel comfortable at all times. And that after-treatment facial lotion is AMAZING. I wanted to bathe in it. All in all a great place - from check-in to post-treatment. Would go back for sure! read more

I've been coming to see Dr. Kulkin for years at wifh and I've always been very pleased. When I was in my twenties I purchased a package for face, neck, and chest laser hair removal from them, followed through with all the rules as best I could, & have had wonderful results. ( I'm 33) I'd say for the first several years after completing the process, I had about 80% reduction. I do have have to come in for touch ups sometimes every year, & sometimes ( like the last two visits ) every 6 months, but apparently that's normal for some lady hormones. The last visit I was upset thinking we didn't get each spot, & it came back so quick, but Dr. Kulkin spent the time with me and did an awesome laser job that lasted several months. ..now, I'm having to go back again. ..but I guess my face is just freggn' hairy :/. read more

I love this office. Every time I come in, I have a wonderful experience with each of the staff members. They do their best to make each patient that walks in to feel they are family. I've been to other facilities that offer similar procedures and I was definitely overcharged at the other facilities and they definitely lack the same level of class that WIFH provides.
