I have heard multiple good words from friends and read online about WIFH and had them scoped out for when I chose to invest in laser hair removal. I was quoted from a smaller hair removal firm but was not satisfied with their practice and saw an ad that WIFH would price match at the time to solidify my choice. Not only did Dr. Kulkin personally take the time to meet with me and read through the proposal quote from competing firm, he educated me on the lasers they were using, what potential results (or lack thereof) would be and what to look for whether I chose WIFH or elsewhere so I could better make the decision for myself. Then he price matched their quote and helped guide me through process. He did not bat an eye when I requested a female for my bikini laser hair removal and made the process seamless and informative without being overwhelming, not to mention an incredible value. While the final results are not 100% hair free it is a substantial result and I will never have to shave before getting into my swimsuit again. Hot tub in the winter? No problem. Impromptu pool party? Count me in. Shannon at WIFH is also AMAZING and the only one I prefer to see for annual touch ups just because I like to be extra 'clean". She knows her stuff and sets expectations well so you know what to expect at every stage. I had the Smartlipo procedure done on my abs, arms and chin. I am only 5 days out but already have taken a progress picture that is dramatically improved. I know as the swelling reduces, these results will become even better. The office staff are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. Dr. Kulkin is very comforting and has a very relaxing nature that kept me cool and calm throughout the entire procedure, which by the way, was so easy. Very minimal pain and the recovery has been uncomfortable but super manageable. I was out shopping the next day. I'm so thankful I didn't do a tummy tuck as I was initially planning on doing. I have been going to Dr. Kulkin and his staff for years and was excited to hear about MiraDry when it first came out. After reading up on the procedure and knowing that Dr. Kukin and his team deliver superb services, I decided to schedule the consult/procedure. The office was very accommodating as I live a few hours away. They also reassured me from the beginning that driving myself home after the procedure would not be an issue. I arrived the morning of MiraDry and of course Charlotte (NP) was ready to go. She explained the process step-by-step and exactly what to expect. She was right on. After Charlotte completed the prep work, Dr. Kulkin began the infusion to numb my underarms. It was easy--one small "sting" then the remainder of the numbing technique was fairly simple. I didn't feel much at all. When it was time for the actual Miradry, I felt absolutely nothing. My drive home was easy and I stayed numb for several hours. Post-operatively, I was swollen and tender for a few days, but it did not limit me in my routine/activities. I used Motrin for the first few days. I had no sweating for several weeks, then at about 6 weeks noticed I had some minimal sweating during appropriate times. I am currently 2 months out from the procedure and have 75% overall reduction. I am very happy that I don't have to think about what to wear based on sweating--that is huge! I was very pleased with Dr. Kulkin and the entire WIFH team throughout the entire process. They definitely go out of their way to stay in contact with you and make sure you are more than satisfied with your results. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! read more

This is my favorite beauty spa! The staff is incredibly understanding, respectful and caring. Plus they are transparent about their pricing and their rooms are very private. I am olive color with dark hair and wanted to do bikini laser hair removal. They guided me through the process, chose the best laser for me, prescribed numbing cream and even gave me a few extra sessions when I had not received optimal results at the end of my package. I've struggled my entire life with hyperhidrosis, a.k.a. excessive sweating. It didn't matter if I was cold or hot, in a T-shirt, in winter when it's snowing, there was always an embarrassing wetness and odor. I had previously considered Botox, which can reduce sweating but costs from $1100- $2000 and lasts 3-6 months. Not conducive to my budget, especially when lots of people need it every 3 months, I chose to stick with dark colors, prescription strength deodorant, and dealt with it. When I first heard about miraDry, I was immediately intrigued but also a little skeptical. The thought of using microwave energy to destroy my sweat and odor glands, seemed a little scary and painful. After reading many, many online reviews, it seemed like lots of people didn't see the reduction of sweat and odor they wanted and/or were not completely numb, making the procedure excruciating. However, I realized where you had the procedure done was the most important part of this procedure. When I came across WIFH, it was not the closest office, by a long shot, but all their reviewers spoke highly of their experiences. I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Melissa, who is the miraDry coordinator at WIFH. She was extremely helpful and patient, answered all my millions of questions, and provided me different payment options. She explained that she has had the procedure and told me about the numbing technique Dr. Kulkin uses called tumescent numbing, which creates a numbing cushion and nerve block. Instead of up to 100 shots of lidocaine per arm, there is only one shot per arm. Melissa was able to fit me in within the week and was very flexible and accommodating to my schedule. On the day of my procedure, I was nervous but from the moment I walked into the office, all the staff was amazing and made me feel right at home. When I met Charlotte all my anxiety was eased, she was so sweet and gentle. After putting a temporary tattoo grid on my underarm, Dr. Kulkin came in to numb. I was very nervous about not being able to get numb but you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, and has mastered the tumescent numbing technique. It was a little pinch and then I did not feel anything, it almost seemed too good to be true. After that Charlotte began and not once did I feel anything. It was fantastic. The two hours flew by and before I knew it, I was done. I actually was able to go to work directly after and did not take have to miss any work. I definitely followed the aftercare instructions and iced on and off for a day and a half. It has been a month and I am 100% happy with miraDry, no sweating or odor. It's truly magical. I would recommend miraDry at WIFH to everyone. It has literally changed my life. I came here for tattoo removal services. I called on a Friday to set-up a consultation (free), and the receptionist said that she could get me in the next day! I was like a Saturday really? :) I got to meet with the doctor that morning. He was very personable and made feel so comfortable. But WIFH has made me a believer. My story is probably similar to many people that have excessive underarm sweat. I was frustrated after trying every remedy available: prescription creams and anti-perspirants and even Botox injections to try and stop my embarrassing underarm sweat, but to no avail. I had read an article about miraDry, a simple procedure to reduce and in some cases totally eliminates underarm sweat and what I really liked was it was permanent. After much research I made an appointment for a consultation and my procedure at WIFH. I don't live in Georgia so I was thrilled when I called to schedule and Melissa said they could do the procedure on the same day as my consultation, so convenient! Dr. Kulkin and his nurse practitioner, Charlotte, along with the entire WIFH staff are honest and truly the most experienced, professional team of people you will ever work with. I can't say enough about them. The numbing technique that Dr. Kulkin uses is awesome. I had 1 shot in each underarm and then he infused numbing solution under the skin. It was very comfortable and it completely numbed my underarm, I felt absolutely nothing during the procedure, which lasted almost 2 hours. I had some mild swelling and tenderness for a couple of days after the procedure, but nothing major. I could tell a difference immediately. I had Cellulaze, SmartLipo, and a fat graft done at WIFH a little over a month ago. I saw the Cellulaze procedure featured on Good Morning America years ago, and knew it was going to be the only answer to what I was experiencing with my legs. I was so happy to discover WIFH just a few hours away from my home in Tennessee and I scheduled the consultation. Fast forward to 4 weeks ago when I had the procedures. When I called WIFH, I was able to get pricing over the phone and they were even able to fit me in for a consultation a matter of hours before! The front office staff, aestheticians, and Dr. Kulkin are the friendliest and most knowledgeable by far! They have a genuine desire to make you look and feel your absolute best. I actually think they are very pleasant. However, after two treatments of laser hair removal on my face and neck, I broke out horribly. It was horrible! My skin has never looked so bad, I also had sensitivity to my front teeth from laser. When I brought up what was going on with the Dr. he denied the laser treatment could cause such a thing. After doing research online I have found it to be true and just recently looked at the pictures from that experience and it look like little burn marks all over my face. My face healed after a few months, but allot of damage was done and little hairs I was so concerned with have stil grown back. I was given a refund for sessions not used but at the end it was just a waiste of money with no postive results. Everything should have been returned due to the damage done. SCULPSURE WIFH is wonderful! The office is spacious and beautiful. Dr. Kulkin and his staff are the best. When I learned they were offering Sculpture, I had to check it out. I am of average size and weight. I work out often and eat pretty healthy. However, I have some stubborn areas. I went to WIFH for a consultation. After a thorough assessment and discussion of my expectations and possible results, I decided to have the procedure done on my upper arms. The procedure was quick and virtually painless. No downtime, no redness. It was great. By far my easiest cosmetic procedure to date. After two weeks I decided I wanted to have my hips/flanks and abdomen done as well. Again, quick, easy and painless. I was very excited to start seeing my results, even though I knew it would take several weeks. After about two months I noticed my arms, hips/flanks and abdomen looking much better, smooth, flat, less jiggle. I was so excited. I am very pleased with my results and the overall procedure. Very disappointed in the phone conversation. I was looking forward to being a long time client but I refuse to give them any business. I recently moved out here from Los angles and have been in search of a place to get all my med spa work done. I was extremely happy when I found a place literally in the next building over from where I live. Unfortunately that excitement was very short lived. I had reached out to them via yelp was happy with the reviews got a prompt response back only to be told that full payment is due when you book. I am a med spa junkie and in the past 5 years spent well over 40-50,000 in med spa and cosmetic surgery procedures. . If you feel like you can't trust me to pay or show up for my appointment then I definitely can't trust you to get a facial. Sorry but my trust in someone touching my face is much more necessary then your fear of me not showing up. Not sure how they plan to stay in business for very long. I have been to other places for my touchups and pay the same price but the people are less experienced. I had smart lipo done on my abdomen the beginning of April 2018. Dr Kulkin and his staff are AMAZING! Best decision I've made to help get rid of my stubborn area. I have been going to WIFH for several years now for Botox and fillers and had been pleased with the service and staff. However, This year I have been disappointed. I typically see Reagan who I highly recommend, but I saw Shannon the past couple of times who I do not recommend. My first visit with her I asked for a heavy dose of Botox for my frown line as it has been established at this point that I need a heavier dose in that area. She talked me into a lighter dose since I have been going regularly and shouldn't need as heavy a dose. Well, I had to return a couple of weeks later for another injection, because it was too light a dose which means I had to pay more money. She even made me feel like a freak of nature that I still had frown lines, commented the last time she gave me a pretty heavy dose the first visit... Bottom line it didn't work. So I had to go in again for a third visit to get another injection because the frown lines were still showing. I requested not to be paired with Shannon, since I do not seem to get good results with her, and this time I got the doctor. He said that as we get older we often times need heavier doses, which I am fine with, but I wish he would share that secret with Shannon, because it would have saved me time and money. Of course I had to pay again for the injection, and this has turned out to be an expensive Botox experience for the frown lines. I had been a loyal customer for several years, but that was my last visit. read more
