The headspa treatment itself was like the best parts of having someone shampoo/condition your hair as well as giving a head, neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards your hair is toweled dry and you're able to blowdry your hair yourself with their hairdryer. They also have combs, brushes, shower caps, hair ties, mousse and hair spray available for use.

Becca took extra time and care to listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment plan that we both felt comfortable with. My results are natural and subtle but also very effective. However, when it came to my lower face, Ana convinced me to just "trust her." She ended up treating the entire left side of my hairline without me identifying that area as problematic and asking for that area to be treated. When I tried to alert her during treatment that it felt like she was going too far, she continued to move her device quickly along my hairline and told me not to worry because "I (Ana) have to love it more than you (client)." Because her treatments are so effective, I have experienced permanent hair reduction in those areas and now have to seriously consider hair restoration surgery to restore my hairline. She also accidentally lasered over the tattoo behind my ear causing a burn blister. I know it was an accident but it has all been quite traumatizing and has affected my self-confidence. Ana has told me she cannot provide financial compensation for her mistakes that have had permanent effects. If you are going to seek hair removal services from Ana, please stay away from the face/head.

In my experience, because Ana may be busy and does not keep Monday through Friday hours, making an appointment can be challenging. I don't have the bandwidth or motivation to make repetitive calls and wait for callbacks that never come. Although I will look for another provider with easier, more reliable scheduling, I cannot overstate the recommendation for Ana to utilize an web-based, online scheduling system for the benefit of her clients.

I left Opulor feeling so much more optimistic, confident and positive. They will not fit you in a faja until you stop leaking which is appreciated. And you have to have a spaghetti strapped shirt or i wore a romper, in order to try on and be fitted. I believe who helped me was Ty and she was so helpful. She told me what i was doing wrong and to slow down and let my body heal properly. TRUST THE PROCESS! She took my measurements and helped me into a much better fitting faja on the first try.
