I have suffered from acne my entire life, trying everything under the sun at my dermatologist (including accurate). While this held off my severe acne for a couple of years, I began breaking out worse than I ever had before in May 2019. After countless months of trying different products and pills, I found AAS in December of 2019. After seeing all the positive reviews, I thought I would give it a try because I had nothing to loose and WOW!!! I have never seen such a miraculous turn around of acne so fast. After ONE appointment, my friends and family were in shock by how much my skin improved. Fast forward a couple weeks and by February 2020 I haven't had a single breakout since and have been working hard with AAS to get rid of my acne scars. Logistically - soooo easy: in the Cherokee Plaza on Peachtree in Brookhaven on the left of the Kroger; you park right there in the surface lot and walk into the "Salon Lofts" door and they are right there on the left. (no parking structures, no expiring meters, no finding the ticket - you park and walk in. All same level for anyone with stairs issues) There are a bunch of cool spaces in there. You feel special just walking in. The design is beautiful. Eryn was booked so Mariame stayed later to fit me in. This is the kind of commitment they have to their clients - new and returning. Mariame studied Biology and Chemistry as well as skin care so she really knows her products. She picked the pumpkin line for sensitive skin. It smelled so good you could eat it. No parabens too. I bought her recommendations and the prices for those were good too. Eryn recommended the microdermabrasion and Mariame's sure hand did a marvelous job. ZERO pain or discomfort, she got every square centimeter. There is a visible difference - a good one. I was super nervous because of previous damage to my skin caused by a medical doctor...an actual MD. Mariame and Eryn started the fixing process. The facial itself was relaxing and M does a great massage too on neck and shoulder muscles. I nearly fell asleep. They take credit cards - and you can TEXT or email for an appointment! My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! On both calls, she was rude, dismissive, and had an unnecessarily unpleasant attitude. There was no reason for the tone or lack of professionalism I experienced. Patient interactions should be handled with courtesy and respect, and that was completely missing in these conversations. One bad interaction can be overlooked, but having the same experience twice points to a larger customer service issue. Management should address this, because no patient should be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when calling the office.
