**Extremely disappointed with LaserAway's lack of response and customer service.**…read more I had an account opened using my personal information for a service I did not purchase. I contacted LaserAway after being directed to their team by the collection agency handling the account and provided documentation explaining that this was fraudulent. What is especially concerning is that the date of birth associated with the patient/account was **not my date of birth**. I asked LaserAway a very straightforward question: **What identification was verified when this service was purchased, and how did my personal information become associated with this account?** I sent **multiple emails requesting an investigation and a written response**, including asking how the patient's identity was verified, what identification was provided, and what steps LaserAway was taking to address the issue. Other than contact from the provider, I received **no meaningful response from LaserAway**. I had to file a police report and disputes with the credit bureaus and collection agency to address the situation, and the fraudulent account negatively affected my credit and caused significant stress. For a company handling customers' personal and financial information, I find the lack of communication extremely disappointing. I expected LaserAway to take an identity/fraud complaint seriously and provide basic answers about how my information became attached to an account that was not mine. **I would strongly encourage LaserAway to improve its process for handling identity theft and fraudulent accounts, as well as its communication with customers who are trying to resolve these issues.**

Do not go to Milan Laser -- extremely expensive with little to no results…read more I went into this process with realistic expectations. I understood laser hair removal isn't truly "permanent," but I expected a significant reduction in hair growth. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. From the beginning, there were red flags. I initially signed up on a payment plan and later tried to pay it off early, but was told I couldn't. Instead, my account was transferred, and I had to continue payments through Milan. That lack of flexibility was frustrating. During that same process, a representative tried to upsell me to a full-body package for "less than $1,000 more," only to later say that price didn't actually apply to me. That made me question the pricing structure and transparency, especially knowing others are clearly paying less. Before starting treatment, I specifically raised concerns about whether my hair type would respond well to laser. I was reassured that if the nurses determined it wouldn't be effective, I could either switch treatment areas or receive a refund. Based on that, I moved forward. Fast forward 17 months of consistent treatments every 5 weeks--and I've seen little to no improvement. My facial hair has had virtually zero reduction, and my leg hair growth is still significant enough that I have to maintain a strict 5-week schedule just to manage it. That is not the outcome I was promised. To get a second opinion, I visited a dermatologist. They confirmed that after this amount of time, I should have seen significantly more hair reduction. In fact, they noted no visible improvement on my face at all. On top of that, scheduling appointments is incredibly difficult. You have to book months in advance due to limited staffing. Recently, I had an appointment scheduled for March 27, only to be told last minute that no nurse would be available. The next option they gave me was 4 weeks later--which doesn't work when treatments are supposed to follow a consistent cycle. Because of their booking issues, I already had another appointment scheduled 5 weeks out, so this just created more disruption. Overall, this experience has been frustrating, expensive, and disappointing. I have followed every guideline and stayed consistent with treatments, yet have not seen the results that were promised. I would not recommend Milan Laser to anyone and am actively seeking a refund.

But there was no other follow-up to confirm i was aware that they had no provider available and needed to reschedule. As other reviews have said, scheduling is difficult. I don't have flexibility during the work week, and appointments on the weekend are limited. I paid in January and will have to wait till March now for my first treatment (and pray that a provider remains available). I was very excited to try this but for the amount of money spent, it needs to be easier to schedule and communication needs to be better.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON…read more I trusted SEV Laser with my skin, and I deeply regret it. The problems started long before the injury. At one appointment, I arrived and was told I was 40 minutes early, so I waited outside. After waiting the entire time, I came back inside approximately five minutes after a text that they were ready for me because I had to finish a work call, only to be turned away and forced to reschedule. That should have been my warning sign about how little they value their clients' time. After my first lower-leg laser treatment, I developed a significant rash and irritation that lasted for about a week. Before my second appointment, I showed the technician photos of the reaction and explained exactly what had happened. Rather than treating this as a serious concern, she left the room and returned claiming she had consulted with a nurse who supposedly determined it was a normal reaction. The problem? The nurse never even saw the photos because my phone never left the room. Despite my documented reaction, the technician proceeded with treatment and (as I later found out) INCREASED the laser intensity. Within hours, my legs were covered in painful hives and blisters. I could barely sleep. I could barely focus on work. My skin looked and felt like it had been burned. When I attempted to contact the salon, my calls went unanswered and were never returned. I ultimately had to show up in person because no one could be bothered to respond. Ironically, the technician who evaluated me afterward immediately acknowledged what never should have happened in the first place. She told me the previous technician likely should not have used that type of laser on my skin tone and should absolutely not have increased the settings after seeing evidence of my previous reaction. Let that sink in. I raised concerns. I brought photographic evidence. I showed up for my appointment. I trusted their expertise. And they proceeded anyway. When the manager finally became involved, there was no accountability, no urgency, and no meaningful solution. Instead of concern for the damage done to my skin, I was met with defensiveness and handed a bottle of cheap vitamin oil as though that somehow addressed the situation. I was told the matter would be "escalated to the medical team," yet I never received any meaningful follow-up. I later sought a second opinion from a dermatologist. The dermatologist confirmed that treatment should never have proceeded under these circumstances, particularly not at an increased intensity. I was also informed that I may be left with permanent hyperpigmentation and scarring. In addition she advised me: NEVER RETURN TO THAT PLACE. Read that again: I sought laser hair removal and may now be left with permanent skin damage. What is most alarming is not that a reaction occurred. Any cosmetic procedure carries risks. What is unacceptable is that clear warning signs were ignored, treatment was escalated despite evidence of a prior reaction, my concerns were dismissed, and nobody seemed interested in taking responsibility once the damage was done. I have requested a refund and reported this provider. If you value your skin, your health, your safety, and your peace of mind, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. There are countless laser providers in Atlanta. Choose one that listens to patients, follows proper safety protocols, and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. SEV Laser failed me at every stage of this process, and I would never trust them with my skin again.

I'm leaving this review because of how my sister was treated at Ideal Image Laser in Atlanta before…read morethe location closed. She was burned during a laser treatment, and when she attempted to address the injury and seek accountability, the situation was turned around on her. She was made to feel as though she was the problem, as if her concerns were irrational or unwarranted, rather than those of a client who had been harmed. Instead of taking responsibility or working toward a resolution, the response escalated to the point where she was trespassed from the location for simply advocating for herself. Watching a legitimate concern be reframed as misconduct was deeply disturbing. What's even more concerning is that individuals connected to this now-closed location are currently involved with Sev Laser in Atlanta. From what I've seen, there was never acknowledgment or resolution of the harm done before moving forward under a new business name. Laser treatments are medical-adjacent services that demand accountability, professionalism, and transparency. When something goes wrong, silencing or removing the client instead of addressing the issue is unacceptable. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions.

Let me tell you it did not let me down! I bought a package for unlimited laser hair removal for a year and 3 microdermabrasion facial package. The estheticians are very knowledgeable and meticulous with their craft. I had the pleasure of having Kristen as my esthetician and you can tell she is passionate about her vocation. She does a skin analysis before starting the procedure to pin point your individual needs & goes over recommendations for future treatments to reach your desired skin goals. I had a variety of laser hair removal technicians assist me throughout the year but notes are taken to make sure that your procedures are done safely and accurately. Please note that the hair removal is not completely permanent but if you continue with the sessions you don't get hair growth in between waiting periods [every 6-7 weeks]. It's less costly than waxing, so still a win for me. Per Kristen's suggestion we are advancing to micro - needling as the best course of action for my skin. Which I'm excited to see the results once done. My skin looks and feels amazing thus far. There is plenty of complementary parking, so it's always a plus in my book when you don't have to spend extra dime on that. The spa is located on the 5th floor of the building, just adding this piece of information so you don't get lost as I did the first time. Hehe. I found that booking was simple. I called in for appointments so can't comment online bookings but if you have trouble just give them a call and they can assist you with your needs. As stated before I plan on coming back to continue my skin journey with Kristen. So if you like smooth and radiant skin this place is for you.

Unfortunately, we left before the consultation even began due to the way we were treated by the reception staff. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists were dismissive and unfriendly. At first, I thought I might be overthinking it, but I noticed they spoke much more politely to other clients who came in while we were there. Even my 16-year-old daughter quietly commented that she felt they were being rude to us. While completing the intake forms, I added my daughter as a minor using the option provided. I was then told we needed separate forms and was instructed to enter my daughter's correct day and month of birth but use my birth year instead. I politely questioned why I would knowingly enter incorrect information on a form I would later sign. The response I received was simply, "That's how it is," and I was offered a business card if I wanted to complain. Having worked in a similar field, I didn't feel comfortable with that process, so I calmly asked them to cancel our consultation. I was polite throughout the interaction and never raised my voice or behaved disrespectfully. As my daughter and I were walking out, both receptionists laughed loudly behind us. Whether it was directed at us or not, the timing made it feel incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't like making assumptions or accusing people of discrimination without evidence, so I sincerely hope this wasn't a case of racial bias. However, I do hope management addresses the professionalism and customer service of the front desk staff, because first impressions matter. Sadly, we left without receiving our consultation, and we will not be returning.

The first time, they treated me on an IPL machine that targeted brown spots. I noticed the effects right away, with my freckles appearing darker before they eventually came off a week later. During my second appointment, they booked me with a dual IPL machine calibrated towards both reds and browns. This also worked well with my skin. Since I am of asian decent, I am of higher risk of side effects when IPL is not administered properly, so the staff was very careful and considerate. Pain wise, I would rate this treatment a 6/10. Not pleasant, but not traumatic either. Forewarning for those considering IPL to target redness and spider veins: while you might notice a decrease in redness, my aesthetician informed me that this effect is temporary! Eventually the veins will resurface :( Both appointments were quick and easy, and I am very satisfied with the results. side note-- this is definitely a side effect, but I also noticed that the hair on my upper lip was zapped away and never really grew back post-treatment. A nice bonus! But don't worry, they make sure to stay far away from your beautiful brows and hairline
