I absolutely love this place. They make me feel valued for my business. I invested in a series of 4 facial peels back in December, to the tune of $1000. That, along with the ZoSkin products, has completely changed my face, especially in terms of sun damage, which is almost gone. I was having to wear heavier and heavier foundation and concealer to cover my freckles and sunspots up. Now I can get by with the Alastin tinted moisturizer and a little powder. I forgot how much I missed seeing my actual skin, after all those years of having to fake it with makeup. This is not the only place in the metro area that does skincare, sure. But they treat customers so well. Roseanne and Amber were wonderful with recommendations for my daily skincare regimen, and what I especially appreciate is that the front desk staff remembers my name when I come in. I would never expect that, but it's such a nice touch. They feel like family. I also appreciate the occasional free gifts as well as the 10% discount when I buy 3+ products. I also highly recommend their monthly membership charge. It's so worth it, because I buy the products anyway. I've been very happy with this program. Thank you so much to the entire staff. For my birthday my daughter gifted me a couple of scarlet facials which as a lay person I may say it wrong but I think it means it's microneedling with laser. Anyway it's supposed to help reduce my wrinkles! Amber was the one that I went to and she's really sweet and I think did a great job. I noticed the next day that my face already looks a bit better to me and I know it's not going to change overnight but I'm looking forward to the end results since I have two more sessions and then a facial. I think this is something that I'm going to maintain on my own meaning coming back for other things. I would definitely recommend this Spa. Looking forward to have beautiful skin. I rarely post reviews but I feel like this needs to be noted and help other who are considering the same. First timer to radiance med spa on 5/8/2020... with excitement to do something good for myself out of quarantine. Two ladies up front were very nice at check in and ready for the new normal of the covid situation. I had an IPL laser treatment followed by a lash lift/tint. Please be aware that the esthetician has 15 year experience (but new to this med spa) was dishonest on her knowledge of lash lifts, which she admitted to me when I was crying after the procedure and seeing my results. This "seasoned" esthetician OVER processed my right eyelashes and by over processed... I mean (chemically) BURNED my lashes. She also did not take the time to perfectly time (use a timer on ANY step) as well as separate my lashes so I had "bird nest" looking lashes...crossing all directions, tightly curled and bundled up on the bottom of my eyelid. My left set of lashes did not even look to be touched by the perming product. Not only did my lashes look terrible but she also used a harsh glue to glue on the roller piece onto my eyelid for the "curling affect". It was painful when she took off the roller and my eyelids were swollen for 2 days. Do yourself a favor if you are looking to do anything with your lashes here... it's not worth it!! PLEASE book with an eyelash specialist in the area. I was blessed to have found another company in the buckhead area that fit me today and tried to fix my damage lashes the best they could! They immediately said my ends were burnt off and lashes were very damaged from over processing. That it looked like the perming product cover my whole lash when it should only be from the bottom to middle lash minimum... This other place in buckhead was a WORLD of difference with the experience from start to finish of someone who really cared and knew what they were doing with lashes! I will be sure to take this as a live and learn experience as it was a very traumatic .... I will always ask for proof of skill set from now on. I do need to say the owner of radiance med spa, Amber was great in the situation. Amber truly did try to help the best that she could and did check in. Which I appreciate greatly but overall it did not help my situation. I truly do hate to give a bad review since everyone was nice and I'm sure this med spa is better in other areas but lashes are not it! read more

I had a very poor experience with my last botox appointment at Radiance. Prior appointments went well, however this procedure during this last visit was performed very differently to the point that it felt like I had visited a completely different business. The needle used was much thicker than in the past and resulted in a significant pain and bruising. The injection sites were were not correctly placed. As a result I ended up with more wrinkles than prior to the treatment and had new wrinkles in places on my forehead that never previously existed. It really seems that the person performing the procedure wasn't properly trained or was careless. I thought I would give Radiance another try but the results were so poor that I cannot overlook it and will need to visit a different botox provider in the future. read more

I love Radiance Medspa. The zen atmosphere and ambiance of the place is amazing. When you go back, everything is dark and lit by candles and I love that kind of atmosphere! Everyone is very kind and accommodating. I've actually been going there since right after it opened because I've lived in Vinings for eight years now. Amber is my esthetician, and we have spent many years catching up and getting to know each other. I only get waxing there, and I've had a facial or two, but I really love going. The prices are very reasonable for the area, and it's literally down the street from my house. I'll continue going there as they do a great job and are awesome all around.
