Found a great Groupon deal for a 60-minute signature facial here and found that it was super easy to book an appointment online, which was a huge plus. Parking was easy thanks to the large (although busy) parking lot. Elevators or stairs can take you up to the second floor to the spa. Very clean and beautifully decorated spa. My esthetician (Li) was great! We went over my skin care concerns and we talked through her list of questions so she could better understand my current skin care routine. She was very thorough. There were options to upgrade to different products which she mentioned but wasn't pushy about it. My actual facial was very relaxing. She gave a great arms massage while my face was being steamed that put me right to sleep. Her extractions were firm but not too painful. I did have some mild irritation/burning towards the end with one of the products but that went away when it was rinsed off. At the end, she had written out a list of suggestions for my at home skin care routine to better suit my needs. There wasn't any pitch to sell products. Just helpful tips like increasing my retinol strength. Overall, I had a very relaxing experience that was both enjoyable and helpful. Make sure to arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment, especially if it's your first time, to ensure that forms are completed and signed. I was greeted by the receptionist who asked me to complete the paperwork. Few minutes after waiting in the lobby area, my aesthetician arrives to lead me to a room where my facial will be done. I'm terrible with names but I believe her name was Reneta? She asked me couple of questions if I have any problem areas I'd like to focus on. She stepped out of the room so I could change and the relaxation begins. I thought her service was great. She was gentle and explained her steps as she was working on my face. She also answered my facial related questions promptly and professionally. I'm giving this place 4 stars since I have white heads that she wasn't able to remove since she's afraid she's going to bruise my face. Her facial was the BEST facial I have ever had( and there have been several). I felt so comfortable and at ease as she was cleansing my face. Love this place. I previously went to a plastic surgeon and before that a different doctor for my botox before I came to Pure Bliss and I feel like I've never had such amazing results. First off the inside is beautiful, I absolutely love the décor, the staff is so personable they all knew my name and were so nice. I got botox to the forehead and around my eyes for crows feet, the nurse practitioner was very conservative, I typically get 40 units or more of botox, other places always try to talk me into getting a lot but she only recommended 30 and promised a great result and I am beyond pleased. I also got fillers to the cheeks and under eyes and I love the difference. The results are subtle and I feel so much prettier, my eyes are more awake, my sunken dark circle pretty much vanished and my face looks lifted. My experience was great from start to finish. Love this beautiful spa. I'm so glad we this place. I went in for a facial and my friend who has battled with acne for so long did the acne program-- and the treatment worked. She's been doing the acne program with laser genesis and her skin looks amazing. Went to the spa shortly after it opened and was pleased to with how well run the spa was for its grand opening.. I got facial fillers here and am now dealing with the emotional mess it has left me. I had them put filler underneath my eyes for dark circles and it left bags under my eyes. It Aged me years ahead of my time. After that I've had to go back three times to get the facial fillers removal and it has left a bluish pigmented color under my skin. Asked for my money back instead she gave me four units of Botox. Highly recommend if you want anything under the eyes do not go to this place. Writing this so woman do not have to go through what I've been going through. I have more issues now then when I walked in. I have pictures if anyone is curious too embarrassing to post. I don't often write Yelp reviews, but this place was exceptional. Pure Bliss is tucked in the corner of the Trader Joes shopping center in Sandy Springs. My wife came here for some botox treatments and some laser hair removal. When my wife mentioned botox could improve the horizontal lines on my forehead I was skeptical, but after a quick consultation with Asha and 20 units of botox later, I am incredibly happy with the results - the wrinkles are completely gone. Asha's background in emergency medicine as a nurse practitioner (NOT just a nurse, there's a huge difference) really put me at ease since I know she has some pretty steady hands, credible medical credentials, and lots of experience with procedures. Furthermore, I felt no pressure to get any more treatment than I was comfortable with, the prices here are very reasonable, things were explained things to me in a physiologic and scientific way (my background is also in medicine), and her eye for aesthetics was obvious from the previous treatments that my wife had received. I was upset to see a negative review about this place, in part because after going against Asha's recommendations, the reviewer tried to extort free treatments from her due to "emotional distress" (give me a break!). This motivated me to write this review because I see this behavior among patients in my job, too, and I don't think bullies on Yelp should undermine great businesses and medical practices alike. If you are like me and had a fantastic experience here, I encourage you to share it on Yelp like I have. Thanks for reading. Learned about this Spa on Instagram under a promo post that popped up on me news feed as a "Flash Sale". I get facials a lot so was excited to try a new place and appreciated the promo pricing but it wasn't necessary. I purchased two svcs - dermaplaning and a signature facial. I will probably not bundle svcs if I visit again because key elements that I was looking forward to on the facial such as extractions, shoulder and neck rub were eliminated because I chose an "add-on". When I asked about them the facialist said that because I chose an add on, that was usually the greatest portion of the service. When scheduling my appointment Id confirmed that all elements of the service would be rendered. And also when I arrived. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Groupon coupon-- of course the FIRST thing they did, after driving over 2 hours to get there, was up-sell me. I ended up spending 3x more than I wanted to, but heck I was there so like an idiot, I trusted them and did. I have never had anyone NOT stand by their work, especially at these prices. Their "botox" did not take in two areas and it was very obvious, making me very disappointed to say the least. I even waited 2 weeks to make sure. I called them, told them the situation, they told me "come on in we'll fix it, it will be complimentary." I distinctly heard COMPLIMENTARY. That is the ONLY reason I schlepped the 2+ hours back there. I fought traffic and got there on time, it was FREEZING cold by the way, just to add insult to injury. When I was in the chair she started telling me how much MORE it would cost me to FIX their SHODDY WORK. ???? That is when the girl behind the desk explained the "consultation" would be "complimentary". I didn't drive all the way down there for her to tell me what I already knew. FACT, your botox injections did NOT work, that is why I came back for them to fix the SUB PAR work. Nope, they wanted EVEN more money. Not gonna happen. I have NEVER had an establishment charge me AGAIN when THEIR inefficient application of botox did not work. Well, not until NOW that is. This was outrageous and I left very DISAPPOINTED.
