I have also had a facial done and for my first facial, Naaz made sure to explain the process to me and really cared about my skin concerns! I will definitely get a facial again once I can find the time. The storefront is located in a shopping center with other retail and restaurants, so there is ample parking! During the treatment, an exfoliant was applied to open up my pores, but the esthetician did not extract the blackheads or whiteheads from my face, particularly in the cheek area. I was a bit disappointed because, although I was paying for an acne facial, it felt more like a basic facial. I will not be returning to this location for facials. read more

My daughter and I scheduled 2 appointments one at 9am another at 9:20am and received reminder texts. We arrived 10-15 minutes early only to find out they don't open until 10am. This wax lady is a certified SCAM ARTIST! I go in to use my FREE credit on my account and she say's okay, what service do you want? I tell her I want to do underarm waxing and she says okay. While she's doing the service, she's continuously dipping the same wax stick in the pot (health code violation). Then, we get to the front and she says I owe $20! I reminded her that I had a FREE credit on my account that we already agreed on using, however she refused to fulfill the credit and compromised the integrity of her business for $20 lol....This woman is a scam artist and looking to make a quick buck. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She claimed that I knew I couldn't use the credit, and when I asked her why she wouldn't fulfill it she says "I can't read minds".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Why would I ask you to do a service with a credit if I can't use it?! The first time I went to this salon I had excellent service. The technician explained the different types of wax and it was the least painful wax I had ever had. I tried to make an appointment with her again but the system didn't allow me to look for her name to schedule. I went last night and had a very different experience. This technician was rude. During the service she was pushy about packages and how it would save money. I said I didn't want one and explained I actually had a discount which she said a few times wouldn't apply. Then when she realized it would apply she told me part of my wax would cost extra. This was an area that has always been part of a wax so I was confused. The coupon was used but then she charged me an extra 16 dollars for the tiny area she said would be extra. She rang it up as a happy trail, which is not what was waxed. I feel that I was overcharged and ignored when I mentioned it seemed to be a high cost. I should never have mentioned a coupon I guess. read more

I went in this morning to get my eyebrows threaded and the woman was finishing up doing one customers eyebrows and she told me it would just be a five minute wait. The woman disappeared to the back and I waited for an additional 25 minutes. She never came up to the front after telling me it would only be 5 minutes. I yelled out "hello" 3 times and still no one came up. The worker could have- and should have- came up to the front and let me be aware of the updated wait time. I left since I was unattended to.
