The hairs were too short so it shouldn't have been waxed, but not only did it hurt, it also left a mark! I wish they would have had forethought to tell me it was too short before using the wax. Obviously the wax was also too hot so that's why it left a mark. It's been two months and it's still there. I thought she was going to waive the price but she didn't.

There was no wait, which was nice, but everything went downhill once the service started. When the esthetician walked in, I immediately told her I had one request that she not snatch large areas because I'm very sensitive down there. She completely ignored that. The first red flag was when she put on her gloves and then threw her hair into a ponytail. That was unsanitary behavior! It instantly turned me off. I don't know why I didn't say anything, but I just wanted to get it over with. Then the sugar wax was super hot. I told her again that I needed her to do smaller sections not tiny, but smaller to make it less painful. She seemed irritated by that. When I asked if she could blow the wax a lil before applying it, she ignored that request too and just said, "It's okay, it only feels hot because it's on the skin." It felt dismissive, like she wasn't taking my discomfort seriously. Throughout the service, she handled me roughly and pressed too hard while checking areas with the wax strip. It felt careless and painful, like she had no regard for my sensitivity or comfort. To make it worse, she didn't even let me clean myself afterward she wiped me down afterwards, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Normally, they give you a wipe and allow you to handle that yourself. Overall, she made the entire experience much more painful and unpleasant by ignoring my requests and rushing through the service. There's a big difference between working quickly and being aggressive and rude. I won't be returning here. I really hope she works on her attitude and learns to respect customers' requests especially when it comes to something as personal as a Brazilian wax. I don't remember her name, but she had short black hair. Good luck to anyone who goes...I just hope you get treated better than I did.

I waited about less than 10 minutes. They had uncensored pop radio playing as I waited and when I got into the chair it was classical piano, which I really appreciated. (This was likely just coincidence but I was glad). I think we all would like our services to be relaxing and that definitely added to my experience. Service: I got my eyebrows, chin, and lip threaded by Nera. Nera has been threading for 2 years, and with a bit of guidance, she helped me achieve my desired outcome. I did spend more time in the chair than I expected because of this, but I was ok with that. The one thing I wish would have been more obvious is the sanitization of hands, especially since gloves are not worn. I had to ask for this to be sure. 4 stars because of this and the level of expertise. My brows are clean and shaped and my face is smooth and bright after my service. Upon entrance, the salon is clean and bright. Due to COVID-19, this business let me extend my GroupOn deal. They are responsive on Facebook and will answer questions within 2 days. Recently, I wore a mask inside, which is mandatory here to reduce the transmission. They only let 4 people inside with 6-feet distancing between the other people. Otherwise, you will have to write your number down on the paper, and she will call you while you wait in your car. Eyebrow treading process is good and quick. The thread is different from my other 2 threading places I've been to. I believe the thread is more polyester, but I'm not completely sure. Threading allows for a more defined shape for your eyebrows, which can also remove unwanted hair on the entire face and upper lip area. Would I come back? Yes!! It's $6 per threading session without any deals. I believe they also have a 3 sessions for $15 sale!

I went here for my eyebrows since they needed some cleaning up. Since I am visiting here from Jersey, I decided to try this little place out by where I am staying and I was surprised by the friendly customer service I received. I liked her services so much that I actually ended up getting a cleanup facial and she did a great job at that as well. This is a great salon to go to and it is very clean and neat inside. I stopped in here based on all the positive reviews - and I'm glad I did. The woman at the front desk wasn't the most polished person I'd ever dealt with - but she was sweet. The woman who did my brows was great - and the prices were pretty much on par with what one what it expect to pay for similar services in metro Atlanta. Well, it did feel right and her pull was not what I'm.accustomed. I asked to see what it look like. My skin looked like ant bites. Skin just broken and red from the threading. This is not going to work. I should have left right then. The owner had another threader, an older lady to.take over. She tried to appease by putting something on the right eyebrow. She starts on the left eyebrow. Her touch and.pull was definitely lighter. So again, I said just a clean up and keep natural brow. She asked if she could aloe Vera gel on.. I.agreed. I should have not. Recommendation. Use fresh aloe or rose water. That gel is not nautral and has hint of alcohol in it. So here's the kicker......after I leave and I'm n in sunlight is when I can clearly see my left brow was butchered and does not even look like the right brow! So now I have to walk around 3 weeks looking like a fool! I regret I paid cash and even tipped at this point. I wouldn't recommend unless the owner is willing to do the service herself or if you just don't mind taking a chance losing a few $6+ $2 tip & your natural brow shape!

She listens to me and does exactly how I describe or if I decide to bring in a picture she gives me exactly what I want. She is able to handle all types of hair without skipping a beat. I have seen very few people who are as confident and comfortable as she is with a pair of scissors while handling so many different types of hair. I'm not a fan of salons especially here in Atlanta, so having someone cut my hair and give me what I want without spending hours in a salon and paying tons of money is priceless in my book. Not to mention that the cut is only $15! I can get an appointment for the same day or even walk right in and I'm out in no time at all.

There was a moment where language barrier made it difficult to communicate that my nails were not straight and needed more filing. I don't know if it's because acrylic was easier for them or the new employees have different skill sets, but I'm upset that I now have to find somewhere else and pay for a full SNS removal and set so soon after getting my nails done. Katherine is sweet but is who did this last set. I also recommended the place for my friend to get a mani/pedi. Pedi was good but mani chipped after two days because Laura only did 1 layer of gel. All nice enough people, but it's a waste of money if they won't fix problems. Be cautious going here. Looks great with the new changes but the actual nail quality is the worst I've ever had. Telling all my friends to avoid especially since my out of town friend didn't have a good experience either with the nail quality. Update: For me to have gotten my nails done 4:30-6:30 PM Thursday July 11th (SNS removal and SNS) then noticing on morning of Saturday July 13th a cracked and chipped nail then Sunday July 14th a 2nd cracked nail noticeably breaking due to gently washing dishes, these nails are not quality! I've been rougher on my hands when I was a teacher and SNS never chipped like this. And the website is inaccurate because they should've been open 12-5 PM today so I wasted more money trying to go up there and discuss this issue in person in case my phone call was unclear. And after these women are done, these tootsies get as soft as babies. And the exfoliant leg and feet massage? Brings ASMR shivers for me every dang time. They're incredibly detail oriented, and I've never had a bad nail job, even with colors that don't take kindly to weird brush swoops.
