Do not fall for their ATM SCAM! They want you to use their ATM for "free" but it doesn't have the appropriate amount of cash to return to a customer. They promise it'll be reversed and handled within 3 days... 1 week later and I'm still waiting. I go in and they say it's a problem with my bank. If I knew I had to dispute it with my bank I would have done that a week ago. Waxing service is never thorough, I guess you get what you pay for. Highly disappointed. read more

Have mixed views! The vibe is really clean and the service was good. It would have been 5 stars if I kept the threading on the lip and eyebrows, but then I regrettably asked about my armpits. The hairs were too short so it shouldn't have been waxed, but not only did it hurt, it also left a mark! I wish they would have had forethought to tell me it was too short before using the wax. Everyone here is super friendly and Navi really took her time with me and was super gentle with the threading. She did an AMAZING job! I have had full body wax from Nevi a couple of times she does a great job. You know how sometimes there is wax left over not with her! I call and spoke with a nice employee who mentioned they had availability for me same day. She also informed me that first time guest do have a discount so if you're interested I highly recommend trying them out. I loved that they wax with natural products ONLY! I went in yesterday for threading. The wait was minimal and the staff was nice. The lady that threaded my eyebrows got right to work and did a fair job. However, this was one of the most painful threading experiences I have had and I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for almost 10 years. My absolute go to place for threading. I drive 1.5 hours from Chattanooga to come here because they do such a phenomenal job. The people in Chattanooga have on multiple occasions pulled skin and I leave hurting. Maybe she was new.... but when I asked her to thread my neck, she left half the smaller hairs there... with what I'm used to with the threading in California... they always get the hairs that are still barely growing out. She also tried to upsell threading the sides of my neck claiming it was the "sides" of my "face." I usually get nervous when I get waxed so she was great in asking me questions to distract me. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her. The facility is really clean and equipped with modern technology. The electronic sign in process is really easy using your cell phone number which is linked to your account with them. They also offer a rewards card that you get stamped after each visit- after 9 Brazilians, you get one free. The only con is that the card expires within a year so it's only beneficial if you get waxed regularly. I went on a Friday evening it it was very empty and I was helped immediately. I got my eyebrows threaded. My main complaint is that the smell of the workers' body oder very strong and unpleasant. There was no air conditioning and it was very stuffy. My secondary complaint is that somehow my skin were the threading was done is inflamed and irritated (like red bumps) a full day after they were threaded- this usually only lasts an hour or two. read more

I was really pleased with my visit here! They are located in a Kroger shopping complex (near C&S Oyster Bar) at the corner of Cobb Parkway and Paces Ferry, so there is plenty of parking and it is simple to find. They are taking all precautions during COVID-19. Upon arrival, you are required to wear a mask and they take your temperature and have you sign in, and the seating is spread out for social distancing. I also like that they don't require appointment, as I kind of decided on a whim to get my eyebrows and other facial waxing things (haven't been able to get anything done since the beginning of quarantine!) so I was glad that they accepted me walking in, and only had to wait a couple of minutes to be seen. Tia (I hope I got her name correct) was really nice and did a great job--she did eyebrow threading, lip threading (I will say, I will do a lip wax next time. Have y'all ever had your lip threaded?!? I got a brazilian sugaring ($30 for first time, $35 usually) and eyebrow threading ($8) today, and it was such a pleasant experience. Apparently this place has stores all over the country (including Little Rock and NYC), which is good to know because I'm not from here. Rose, who took care of me, was friendly, careful, and thoughtful. She used mostly sugar waxing to get my pubic hair out, and she used zinc waxing to get some ingrown hairs (from shaving) out. I was amazed by how painless this experience was. The waxing took less than 10 minutes, and I was very comfortable throughout. The threading was also very fast, and I appreciate that she asked me what shape I wanted and whether I preferred them thick/thin. (I opted for somewhere in the middle). She did a great job on them, and I'm sooo glad I picked this place (that was pretty much the closest place to the dinner I wanted to go to after). The only tiny issue I have is that I checked in for the yelp 20% off $30, and she told me that I couldn't use it because I was using the $30 first time brazilian, and it was cheaper anyway. I paid my $38 before I asked how much the original brazilian would be, and I definitely would have paid less if I had used the 20% off. This place is not worth One star. They have terrible customer service! I should have known when I walked in and was not greeted properly. Their was no "Hello" but instead I was asked "What do you need"! The lady they told me to sign in. A lady walked up took my temperature and told me to sit down. As I started to tell the lady how I like my brows done she said "yeah yeah yeah" I said please don't cut the middle of my brows and just clean up but please keep thick.I demonstrated how to clean my brows and she said "yeah yeah I got it" Just for her to say she is done and she made my brow super thin on the left. When I told her her messed up my brows. She said that's how my brows grow! I said to her my brows don't grow like that and then she began talking loud in her native language like I'll make the one on the right match the one on the left. I told her no need to touch my eyebrows I'm just ready to pay and leave cause she messed my brows up. The lady told me I didn't have to pay cause I was tearing up. I have to go out of town and I look a mess like why did she wouldn't she pay attention to what she was doing. I wish she would have listen to me. Her attitude didn't help. I try to go into establishments with a great attitude so that I can have a great outcome and this place gave me a horrible outcome. I will never recommend this place. read more

I have been going to this place for services for over 3 years now and I can only give it 3 stars. I use to love this place before the staff started leaving so frequently. It seemed as soon as I became comfortable with someone they would leave. I have yet to find another connection like the one that I had with Maria and Naz. Rose is good, but it is not the same. I will be fair and give it a few more rounds of services to see if it will stick this time around. Overall this is a good place to go for all of your waxing and threading needs.
