Pro nails is horrible! I went to them because I have a wedding to attend on Wednesday and I my nails done. Worst mistake ever! I specifically for a manicure and pedicure with a full set. I got a pedicure, which was great my hands, however, is a total different story. They look a full mess. Some nails are thick. Some are thin. They are mid shape. They are bumpy. they have acrylic up underneath that I had to file myself to They are raggedy on the edges that I had to smooth myself and the design that I asked for is not the design that I got I was charged $40 for this design. My nails are leaning like they're tired... I'm very disappointed. It's $100 nightmare! What's worse, you ask? The tech had a nerve to get upset. I questioned the fact that the design may have been wrong and would not wait until I found the picture to show her. She kept saying I got it. I got it ...but she got it wrong! When she tried to correct it by painting over it it looked horrible. So I told her to just stop. I'll never go back and you shouldn't either unless you want somebody to practice on your nails and you pay for it! read more

Recently moved to the area and needed a new nail spot, and this is the first one I've been to so far! They just reopened since the Covid-19 shutdown and have definitely taken precautions to keep customers and staff safe. Hand sanitizer upon arrival. Decreased staff. Increased space between customers getting nails done. They also have plexi glass screens between customers and staff as you're getting your nails done. I was definitely happy to see this! I visited on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Walk ins are welcome. Someone who did have an appointment went ahead of me, but the wait wasn't long and now I know to call for an appointment! Staff are pleasant. Not overly chatty. Very attentive to your nails and did a quick but efficient job. Also decent prices for good work. They prefer you tip in cash also. Overall, no complaints here. The absolute worst experience! I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Before I even left the salon she had gel all over my fingers she had to to remove. My nails chipped and started lifting literally the SAME day I got them done. I came back to the salon that evening to get them fixed and she literally took cuticle cutters, lifted up the polish that was already coming off, and cut the polish off my nail leaving me with missing polish on my nails instead of just re-painting them. It was a gel manicure and she got gel on my actual skin so it lifted. My toe nails started chipping 2 days later. I had to go to another salon the next day and get them re -done and the worst part is I needed a full new manicure because she didn't trim the cuticles right!! Save your $ and go to Allure salon, it's right down the rd from this place and they will actually make it worth your money. I was so disappointed as these were nails for vacation. Allure did such a wonderful job but I hate that I paid them. I want my $100 back read more

I love that this place, even on a Saturday, did not rush my service. My feet were in dire need of a pedicure and callous removal, and I walked in with Flinstone feet and walked out with baby butt smooth feet. The male owner, Tommy, did an amazing job removing my callouses and dry skin on my feet. Also this place is clean, open, comfortable, and quiet. While the cuticles around my fingernails could have more TLC, and I had to direct to get the shape of my nails on my hands and feet just right, overall I give this place an A-OK! read more

I am highly upset with the service. My nails look like crap. I asked for a Fill- in with Gel Polish and the acrylic was NOT layed properly ($30). Not to mention I had a nail that needed to be repaired. You would THINK she would measure to make sure the repair is identical to the one that was still intact. SHE DID NOT! 0 STARS. First im not sure why this business advertises lash services. It is not a service they offer and do well. My friend and I got our nails done 3 weeks ago , both gel polish. Hers lasted about 2 days then started lifting forgot the name of the younger lady who did hers. Mines lasted the 2 weeks so I returned, I redid my nails and inquired About lashes. I showed pictures and insisted on mink INDIVIDUAL lashes. When the service was completed it was FANS of my own lashes Clumped together to created FANS of hard brittle beauty supply store lashes. This was NOT the service I asked for. All lashes were also not done which I pointed out to her. This was a total rip off and please stop advertising this service as mink lashes which take 1hr -1.5 hr for a full service. You did this in 20 mins was the first indicator. I normally go passion nails and spa in kennesaw. But decided to go here to get a fill in with my sister. The owner old lady did my nails. When tO say there were terrible. She doesn't know how to shape. When she applied the acrylic she only applied it to the bottom half of my nail so my tips were supper thin and the bottom was super thick. She was applying acrylic all on my skin and everything. When I noticed it didnt look good at all in mentioned it. She claim to fix it and made it worst, than got an attitude with me when i told her to just stop i'll go somewhere else. They lady who did my sisters is fairly good but she had an appointment but never told my sister before she sat down so she rushed it and messed her color up. We will not be going back read more

Didn't ask me how I wanted them shaped and shaped them all square. The nail tech did not know how to do SNS and kept asking others questions while the manager sat at the front. Worse nails I've ever gotten. When u arrived the building was empty. Some one greeted me and asked me what services I would like. I told them I would like a manicure and pedicure. I got my toes done and my feet looked okay. My nails were a different story. My technician didn't know what she was doing clearly. Every bead that she placed in the monomer came out wet and saggy. She added a ton of monomer to my nails. They were a big mess when she was trying to shape and file them to my liking. When I noted to her that I didn't want my ombre to look a certain way she completely ignored me and continued to do it her way. My technician was told to give me thick nails and she didn't listen to that. I should've known something wasn't right when another costumer came in and asked the guy who knew the most english."where the other people at?" He charismatically responded "ouhhh they are on vacation" that was my red flag right there but it was too late. The technician was already filing my thin nails down. Very poorly executed and I spent 90 on the entire service. $55?? For full length nails . They charge you $10 for ombré and 5 PER DIAMOND! A small diamond along the cuticles. I live 2 mins from and was really excited to make this my main spot. Until they show some barbicides with valid names on them...I will not be returning. please don't waist your money if you are looking for a full set technician will full length then keep looking . It's been day 4 and I broke my nail opening tissue. The second from applying a ponytail holder to my head and the last was by bring groceries into my home. read more

I called at 5:20 pm and asked for a 6:00 pm pedicure appt. with David. I got there just before 6:00 pm and had to wait 35 minutes. David forgot to ask me which pedicure I wanted so I thought he was proceeding with the basic. When he was finished he said that I owed $35 (not the basic) and I asked why he was charging me for that one because I did not get the callous remover. He stated "oh your feet fine - did not need ". I just went in with my best friend and her sister to get gel manicures and pedicures. I wanted tips under mine, and the woman doing my nails was an idiot. She put acrylic (badly) on, created the tips with the acrylic instead of the normal tips, put gel over the acrylic, and then normal polish on top of the gel. It looks like a 10 year old did my nails. It is beyond awful looking, the nails are shaped incorrectly, they are SO thick, and they are lopsided. If I didn't have to catch a flight I would have made her take them off so I could go somewhere else. The place was dirty, there were broken bottles of polish behind the pedicure chairs, the one nail scrub brush seemed to be older than I am and was not sanitized, and the bathroom was disgusting. Love this place and the ladies that work here. So caring and always greet you with a smile. IT is definitely a more calming and relaxing experience if you can make it on a week day...weekends Are busy. Great leg and foot massage, and the spa chairs are fabulous with excellent massage programming.
