Honestly very disappointing experience. I've had lash lifts done before, and never have I experienced my lashes crinkled and not beautifully spaced apart. What's weird to me is my left eye lash lift has held up perfectly, looks perfectly spaced apart, not crinkling at the ends, and has a beautiful curl. My right eye however, the ends of my lashes are basically fried off, crinkled on top of each other, some individual lashes are poking straight down, and my lashes on this eye have been falling out in excessive amounts to where I have almost a gap in the middle of my lash line. So now, I have to put on mascara and when I do, my right eye looks CRAZY and not at all cohesive or curled. I am extremely disappointed because now I guess my only option is just to wait until this eye regenerates new lashes because they honestly look terrible compared to my other eye. The process getting it done as well was so uncomfortable. My eyes were burning from whatever she was putting on my lashes. For $125 I definitely will NOT return here for a lash lift in the future and I highly encourage others to find another spot that will take their time as I've been hearing that these issues happen when the tech is rushing through the lash lift. read more

I have been going to this location for a few YEARS now. A few of the techs have rotated in my time there unfortunately. Some have been better at customer service than others. I've also noticed a continued issue with lash retention. I have been getting my lashes done for years so I know all about upkeep and do my part to ensure I protect my investment. Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. I had two separate instances of my lashes not holding up as they should have. I decided to try a new tech Tamara today. I booked a two week volume fill. I visited just before Christmas and came back a few days into the New Year. I was not contacted prior to my appointment to be told that I would not be able to do this. Mind you, I booked a few days in advance. Instead once I was at her station with product on my eyes, that's when she mentioned that I only had a few lashes left on my left eye and since I visited in December I'd have to do a full set. This is predatory behavior. I showed you a photo of what I wanted. Before service or during the time you walked in or when I discussed what I wanted was the time to bring this up so I can decide if I still want to move forward. NOT when my eyes are shut. Furthermore, I found her to be less than hospitable. There was no one in the shop when I came in. I went to the restroom so I know that. The lady at the front desk with purple hair notified me when I returned that Tamara knew I'd arrived. She comes through the door Stanley cup in hand and doesn't even acknowledge me. She goes to her station and a few minutes later, walks up to me and says "I'm ready for you now." Manners have truly gone out of the door. This was my FIRST time working with her. A simple hello when she walked in and walked past me would have sufficed instead she completely acted like I wasn't there. This is Atlanta lash techs are a dime a dozen. The relationship you build with clients is imperative to maintain business and a good reputation. Unfortunately, I will not be patronizing her again because I found her rude and her attempt to get more money out of me was predatory. I'll either work with another tech or find a different salon. This place focuses a LOT on pricing and not enough on ensuring customers are treated with kindness or at the least, respect. I've worked in customer facing roles, I would ALWAYS acknowledge a client. Love the lashes I've been getting from them. They're a little pricey depending on who does your lashes (the first time I went the technician tried to overcharge me but thankfully a senior technician stepped in and corrected her). I don't like how much more you have to pay if you come one day after two weeks but they do use good lashes so can't complain too much. I just didn't expect to pay more for lashes in ATL than I did in LA. I like this place but if I find somewhere else with quality lashes that's not as much money I'm going to go there instead. read more

I'll start with something Positive ... Judith was nice. Her lashes were done in a style that I liked. I recently moved here and was looking for a new "Lash Home" ... this isn't it. I was the only client there until a worker showed up to get ready for her client. Well, this woman was SO LOUD and disruptive ... I asked Judith if she was going to continue making this noise ... it was CRAZY! Especially given that they require you to sign a document, talking about cancellation, late shows, no shows, etc. they list having your cell phone on silent and being quiet ... REALLY? I couldn't believe this woman ... it was as if you are in the middle of Starbucks, hearing Baristas making lattes, opening and slamming the oven doors, banging stuff ... you get the picture. Relaxing? Noooooo. Then ... when her client arrived, they acted as if they were at Brunch ... I heard their whole LOUD conversation. I'm not over-stating this. :-( They also REQUIRE you to make an appmt 3 weeks after your lashes are done OR ELSE you will pay full price ($200) for a fill in ... not kidding. I take very good care of my lashes and I usually don't require a fill for at least six weeks ... so to be FORCED to come in for no reason is a little INSANE. In addition, they require a $20 deposit. It's a small thing ... but, is $20 any kind of compensation for someone when their client doesn't show up? No. Plus, when you call, you may not get anyone to answer the phone. This happened several times. This was my experience ... perhaps yours will be better. Idk. read more

La La Lash is, by far, the best lash salon I have ever been to. My technician is JIN WHITE. Respectfully, I would not choose any other technician. She was patient when understanding what I desired for my lashes and very professional throughout my visit. The salon is absolutely amazing. The salon decor puts the client at peace and provides one with a distinct feeling of self-care. Upon entering, one is greeted with a smile from the receptionist who is personable and equally professional. Upon initially booking my appointment, the prices gave me pause. However, I must say that this salon is WORTH EVERY PENNY! Do not hesitate to book your appointment today!!! Regarding my lashes, they lasted a full two weeks without irritation of any kind. I found LA LA Lash on Yelp and was able to get a same day appt with Linzy. It took 2 hrs to do a full classic set, but she did an amazing job! Not only do my lashes look great, but the service was really. They prop your legs up with pillows, and they give you a nice soft blanket to cover up with. Tl;Dr lizzy did a great job. Interior is clean, beautiful aesthetic. Quiet. Calming. Relaxing. I'd definitely come back. E X P E R I E N C E I called ahead of time to make an appt, by one day, and was able to make an appt for my desired time. When I came in, lizzy was sitting at the front desk, and immediately greeted me. I signed a waiver form. She asked if I need to go to the bathroom or wash my face. I had just done that at home so I declined. She immediately brought me to lay down on a paper sheet that they use to cover the bed. I love that. Cleanliness points! She then asked me if I wanted pillows under my knees and a blanket. I said yes. (tip: I'd recommend you to use the pillows under your knees.. It helps offload the stress on your lower back) however I'm not sure if they clean the blankets and pillows between customers because I don't remember seeing the pillows having covers on them and the blanket is just a one layer fleece blanket. There was one other client being helped by another lady, which I'm assuming is the owner Miri. I don't like the straight cut look.. I prefer the wispy, multi layered look as it makes me look like I have more lashes, since unfortunately I was born with 3 short straight Asian downward facing lashes. Lizzy asked me what I had done and asked for inspo photos, which I showed her. I decided to try a more cat eye look this time rather than the usual doll look. Next time I will ask for a little more wispy-ness, a more dramatic length difference. Up close you can definitely see the depth--some are longer and shorter but from far away, it looks a little too straight cut for my liking. From arrival to getting into my car, it was exactly 2 hrs. Very timely. S E R V I C E Lizzy did a great job. She was very gentle with my skin and face. She was polite. Because I was in a rush for time, I appreciated that she immediately sat me down and started quickly. She didn't waste time chatting. It seems like lizzy is also the receptionist so when she received a call from a potential client, she apologized to me, took of that client, then came back, and sanitized her hands before proceeding to touch my eyes. I really appreciated that. Id love to not have pink eye or some infection. also when she was done, my eyelids were burning and eyes were a little pink. She took extra care to cool down my eyes with the fan and gave me eye drops. I felt bad for taking that one extra min to use the fan but it was really painful and yet she was patient. I N T E R I O R I found that this store just opened maybe 4-5 mos ago. It's very clean. Open concept. Beautiful modern aesthetic. Some privacy since there are curtains between clients while laying down. I kept falling asleep because the music was soothing and lizzy was so gentle with my eyes. Because the techs and clients didn't have full on conversations, it made for a soothing pleasant experience, but I can see this curtain situation to be a potential issue. P A R K I N G Ample parking. I had my lashes done by Joyce and asked specifically for a "L Curl" (these are ones that flatter my hooded eye) was told they have them and showed her my desired look. No problem, began and sat there for the normal time. After the service was done she then told me that the curls she used was not an L curl it was their version of an L. Which was not an L curl at all come to find out. It should have been clarified prior to service that was the case so I could have suggested a different way I prefer instead. Plus the look was not all all what I wanted; it has made my downturned eyes more droopy due to the length she did plus the thickness she applied. I thought I could accept it given some time just to be polite but I can't stand feeling taken for a fool. read more

In less than 24 hours, I spent almost $400 for lashes because La La Lash did a poor job on my lashes. I had my lashes done in LA for almost 8 years and it was always perfect and natural looking. Since the pandemic started, I stopped getting lashes because I work from home and was mostly a homebody. Fast forward, I just moved back to GA in June and was about to go on a trip to Miami on 7/1/22 so I wanted lashes again. 6/30/22 - I went to one place (not La La Lash) and she spent 4 hours doing my lashes. The lashes were so bad that she removed the lashes, told me I didn't have to pay for the service and instead, paid me $50 for my time and gave me a set of lash strips and glue so I could at least have that to hold me over, if I needed lashes. Talk about empathy and great customer service! Bad lash service though. Then, I found La La Lash and made Cristina aware that I had a flight to catch right after I got my lashes done on 7/1/22. 7/1/22 - I drove an hour to La La Lash because I live that far away. I talked to my technician and emphasized that I wanted lashes that looked very natural. I explained to her that I used to have B and J curls but couldn't remember the length. We looked at some images so she could figure out the shape and length of my lashes. After about 5 or 10 minutes, Hannah asked me if I wanted 12 length at the edge of my lashes. I said sure, because how the heck would I know? She's the expert, not me. Once it was all said and done, my lashes were so long and unnatural looking that I wanted to cry. I told her it was too long as soon as I looked at myself in the mirror, but I needed to get out of there to catch my flight. I got back in the car with my mom and almost cried because it looked so bad. Then, I met up with my friends in Miami and they confirmed that my lashes looked really unnatural and tacky and that I should get them redone ASAP. 7/2/22 - I go on another search to find someone to do my lashes in Miami. I was able to find someone to take me around 10 AM. In less than 24 hours, I spent another $172.50 to fix what La La Lash did poorly. Altogether, within 24 hours, I spent almost $400 for lashes. 7/4/22 - I called and requested a refund. I explained to Cristina pretty much everything that I just stated in this review and she said she would get back to me. Here is the gist of what happened: 1st - James (the manager) refused to do anything about it at first because he said I needed to be back in their location within 72 hours. There was no way I could do this because I was in Miami until 7/9. I said it was unacceptable that they are using the 72 hour rule when I can prove that I had to spend another $172.50 to fix what they did poorly in less than 24 hours. 2nd - James offered 15% discount on my next set of lashes. I told him that was also unacceptable because I've already spent almost $400 within 24 hours on lashes. Nobody should have to fork out that much money for lashes they're embarrassed about within less than 24 hours. 3rd - James offered to have me come back in AFTER my Miami trip to have my lashes be done by Miri. I would have to schedule to be back at their location by 7/16/22. I explained to him that I work from home and will not be seeing anyone after I get back to Atlanta for months so there was no point of getting my lashes done. Not only that, I live close to an hour away and don't have a car. A trip to their location and back home would cost over $100 for trip and tip. Either that, or I borrow my mom's car but she works 7 days a week most weeks until 6 PM. I didn't want to spend more money and time on something that I didn't need at all. Him and Miri refused to refund me due to my circumstances. 4th - I had to request that my $20 deposit be refunded to me. After some back and forth with that, James somehow came up with the idea that they're supposed to refund me $19.90 (10% of the original classic lash set) instead of $20. Make sure to check your bank/CC statement for this error. This was one of the worst customer service experiences that I've had to endure. read more

I went to LA LA LASH for the first time today to get a lift and tint. The facility is adorable and very luxe looking. The chairs are all very comfortable and they set you up with pillows and blanket to keep you cozy. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. So I have going to Meri for a couple of years . I've always had a great experience. The last two times hasn't been so great. I've been to two of the newer lash techs and ugh...Today and all weekend I have dealt with red itchy runny eyes , that then made my lashes nasty. I was out of town for a wedding so I could not go back immediately. Two weeks prior I got my lashes done and within a week every lash on my left eye was gone. No I haven't called to complain because I feel like what good would that do? The owner is not really there and I doubt anyone would take responsibility. .
