I just had my first set of lashes done here by Michelle and I absolutely loved the whole experience. From start to finish the time spent was relaxing and pleasant. Michelle met me with a warm, confident smile that made me feel at ease. She gave me an easy to understand explanation of the process and made sure I was comfortable before beginning. To be honest, I was skeptical of whether I would enjoy the lashes. So, it was important for me to see a marked improvement that would have me returning for upkeep. To my delight, when the session was completed and I saw the look of fuller, more youthful lashes that did not require mascara, I was sure this was for me. I look forward to my return visit. I have been going here since December 2017. I have been very pleased with my refills for the full volume lashes. I have only had one refill where I returned a little skimpy but this is due to me side sleeping (can't stay sleeping on my back). They are so professional, kind, and talented with lashes. You could go cheaper but you won't get this quality and cleanliness. They are true to how long it takes but usually do your refills in a little less time than it states. read more

I had lunch with my girlfriend next door and we stopped in after. She's been wanting to try lash extensions so we went in to check it out. She talked to Anita at the front desk for a while, asking all kinds of questions. Anita was nice and really seemed to know a lot. She was also a good sport with a few crazy questions I threw in for fun! The lashes seem kind of pricey to me, but I'm a just soap kind of guy and my girlfriend likes nice things. I am in love with my new lash extensions and my whole experience at Buckhead Lash Studio. I have very short and extremely straight lashes naturally. I got a warm welcome from the owner. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out short paperwork and to browse the studio and retail. It smells delightful in the studio! The candles they sell smell amazing. I wish I had more time to test out the makeup. I've never heard of Glo Minerals but now I want to try it. I had a thorough consultation to discuss how I wanted my extensions to look. I saw Nichelle and she's such a professional! My appt for a classic full set was 2 hours. I could have laid there for 5 hours--those tempur-pedic beds and super soft blankets are so amazingly cozy! I opened my eyes to the most beautiful natural looking curled lashes. And I have been every morning since then. I seriously just throw on blush and lipgloss. Forget all eye makeup altogether. I actually prefer no eye makeup now. And they feel great. They don't irritate or pinch my eyes at all. It's worth it to me to get extra sleep and less primp time. Beware!! I had one of the worst experiences today that I've ever had at any business. I made my appointment at what was supposed to be a high end lash extensions salon. I have never had them done and was excited. It's all very nicely set up (never judge a book by its cover I guess). I was introduced to my stylist, she had zero personality and did not say much during my 2 hr. appt. not even letting me know what was going on. Ok ....whatever some people are just not that personable. She finished and gave me a hand mirror, my heart sank immediately. They did not look like lash extensions should. They were clumpy, uneven and not well placed. I expressed my concern and was told she did not see what the problem was. I paid my $300.00 and left. I looked in the car mirror and was so upset. I called and expressed my concerns to the front desk girl and she booked a 35 min appt. for the following day. I woke up and was sick about how poor they looked, so I called in the morning to speak to the owner. That's when I knew that I was not going to be helped. The owner not once expressed concern, talked over me and dismissed me off the phone. I showed up for my appt. and the owner was at the front. She asked who I was and when my appointment was. She had also booked another person for the same time with only one stylist which I thought was odd and a little concerning. Hmm.....I went back with the new stylist and she agreed with all of my concerns! A thought things were going to be Ok. She told me I could have them removed and redone or just add some. Since they looked so wrong already, I didn't think adding more was an option. She said I can remove them now but you need to come back at 4:30 after the appointment that was still waiting for them to be redone. Ok... she went to tell her boss. She came back in and was going to start to remove them when the owner came in and told the stylist that she (the owner) was going to do it. I moved rooms, lay down on the table and the owner start removing them. She told me it should not take long. Wait, what? I said I'm having them redone... she told me that I was not, that they had no appointments left and she would not be able to fit me in...ever? WTAF! I was so blown away by what was happing that I was tearing up. She passive-aggressively asked if my eyes hurt. I said no... and that I'm really upset. I told her I that I would like a refund, she said that she gave me one but that was the first refund she had given in 2 years! Really... with the quality of work coming out of that place I highly doubt it. Honestly, if you are going to charge $300.00 you better hire people who can do $300.00 work. I looked like I glued on a set of lashes myself. They were hard, looked cheap and was done by a stylist who had not had enough training. How was any of that my fault? If this business just wants to make quick money with lack of quality well...good luck. But beware this is not a quality place with quality work! If you have any issue with the work they've done, good luck trying to get them make things right. read more

I was truly blown away by the service I received at Buckhead Lash Studio. I was promptly greeted when I arrived by Cristen, the manager. She instantly made me feel welcomed and appreciated. She did an evaluation of my current (natural) lashes and talked me through the lash process, what I could expect, detailing which lash look would work best for my current lashes, eye shape, and the upcoming events I will be attending. I was serviced by Andrea, who did a remarkable job. She communicated with me throughout the process to make sure that I was comfortable and knew what to expect. My lashes look amazing, even with only the demi set! The process was relaxing, and I am thrilled with the results. The studio is gorgeous, and the Tempurpedic mattress I laid on during the application process was comfier than my bed at home. When it came time to check out, Cristen recommended products that would work well with my lashes, but she was not pushy in her sales approach. I had a fabulous time, and I will definitely be returning in the future! read more
