Do not believe the glowing reviews. The owner is very rude, oversteps boundaries, and is downright disrespectful. Your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled to accommodate those that the establishment feels is more important than you. The prices are not worth the outcome either. I go to Leza to have my brows threaded. She's very precise and takes her time with your eyebrows. I'm used to ppl spending 5min on my brow but Leza is very thorough and spends about 20 minutes. She is meticulous and during your first visit, she measures your eyebrows to ensure that they're the perfect proportions. This first visit takes about a hour so plan accordingly. The only downside is that it's definitely more expensive than what I'm used to. Your first consult is $50 and the subsequent visits are $40, which is probably 3x what I usually pay. However, Leza does a good job I think it's worth it. Parking is pretty easy as there is street parking in front of the business that's $2 for a hour (via ParkMobile). You can also utilize the two diff valet stations that are available for King + Duke/UMI/Chops/Atlas. I'd recommend you street park if you can find a spot. read more

I was able to snag a rare, same week appointment with Leza. She was incredibly sweet and professional! My service started with a full consultation of my brow history (I've been threading since I was 15-yikes!), brow measurements, threading, a lesson in brow powder application, and a 5-week growth plan for my brows. I visited The Perfect Brows for a brow tint with Shana. The salon is tucked away at the corner of the One Buckhead Plaza building next to a salon adjacent to the Whole Foods market. If you're lucky, you will find a spot along the road with metered parking. Otherwise, you can valet your car. The salon itself it perfectly clean and modern while being very cozy. The girls are great and you can tell are passionate about their services. I did not know what to expect, never having done an eyebrow tint. But it was quick and easy. My appointment lasted no longer than 30 minutes total. I love the results and wish that it lasted longer. I went here to get my eyebrows shaped and tinted. Their name says it all. They are very professional, nice, friendly, and thorough. They talk you through what they do and give an outline and demonstration of how your eyebrows should look for your face. You can tell they have all been trained very well. Shana was incredible! From start to finish, my experience was world class- the best I've ever had at a brow salon! For starters, it's very clean, warm, and welcoming. All the ladies who were working were so kind and personable. As the last client of the day, I was treated with the same energy and respect as you would expect as the first. Shana began with asking me what I wanted, measuring/drawing a guide of what she intended to do, explained WHY she thought it was best to do this, then asked my opinion AGAIN! Lastly, I know price can be a deterrent for some, however I implore you to consider the saying "you get what you pay for". Here, you're paying for the guarantee that you'll have impeccable service, a safe/clean environment, quality materials, and most importantly FLAWLESS BROWS that somehow look fuller and longer than before! No scarring, pain, bleeding, discomfort, or any other negative side effect that you risk from going to other eyebrow salons. I didn't see any reviews, but had also remembered that I had seen the storefront above one of my favorite lunch spots, Souper Jennys and decided to give it a try. OMG. Leza is AMAZING. I knew when I spoke with her, I was going to be in for a special treat. I told her how I've been growing my brows for 2 months after the butcher job I had received at the other place and she said that she would actually sit down with me and consult on my brow shape based on the shape of my face. What a concept! She not only spent the time to really plan out my brows, but she also explained to me WHY (face shape, asian eye shape, etc)!! I was in Buckhead on vacation and want able to get my brows done before leaving town. Looked on Yelp and found The Perfect Brow & let's just say they lived up to their name. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing, and thankfully Shana's 1 o'clock answered and she was able to fit me in. I got my eyebrows waxed, but they also offer threading. I appreciate that before they do anything to your brows they show you via powder exactly what it is they are going to take off and explain how the shape of your eyebrow should be based on your actual face. I've never paid more than $12 for brow threading so as you can image I was shocked at the $30 service The Perfect Brow offers. Not only was it more than double the price, my brows look like I had them threaded at Supercuts. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. I was referred here by a friend almost 2 years ago when I moved from California and I have never looked back! Probably the best decision I've made since being in Atlanta! To put this in context, I'm a BIG brow person. I believe the brows make the face. I started going to another popular spot in Atlanta when I first moved. I'd get a different person every time, no one seemed able to find my natural arch, and my eyebrows kept getting thinner and thinner. Finally I decided enough was enough, so I came to Leza at The Perfect Brows. In this review I will outline the 3 aspects I absolutely love about this place. 1) Quality of Brows: On my 1st visit, Leza sat me down for a brow consultation. She talked me through it, explaining what brow shape would work best for my face and then she threaded the most amazing brows I had ever had! She explained that my brows weren't completely recovered but that we would "fake it until we make it", so she applied this amazing brow powder (which is actually sold in the shop too) to fill in the gaps. After a few months my brows were in tip top shape. Always full and perfectly shaped. I get complimented all the time on them. 2) Quality of Service: In addition to leaving with amazing brows, I also leave feeling so good! Leza, her husband, and the rest of the staff are so warm and friendly. It really is a family atmosphere. I come with 2 of my girlfriends and we make it into a whole ladies fun day. Just all around feel good place. I love it and will come here as long as I live in Atlanta or neighboring city. 3) Loyalty Program: I LOVE the brow card! It's like Christmas every 5 visits! I've already gotten 2 half price brows and 2 free brows! Most places you have to go to 10 or so times before you finally get a perk. If you are...*ahem*...a little "older," and your eyebrows are thinning, you will be amazed at what these folks can do to make them look great again. If you're tired of getting your brows over-waxed you HAVE to book an appointment here. I will say I was shocked at the $35 wax price but you definitely get what you pay for. My brow stylist literally drew a brow map on my face and pointed out all the areas that needed work. She lightly waxed and massaged my brows with castor oil to promote growth. She then gave me some at-home growth tips and told me to come back in a month. I'm three months out from my first appointment with them and my brows are so full and beautiful. I only need a tiny bit of powder when doing a full face of make-up. So glad I found these ladies!!! read more

I think this business would have potential if they stepped up their game in the customer experience department. I was a walk-in and just moving to ATL from Washington DC where rents are HIGH, I assumed this would be an affordable experience. I don't think I've ever paid more than $13 for a threading - even in DC! Tell me why a basic eyebrow threading was $40?! Holy Sh*t! Not only were there no price expectations set, but the consultant obviously didn't listen to me. I told the eyebrow threader I wanted just a light cleanup and to follow the Microblading line. I looked in the mirror and was shocked to see super thin eyebrows! I was devastated since they took me so long to grow, and voiced concern. To try to make up for that, she way overdid my eyebrows to fill them in. I told her I normally use a light pencil if anything, and suddenly my eyebrows were thick as hell from powder (personally hate powder on my brows - I mentioned pencil, to get filled in with a pencil). I was super upset, but about fell to my knees when the total was $35 and I wasn't going to be the a**hole that doesn't tip. Shocked and upset it only ended up getting worse when I broke out into horrible acne all around my eyebrows. Will never go here again. Expectations needed to be set around price, and clarity needed to happen before my eyebrows were threaded thin as hell. Only providing 2 stars because I liked the venue/atmosphere of the salon. This business model won't succeed if they keep doing to customers what they did to me. read more

I am from the Bahamas and I moved to Atlanta a month ago. I am very picky on who I choose to do my eyebrows (they can make or break your face) so it took a while for me to finally decide to get them done; along with the fact that my brows started to looked like the father from American Pie!!! Anyway I choose The Perfect Brow because with a name like that how can you go wrong! The location is so clean and calming and the staff is really professional. My eyebrows look so good, Inga did an incredible job. She took the time to give me a tutorial on brows and was just so nice. I came in the salon for the first time this week and I am upset that I had not done so sooner!! Inca did a great job with sculpting my brows the way they should be. She informed me on what they would and should look like over time and let me know the mistakes previous threaders had done. And it DID NOT HURT!! I don't know if it was the powder that was used or what, but every other time I've gotten threaded has been painful. I've been threading for a few years so... About a month ago, fed up with over-waxed, anorexic brows that were also sparse in some spots, I decided to put myself in brow rehab. I didn't wax or pluck for a month. I looked like a hideous wildebeest. Then I sought the services of a brow professional to set me on the right course for brow growth. And let me tell you, I could not be more satisfied with The Perfect Brows!!! I had my first visit to The Perfect Brows this past Saturday. Shawna was my brow specialist, and I explained to her all the abuses I had put my brows through--nearly 20 years of waxing at ho-hum nail salons and at-home bleaching with face bleach cream to bring my brow color more in line with my lightened hair (I am a dark brunette, but my hair is colored light blonde). Shawna explained that my eyebrow patchiness could be caused by damage from using non-brow bleach on my brows and that it was a no-no. I am now on at-home bleaching restriction! In addition to the thorough examination of my brows and the advice she gave, I was AMAZED at how long Shawna spent working on my brows . . . I mean, these are "just" eyebrows, right? Well, we as women tend to focus so much on our hair and makeup, and sometimes we forget that our brows need as much attention to complete our look. I know I had. What was supposed to be a 30 minute visit turned into *an hour and 15 minutes*. Though I had shown up for my appointment scheduled 30 minutes before closing time, Shawna actually spent 75 minutes (!) waxing, plucking, bleaching (with actual eyebrow-safe bleach), and tinting my eyebrows. I was equally delighted that the owner of The Perfect Brows, Leza, popped over a few times to check on my progress and consult on my brows (they were a hot mess). I never once felt rushed by the staff. The mark of a true professional goes beyond just beautiful work, which Shawna did. You see, well after closing time, as we waiting for my brows to bleach, I made small talk and asked her if she had plans for the evening. She said she had an appointment at 6PM and she needed to go home first. I calculated in my head that with Saturday Buckhead traffic and it already being 4:30PM at that point, she would probably be late to her own appointment. But, again, not once did she rush me or make me feel like I was taking too long. I only knew about her appointment because I asked about her evening plans. Shawna is a true professional. I am confident that Shawna has set me on the course to obtaining much better brows (here's hoping for perfect)! As a final touch, before I left, she applied some eyebrow makeup on my brows, and they looked so good that I decided then and there that I needed plans for the evening instead sitting at home with my hubby. It is a salon where the owner, Leza, believes in educating her clients on how to achieve and maintain perfect brows. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Leza. The ambiance and decor was very pleasing. I was offered water, chips, and/or candy while I waited. The wait was not long at all, but I indeed helped myself to the tootsie rolls in the candy jar. Once in her chair, I was reclined back with a mirror in my hand. Leza wants you to see what she is going to do. She assesses the shape of your face, your brows, and your skin type to determine the best brow shape and the method she will use to achieve that look. For me, I was pear shaped with sensitive skin and the method used was threading. The threading was not painful as Leza was very gentle. When she was done, I was handed the mirror and voila, I had perfect brows. I looked like a totally different woman. I was sooooo pleased with the results that I will definitely be back. What an experience. This is "The Salon" for perfect brows!
