I came to the Perfect Brows a couple of years ago after another salon left my eyebrows a little uneven. This was right before my wedding, and I was pretty worked up about it! The Perfect Brows did SUCH a great job -my eyebrows were shaped and evened out beautifully. If you want perfect brows then you need to run to this salon. This is not your "run of the mill" tweezing, waxing, threading salon. It is a salon where the owner, Leza, believes in educating her clients on how to achieve and maintain perfect brows. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Leza. The ambiance and decor was very pleasing. I was offered water, chips, and/or candy while I waited. The wait was not long at all, but I indeed helped myself to the tootsie rolls in the candy jar. Once in her chair, I was reclined back with a mirror in my hand. Leza wants you to see what she is going to do. She assesses the shape of your face, your brows, and your skin type to determine the best brow shape and the method she will use to achieve that look. For me, I was pear shaped with sensitive skin and the method used was threading. The threading was not painful as Leza was very gentle. When she was done, I was handed the mirror and voila, I had perfect brows. I looked like a totally different woman. I was sooooo pleased with the results that I will definitely be back. What an experience. This is "The Salon" for perfect brows! But wait, not only do they offer brow services, they do temporary and semi-permananent eyelashes as well as makeup with mineral base products. Run, don't walk or hesitate to get your brows done here. After reading so many rave reviews about this place I booked an appointment. I had Shana as my brow artist, after growing out my overly threaded brows I took the plunge and wasn't disappointed. Shana made sure to only wax/tweeze hairs that were necessary and handed me a mirror to watch along the way. I also splurged on an eyebrow tint, my eyebrows looked amazing!!!! Unfortunately I took one star off for the price....65 bucks (no tip included in that) YIKES!! I can't fathom spending this regularly, so save this for special occasions only. read more

I'm a little torn on how to review this place. My brows always come out GREAT. They're quick, and also aren't going to just pluck wildly so you feel like you've had something done-- they're going to tell you where to let things grow in, they're going to shape...they're great. I've been coming here for almost three years. But, in the past six months or so, there have been loads of problems. It seems to stem largely from a man working at the front desk-- the owner's husband, I think-- who seems to have taken over a managerial role since the owner left to have a baby. Since he's been there: -I constantly see him nagging and berating the women working. Once, my stylist was literally walking toward me, ONE MINUTE after my appointment time, when he called to another woman working there and said "If Jocelyn doesn't get a move on, you can have her client." I get the desire to keep things on schedule, dude, but we were literally one minute behind, and besides-- how unprofessional, both to say this to another employee and in front of a customer (also, uh, no, I'm the client, and I'm not letting you "give" me to another stylist, thanks for asking). -The appointment book has been a wreck. They still use an old school paper appointment book, and it's always been somewhat chaotic. Since the man took over, though, it's gotten flat out INSANE. Once, they called my mother to rebook her appointment-- after she was already in the parking lot. She comes up from Kennesaw to get her brows done, so she basically wasted over an hour driving there and back for nothing. Another time, two women were in the waiting room and realized they'd both been booked for a stylist as the same time. It was clearly the man's fault-- when both customers said they'd received a confirmation call from him, he tried to backtrack, and say "Well, I didn't confirm you were with THAT stylist..." He then tried to blame it on the stylist herself, who, thankfully, would have none of it. It also put the customers in a really awkward situation, since another stylist was available at the time. The guy asked both customers in FRONT OF the second stylist if they would like to see her instead of their usual, double-booked person. They politely declined, and one just went home in the end, but still-- super uncomfortable to put a client in the position of saying "No, I don't want to see YOU." -With all that in mind it's no surprise that since the man started working, there's been huge turnover-- it doesn't seem to be a very pleasant working environment, these days. I saw my stylist for two years, and then one day, she was gone. I started seeing someone else, someone who has been there for ages, and today I got a call that she was gone as well. I like Perfect Brow, but if nothing else, the turnover is going to have me going elsewhere soon. ETA: The second woman to leave, Yvonne Parrish, has opened her own brow studio in Decatur! I was a bit apprehensive having someone that I did not know do my eyebrows for me on my trip. I found Leza on Yelp and decided to try her out. Yelp reviews were very accurate she is such a nice person and really explained to me how to do my eyebrows. It was no surprise that she was trained by Anastasia and evolved it into her own version of the best eyebrows. I came here for my follow-up a month after my brow appointment. I tweezed a lot of the strays under my brows on my own, so I really only had a little bit of re-growth. Again, Inca did a great job and I was really pleased. For those of you concerned about costs -- I asked Inca how often I should be getting my brows done (I get mine waxed, FYI). She said I could go to about every 5 weeks, possibly 6 -- which can make a difference in cost. Comparable places in Atlanta are in the same price range -- and by "comparable" I mean places like Brow Bar and Browz NOT the back of the $25 manicure/pedicure nail salon. read more

I liked this place because they really try to follow the natural outline of your eyebrow and face shape. However, I found it extremely overpriced. I would love to be able to spend this much on eyebrows, but $35 is just not do-able on a regular basis. The owner greeted me upon arrival and introduced herself, which gave a perfect first impression. I made a same day appointment so the only availability was waxing. Shana did a nice job, but she filled them out WAY too thick while showing me how they should look, unless my natural eyebrow shape is resemblant of the Grinch. She educated me on what I needed to do and she talked me through the whole process so that I not only understood what she was doing but why. I stumbled upon The Perfect Brows through yelp after searching for a place that specialized in brow shaping. Too many places treat eyebrows as an afterthought and as a result leave eyebrows misshaped, too thin or short, and just overall looking uck. It is amazing how a good brow shaping can transform your face and bad one can be just as traumatizing as a bad haircut. So after all of that, needless to say I am very picky about where i get my brows done and The Perfect Brows did not disappoint. After calling at 10 am on a friday and getting an appointment at 12:00 the same day (!), I bounced over to the Perfect Brows studio in the East Andrews compound. Owner Leza greeted me in the airy studio and proceeded to consult with me for approx 10 minutes about the perfect shape and style for my face. I was impressed by her precision and attentiveness the brows and really seemed to be passionate about helping clients find their perfect shape and look for their brows. The appointment lasted 30 minutes but also included a touch up with concealer which is crucial for returning to work. Overall it was an extremely positive experience and I'd recommend to anyone concerned with having beautiful and perfectly shaped brows. read more

I was very dissapointed with my experience at the Perfect Brow. I had heard great things, and so I waited two weeks for the first available appointment I told the girl when I scheduled that I would be coming on my lunch break, and that I wouldn't have a lot of time, and that I needed to be back by 3:00. She set my appointment for 2:00, and said I would have plenty of time as it only takes half an hour. When I arrived at my appointment at exactly 2, I signed in and filled out paperwork and waited..and waited..and waited. Leeza, who was supposed to be doing my brows, was still finishing with a client. I am very understanding and can be very patient if a client runs over. But once she was done with this client, the three of them just sat and started chatting. By 2:20, I finally got up and left, because she had finished with that client, and now they were just sitting there chatting about the Housewives series on tv, and people they know, and where someone should go to school, etc, etc. When I told her that I had to get back to work, and was under the assumption that I would be out by 230 or 240, she told me that she was only 15 minutes behind. I told her she was 20 minutes behind, and still hadn't cashed that client out and I knew that would be a long time still. Again, if the other client ran over I would understand but there was ZERO sense of urgency to finish up and see me in a timely manner. They were just sitting there chatting and completely ignoring the fact that a new client had been waiting over 20 minutes for an appointment. Instead of apologizing, they just were asking me when I wanted to come in again. I found this really rude--they kept me there 20 minutes while they had personal conversation , and I had been assured I would be out in time, and instead of saying sorry, they just wanted me to come waste more time in another two weeks. I was really inconvenienced to make an appointment in the middle of the day, wait 20 minutes, listen to their conversation while they ignore me, then have to leave and told to just reschedule another time. To make things worse, I had a special even for which I wanted to have my brows done, and had to scramble last minute to get another appointment somewhere else. Although I don't doubt she is good at her work, with such limited availability, and it taking weeks to get an appointment, you shouldn't be left waiting and treated that badly when you are a new client. read more

There are two things that make you realize the importance of eyebrows: A horrible eyebrow wax and a beautiful eyebrow wax. After one too many of the former, I decided to go to the Perfect Brow for the latter. Do they cost more than your local nail salon? Duh of course! Because you get what you pay for. Both Leza and Shana are very good at what they do, and as an added bonus, they are totally sweet and professional. I've gotten so many compliments on my brows every time I've visited these ladies. I truly enjoy filling in my brows now because it feels like less of a correction and more of an enhancement. I just wish I lived closer so my brows could be on perpetual fleek. read more

I have been seeing Leza every 4 to 6 weeks for nearly two years. She always does an amazing job and is very sweet. I started going here more often when I got engaged and wanted great brows for my wedding photos (even my makeup artist commented on how great they looked!) I would definitely recommend PB if you have ever been unhappy with your brow shaping elsewhere and you want consistently great results. I have thick brows and they grow back quickly. Unfortunately, going to the wrong places resulted in inexperienced ladies removing too much hair until they thought my brows were even. It was terrible and some of the hair never grew back. Since going to the PB, my brows are now even and ladies are always giving me compliments. FYI It is $35.00 for an eyebrow wax, which includes a little eyebrow makeup at the end. read more

This was my first professional brow experience, and they made it wonderful. Yvonne took the time to teach me how my brows should be shaped, then did the threading, and then taught me how to fill them in with a little powder. I especially liked that she told me they sold the products but she didn't push me to buy anything. But I have to say I loved the cream product and will probably buy it next time. I have been to several brow threading places before and never left fully satisfied. I knew this place would be different and it was. A friend of mine recommended TPB on facebook so I immediately checked out their page and made an appointment. They determine your face shape first, then show you where your brow hair should be, and begin threading. After that they show you how to fill in your brows with powder where they should be. Be warned, this place is not cheap. However, if you have brows that have suffered years of over waxing and ill shaping, it is certainly worth the money. Hell even if you haven't, it's worth the money. They give your brows attention like no one else will, taking time to attain the best shape suited for your face and waxing just enough hair to correctly frame your eyes. They pay attention to the most minuscule of details like the growth of the hair (which can change across the brow), the shape of your eyes (especially important if you're asian), the height of your brow bone, and on and on. I just moved here from NYC and was nervous to go anywhere for I have had my eyebrows butchered before. So, I googled "eyebrow specialist" and "The Perfect Brows" came up. I read all of the positive reviews, called and scheduled an appointment this afternoon. Not only did I leave satisfied, but I will be sharing and returning for my follow-up appointments. Yes, they do cost more... than the nail salon but I would rather pay a little more to have perfect brows than to risk having none at all! I would most definitely recommend this place. The ladies at The Perfect Brows are now my personal heroes, and have saved me from the horrors of eyebrow misery. I wish there was a Nobel Peace Prize for good eyebrow maintenance, because these ladies would definitely get it. I am obsessed with my eyebrows. I cannot stand for them to not be perfect. The result of this obsession is that I tend to bounce from eyebrow expert to eyebrow expert, searching for the perfect brow. I am like the Don Quixote of brows. Perpetually chasing the windmill of the perfect brow that never arrives. Oh, the horrors I have experienced. There was the woman who completely took off my eyebrows, the numerous brow experts who have given me a horrible shape. And then there are all the brow experts who refuse to give me what I want or who have no idea how to predict growth patterns or how to properly fill in brows. So I was nervous going into The Perfect Brows for the first time. I figured I'd leave there with my eyebrows filled in poorly (I'm a blonde, and so are my brows, which makes it more challenging) but that, best case scenario, I'd get good brows and just have to redo the makeup. Oh, was I wrong. I got a FABULOUS brow shape and a plan for growing my brows into their full glory. Usually when a brow specialist tells you to grow your brows in, you're left with messy brows and an intolerable shape. Not so here. Jocelyn gave me brows I could live with for the short-term and a plan for growing them back in. She filled in my brows beautifully, too -- better than I've ever been able to do it, and I have the brows I've always wanted (albeit with some makeup) for the first time in my life. Visited this salon today. I am new to ATL and am very particular about my brows. I was very nervous about my first appointment, but after researching different salons I decided on The Perfect Brows. I called to make an appointment on Sat Sept 6th about two weeks prior to that date. The Saturday before (Sat. Aug 30th) I received a VM saying I missed my appointment. I called back and informed them that I scheduled my appointment for the following Saturday. They were apologetic and rescheduled without any problems, but I was very surprised that for an "upscale salon" they would make this mistake. I arrived for my appointment 5 min prior to my scheduled time and there was no receptionist there to greet me. In fact there was no receptionist at all which I found odd. A brow specialist left her client to greet me, check me in and offer me water. She was extremely friendly, but I didn't like the fact that she had to leave her client to do so. 5 min after my appointment, the specialist who I was scheduled with left her client to come over, introduce herself and told me that it would be about ten minutes. That means that I would be seen 15 min after my appt? Ok. Then a different woman said she would "start" me. I thought this meant that she would set me up in the chair, but she in fact performed my wax. She was very nice, but didn't really give me a full consultation. I was very vocal about what I wanted and she didn't ask any questions. Once she was finished I told her I was unhappy with the shape. In fact there wasn't really any shape. I had grown my eyebrows out for months so that I could have them reshaped but she really just "cleaned them up". She then called over another woman who I assume was the owner (she didn't introduce herself) who helped to better shape them, but at that point not much could be done. Although the staff was very friendly and the salon is very clean, the quality of service was average. I had originally scheduled for a wax and tint and they thought I only scheduled for a wax. When I asked if they thought I should get a tint they suggested against it, which was fine since I wasn't thrilled with the wax. They did perform a lovely massage after the wax which was greatly appreciated. For $35 I think I'll look elsewhere. Not bad, but really not great. read more

I came to here to get my brows done a few days ago. I saw Ingrid/Inga, (I can't remember her name exactly, but the tall, beautiful one with the short "glodish" hair! lol). She was AWESOME!! She was extremely professional and explained everything there is to know about brows! I had never gotten my brows done in my life (professionally that is), so it was nice that she took the time to explain everything to me. When she finshed waxing and tweezing my brows, she handed me the mirror, and I looked like a NEW WOMAN!! She then showed me how to "fill in" my brows with shadow. I was a bit nervous, because it was obvious that she was a makeup artist as well, and I don't have a clue when it comes to makeup! But she made it soooo simple...Now, I "fill in" my brows EVERYDAY! I've already booked my next appointment with her! The environment was very comfortable, great music, and great conversation! I will surely come again... however, only for brows/makeup services. I wanted a bikini done, but the owner/manager is a man, and he is very active in the place (and slightly annoying :-/ ) and I'd rather be in a place where it's only women when I'm exposed in that manner... idk, that's just me! After having terrible waxes with inexperienced "waxers", I took time to let them grow out and did my research to find someone who could shape them and get them how I wanted! This place is life changing. Seriously. Amazingly talented brow artists can absolutely make you look your best. I've always been into eyebrows, I went to the famed celebrity artist: "Mean Christine Chin" in NYC and hadn't found a boutique brow spa since I've been in Atlanta. Until NOW! The Perfect Brows is THE SPOT. My sister got married in June, and my 2 sisters and I decided we needed a bit of "brow bootcamp" before the big day. The 3 of us started going to the Perfect Brows about 6 months ago. Unbelievable. Excellent service, always on time, friendly, funny, cool staff, great parking and location, and we get complimented all the time on our perfect brows! I'll never go anywhere else. And for you ladies who think your brows are right and have never had a full consult....you are WRONG. (Sorry to tell you, but it's true....:Maybe they are too thin, your "tails" are too short, they are too wide set, (put down the tweezers!) your arch isn't right, or perhaps you have the dreaded "comma brow"---gasp! Further, my sisters and I became loyal customers juuuust when Leza had just had her baby, (although Leza herself was back in time for the wedding, and did my sister's brows on her last appointment before the big day.....:it was magical, and surely an omen to a wonderful marriage! I promised Leza that I'd write a review after my service. You.must.come.here for your brows. This place is all pros: cost, service, results, atmosphere, etc. (I can't think of any cons.) Cost: I've paid much more in small and big cities for sub-par service and results. Leza's charges are spot-on ($35) Service: Leza was on time, didn't rush, polite, and friendly. This gal is a flight attendant, and you know how much junk they put up with in our sometimes not-so friendly skies. You can tell this woman is extremely customer-service oriented. Results: A+. My brows were well shaped - they weren't too thin, sperm-like, surprise party-arched, and on the opposite end of the spectrum - "Erm, they don't look any different; did you do anything?" I also appreciated her cleaning up strays at the end. Atmosphere: Shot-out to Ashley, the receptionist, who is friendly and professional. The space is modern, clean, and appropriate for a brow bar. Extras: Leza is talented in that she waxes, plucks, and threads. Some brow stylists are so set on just doing ONE of those - but Leza does (and does well) all three, and I appreciate that (different circumstances call for different hair removal methods, or combination of various ones) Also, I am Eurasian with Asian features, and I appreciate that Leza has a clientele from all backgrounds of life and didn't put me in a stereotype or mold - she listened to what I wanted. I was excited about trying The Perfect Brows based on the awesome reviews, however my experience was the complete opposite. Disappointing all around- customer service, quality of work, how slow the brows artist was and the overpriced cost. I love this place! After years of botched brow waxing at the nail salon, I decided to try The Perfect Brows last week. The location is great and the salon had a nice relaxing vibe. The staff was very friendly to me, making me feel very welcomed. I loved that they explained the "what's and whys" and gave me a mirror to look while she explained. I pretty sure that no one has ever put this much thought in to my brows while waxing them :) I would recommend this place to anyone that grooms their brows. After one visit my brows already look sooooo much better and my eyes look more open- much cheaper than getting Botox to get this desired effect! Glad I found this place!! read more
