The owner fired back at me that I had received Gel nails, and therefore the charge was more. I replied to her that I did not request gel nor did it say anything about gel nails on my selected color. Instead of a professional approach speaking to me calmly, and maybe apologize for a misunderstanding, it turned into a high pitched broken English event . They need to clearly tell the customer if they are going to use gel color and not provide a surprise bill. I was not pleased and it did cross my mind that this might have been a tactic to up charge the customer. Aside from the polish issue, I was satisfied with the way the pedicure was done.

The techs have always been pleasant but not overly talkative. Now let's talk about the actual job. My pedicures have always turned out ok, but my gel or sns sets, not good. Each time, I've had my nails chip or come off within a week and half or less. This shouldn't happen, especially with SNS nails. The manicures have also been lackluster with no hand massage and with pedicures, sometimes forgetting the foot massage. I will say that every time I've been, the owner, Karen, usually has a regular client that she's seeing and everyone loves her. Seems like she does a lot of specialty nails, so it's kind of crazy that her techs do such lackluster jobs on basic nails chip sets.

Serena was kind, professional, and took her time to do a full new set of lashes. She asked me about the look I was going for (length, eye shape​, etc.) and made sure she knew what I wanted. I love the look of the lashes as they are more natural looking, without the fake plastic look that many eyelash chains can have. Her new client special is reasonably priced! Bad experience with scheduling. I scheduled an appointment yesterday and accidentally had a typo in…read moremy email. Basically, it's all over the website it says new clients have to put down a 25 dollar deposit but still lets you make the appointment without putting one down. So because I had a typo in my email (which yes was my fault) and didn't respond quickly enough to her text message....which by the way went in a different folder on my phone AND I STILL RESPONDED SAME DAY with the correct email for the invoice. She gave away my appointment and now can't get another until Saturday (today is Tuesday!) She also by the way let me know that she gave away my appointment at 10 am this morning, my appointment was at 2. Just seems like she doesn't want new clients. Especially when you made your website so poorly it doesn't require a deposit before you can schedule the appointment. Good luck everyone!
