I had my first appointment with Noureen, and she did a great job. I've had my brows threaded many times before but wanted to try out brow tint. I love my natural brows when they're shaped well after threading, but I really like the results of the tint as well. However, I will likely do a walk in or call to set an appointment next time rather than doing it online. I made an appointment through their website, which uses a third party scheduling platform. There was a "Brows and tinting - first time client" appointment option for $50, which sounds like it would include both threading and tinting. I had to pay half online to secure the appointment and the other half would be paid in person. When I got to the counter, the total for the service rang up at only $45 and there was no question of whether or not I was a first time client. So, I'm not sure why the pricing is different on the website. Also, when I informed them that I'd paid the first half online, my total went from $45 to $37.50 instead of the $25 I was expecting. So, I ended up paying over $60 for a service that said $50 online and rang up at $45 in person. A bit more clarity on scheduling and pricing would be helpful. But overall, the space is clean and quiet. The ladies working there are nice. And I like my brows! read more

I came here once for an on the glow/quick facial and had a good experience which is why I wanted to come back so disclaimer, this rating is based on the customer service I received on my attempt at coming back and not the service. I initially booked an appointment for a "Diamond Dermabrasion Facial" and it was cancelled because I was told that the lady that does that specific facial wasn't there. I then rescheduled the same facial for the following week and received a call hours before my appointment to confirm if I was still coming for my "Hydrafacial" but I was confused and I told them that I never booked a Hydrafacial and my appointment should've been a Diamond Dermabrasion. I was then told that they don't offer the Diamond Dermabrasion but could do the Hydrafacial instead? I really don't like how my appointment was cancelled the first time and the second time around I'm being told that the service I rescheduled for, is unavailable. PLUS they didn't even try to ask first and just assumed that I would be okay with getting a facial I didn't book, just because it costed more. Today was my first time visiting BBNB. I have lived in Atlanta for a few years now but have never managed to find the perfect spot. This is it! I used Yelp directions and found it easily. Parking was free and continently located right by the salon. Just walk up a few steps from the garage and it's right there to the right hand side. This is a newer location but the artists have many years of experience and have had their business in other areas. The salon is welcoming, beautiful and clean. They offer a variety of services - threading, waxing, facials and skin care products. Ash was very friendly and pleasant. When I called for an appointment I was actually able to walk right in. She listened to me and discussed how we could get my brows where I want them to be. I prefer a more natural tint because my brows are light and small. This is one of the first places I have visited that is actually able to match mine so well so I don't look ridiculous! Ash gave me a great shape and left the very thin hairs towards the end so they can grow/fill in to achieve my goal brows. I purchased their organic oil since I had seen great reviews on here. Ash shared some of her other clients successes with it as welI'm excited to accelerate my growth to get back to having a little bit larger brows than I currently have. I had recently traveled and got a little sunburned which led to some peeling. Ash noticed and recommended an all natural skin care product that they carry and gave me a sample to try. She went above and beyond and it is so much appreciated. I will definitely be coming here in the future! I'm always nervous going to a new brow place, but after looking on their Instagram and seeing their work I had a whole lotta faith. The place was a little tricky getting to because you park in a parking lot behind the building where you can't see the storefront and have to walk around the building because it's facing the main road. Once I did find it they were sweet and very quick. I went in for a brow threading and was late due to an accident on the highway. Got eyebrows done by the owner--she's a doll. Super sweet, gets straight to it and quick. Probably the least painful threading experience I've had (I've been threading for over 15 years.) I also got a Brazilian, buttocks, chin and upper lip wax all by Mej. Also painless (the used something called Nufree which I can't tried before) but pricey. The prices on their website haven't been updated so when you go in person just make sure to verify prices before your services. I ended up spending way more than I had anticipated but the level of professionalism, cleanliness and ease made it worth it. Shocked by the service (and prices). First, this place has the highest price for threading. I live nearby so I don't mind the steep prices. I've been here 3 times and each time I've gotten a new person. Since I've paid with cash, they haven't been able to keep track of my threading person. Isn't there a reason you're keeping all the guests info in your system? That's been very frustrating. And finally, this was the worst experience. I arrived at 10:36 for threading. They open at 10am. There was one person there, doing eyebrows for all that had an appointment. I waited until 11 and finally said I've been here for 20 minutes, when will I get my eyebrows threaded? The woman was nice and said the other person will be here in few minutes. She even called that other woman who said she was 1 minute away. At 11:05, I left. Okay to start, THEY ARE OPEN DURING COVID! I found them through yelp while visiting ATL. I was able to come in with a same day appointment. I would recommend sending a message through Yelp because the response time was almost instant. I went in to get my eyelashes threaded which is $12. That might seem high but I figure it's the cost of the organic thread used. Now, going in I went only for the threaded eyebrows so I was only suppose to spend $20 buttttt hunny, saleswomanship is exceptional here. We ended up talking about the services and my skin looking wild since I hadn't been keeping up with my care process in Atlanta. Ash started talking to me facials and I got the bright skin facial which was $85. She added some sort of mango mask which, I believe, was an additional $20. And I ended up getting the threaded eyebrows and eyebrow tint! That was $30. She explained that facial start at $75 for 60 minutes before we started. I figured it would be about $120 for all the services. I believe it came out to about $136. Kind of hefty for someone who originally was only spending $12. They offer a Yelp discount for people who check in. It's supposed to take of 15% --- I ended up paying $131. With a tip, it was $140. I am not sure how they calculate what you should have paid and what you do pay though. The location is really beautiful. Everything is clean and really pretty. Just for that alone: I figured it was worth it. Ash wore her mask when dealing with us (my daughter and I) and periodically offered us hand sanitizer. She also continuously put some on her hands as well. When it came time for the facial, she was extremely patient with me and informative about the steps I should take with all of the facial aftercare steps. I do notice a change in my skin -- some of the dirt has been removed and I am drinking the water. Hopefully, I can maintain the brightness with my products. I've been coming here for a while. On Dec 23rd I came into to get a full body wax and eyebrow thread in preparation for a bday trip to Mexico. The tech sniffles the entire time, and at one point sneezed over my naked body in a closed space, before admitting she was under the weather and had a scratchy throat. I'm so livid! Why does anyone think it's ok to work while sick like this? And NO MASK. I had to ask her to mask before threading my eyebrows. Sure enough the day before i leave I come down with a fever.
