She raced through the service and when I decided to get my polish changed on my hands to give more business, it was as if I did the wrong thing. Sylvia was unpleasant and rushed the service and charged me extra without telling me and thanked me speedily out of the door- $95 for deluxe pedicure and a gel polish changed. The pictures say it all. If she didn't have time, I would have rather she let me know upfront.

It was such a luxurious experience. From the beautifully clean interior, the soft music, the fresh smell, and Kim's tranquil presence. I literally NEVER maintain​ a legit waxing routine​ but just going to Kim's felt like such a treat - a moment of pure self-indulgence. I continued to go. I only get my eyebrows threaded here, but they offer other services as well! Eyebrows are $5 now (it used to be $4). However, this place is one of the cheapest places for eyebrows I've found and I've been pretty pleased with the services. I don't have a particular person I go to (you have to pay more if you request for a certain person), but I haven't had any issues with any of the people who did my eyebrows yet.
