Vincent was determined to make sure that he could fulfill my needs to have the same design that I received from a Nail Tech in Buckhead that no longer services the area. He took time to try to find the design amongst a drop off, filled with others that were similar, but not exact until he found the perfect match. As a result, I now only go to this location and always hope that Vincent is there . The place is very neat and nice and I like the clean white decor. What I do not like, however is that you will wait when you get here. And the walk-in service is not the most professional that I have seen. You pretty much have to stand there and wait to be acknowledged or if you're familiar with visiting then you check in using the small kiosk outfront. The good thing about the kiosk is you know what your cost is going to be upfront which is not the same at other nail salon so I do appreciate that. I also had to ask for water versus being asked by needed something to drink like other salons that I typically frequent as well. It definitely gets crowded here so to spend a few hours, especially if you want both a pedicure and a manicure .

She was knowledgeable about the latest technology and demonstrated outstanding customer service. At the start of the service she asked me lots of questions about what I wanted. She was so gentle that I did not know she had begun to apply the extensions until she was halfway done with one eye! She made sure to check on how I was doing throughout the service and offered snacks when it was over. She also walked me through when to come back and how to care for these lashes, educating me on how lash glue has evolved. This was the best lash experience I have had to date and will definitely be back!

She took care of my husband and I patiently, with great care and my pedicure lasted 3 weeks. On my second visit, again absolutely no one else was there, I had Sylvia. She raced through the service and when I decided to get my polish changed on my hands to give more business, it was as if I did the wrong thing. Sylvia was unpleasant and rushed the service and charged me extra without telling me and thanked me speedily out of the door- $95 for deluxe pedicure and a gel polish changed. The pictures say it all. If she didn't have time, I would have rather she let me know upfront.

I never thought I could be comfortable while getting the hair ripped out of my skin. I am not your waxing, gal, that said, after nearly shaving off my eyebrows - I wandered into KMH. It was such a luxurious experience. From the beautifully clean interior, the soft music, the fresh smell, and Kim's tranquil presence. I literally NEVER maintain a legit waxing routine but just going to Kim's felt like such a treat - a moment of pure self-indulgence. I continued to go. And boy did my eyebrows grow back into a beautiful shape. And you know what else, I really liked. This is going to sound petty, but there is someone out there that will feel me: She never pressured me for more. She never said, "girl, your arms...may need a little something...or you know I also do...xyxyx." So often I get super paranoid going into wellness spaces because there always seems to be an "add on" - and often I leave with either an extra service or a new insecurity. That was not the case with Kim and I appreciate that! She made me feel beautiful and seen and I'm grateful for that. Now, let me book my next appointment.

She wouldn't recommend them. Well ma'am that's what I want and have had in the past. Let's just say it wasn't a relaxing experience. The music was ghetto.
