I got to the salon right on time and was greeted warmly. I got a full explanation on what was happening at each step and the care and maintenance for the lashes when everything was over. The big windows , music and design allow for a peaceful and elevated experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the staff and Alexus immediately went to work on my toe polish change. Upon here arrival, Ashlyn went head and soaked off and drilled my current set off. Once she was complete and Sydney was ready to apply the acrylic, I switched chairs. Sydney did a fantastic job on the application and shaping of my nails. Ashlyn did some filing and polishing as well on my set. Though a little longer than a trip to a typical nail salon, I enjoyed every minute. I'll definitely be back as I hope to have found my new nail home.

She was knowledgeable about the latest technology and demonstrated outstanding customer service. At the start of the service she asked me lots of questions about what I wanted. She was so gentle that I did not know she had begun to apply the extensions until she was halfway done with one eye! She also walked me through when to come back and how to care for these lashes, educating me on how lash glue has evolved. She raced through the service and when I decided to get my polish changed on my hands to give more business, it was as if I did the wrong thing. Sylvia was unpleasant and rushed the service and charged me extra without telling me and thanked me speedily out of the door- $95 for deluxe pedicure and a gel polish changed. I never thought I could be comfortable while getting the ​hair ripped out of my skin. I am not your waxing, gal, that said, after nearly shaving off my eyebrows - I wandered into KMH. It was such a luxurious experience. From the beautifully clean interior, the soft music, the fresh smell, and Kim's tranquil presence. I literally NEVER maintain​ a legit waxing routine​ but just going to Kim's felt like such a treat - a moment of pure self-indulgence. I continued to go. And boy did my eyebrows grow back into a beautiful shape. And you know what else, I really liked. This is going to sound petty, but there is someone out there that will feel me: She never pressured me for more. She never said, "girl, your arms...may need a little something...or you know I also do...xyxyx." So often I get super paranoid going into wellness spaces​ because there always seems to be an "add on" - and often I leave with either an extra service or​ a new insecurity. The service was suppose to take 1.5 hours and she finished in 40 minutes. 1 week later half of them fell out. I gave it another try with her 3 weeks later and I'm done.
