The big windows , music and design allow for a peaceful and elevated experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the staff and Alexus immediately went to work on my toe polish change. Upon here arrival, Ashlyn went head and soaked off and drilled my current set off. Once she was complete and Sydney was ready to apply the acrylic, I switched chairs. Sydney did a fantastic job on the application and shaping of my nails. Ashlyn did some filing and polishing as well on my set. Though a little longer than a trip to a typical nail salon, I enjoyed every minute. I'll definitely be back as I hope to have found my new nail home.

She was so gentle that I did not know she had begun to apply the extensions until she was halfway done with one eye! She made sure to check on how I was doing throughout the service and offered snacks when it was over. She also walked me through when to come back and how to care for these lashes, educating me on how lash glue has evolved. It was such a luxurious experience. From the beautifully clean interior, the soft music, the fresh smell, and Kim's tranquil presence. I literally NEVER maintain​ a legit waxing routine​ but just going to Kim's felt like such a treat - a moment of pure self-indulgence. I continued to go. This is going to sound petty, but there is someone out there that will feel me: She never pressured me for more. She wouldn't recommend them. Well ma'am that's what I want and have had in the past. Let's just say it wasn't a relaxing experience. The music was ghetto. The bright light in my face caused me to blink uncontrollably, she was obviously annoyed and showed it. Definitely lacking customer service. The service was suppose to take 1.5 hours and she finished in 40 minutes. 1 week later half of them fell out. I gave it another try with her 3 weeks later and I'm done. Recently, I found a new lash place and what a difference. The lash tech was amazing and it showed in her services. I was able to relax and sleep as she took her time to do my lashes. 2 week later, I have over half of my lashes left. Don't waste your time or money at Sheek lash studio. Imo
