They got me today. Lol $150 for Gel X Full set and gel pedicure with French tip short. They charge you $10 to take off any Gel X and Acrylic service. We ask questions at the beginning and he basically hustled me. Not to mention I absolutely hate my nails.

    1st time

This was my 1st time visiting this nail salon, I always get the cat eye polish at my regular nail salon. I paid $80 for my nails and $70 for a pedicure, This past Saturday...Sunday I had to return because the polish was peeling...I live at least 20 miles away. They did the nails over...I get to my destination Tuesday all they way on yhe other side of the country and they are peeling again. I normally don't leave reviews but this is ridiculous. I have no problem paying for quality ...but this is not quality. So disappointed. Never again.

Order: Gel and Design Pros: So check this! I had gotten my nails done in Oregon 2 days prior and they were God awful. I was not happy with the finished result but I still has to pay. I came home to GA as I am preparing for a trip and decided to get them done again in my home state. Let me tell you Georgia came through!!! She took the 2 day old gel from the other nail salon off and redid my chunky lil fingers. She did an amazing job with cleaning my cuticles and doing the design. Now Im not really big on getting my hands done but I am very appreciative of the care they showed for my man hands. I'll post a pic of the before that was NOT done by this location. Cons: none

At the ER with my middle finger swollen and in sooooo much pain
    Erica B.

0/10 would NEVER recommend. They are expensive and simple just do NOT care for their customers. Money grabbers is all i see. I just went to the ER because my finger was in pain and starting to swell... just to find out that i have an infection from my nails, this is the 2nd infection now that this place has given me. I've never experienced anything like this before.. & No i didn't have any open wounds prior to coming. I've also had incidents where the nail tech would rip my nails off (after i requested it to be soaked off) cutting into my nail bed. She never apologized, instead all i got from her was a dumbfounded look on her face and to still pay full price. I wish i would've gotten her name but at this point, I've been to multiple people and they simple just do not CARE. I will be taking legal action for my 2 infections. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE!!!!! UNSANITARY!!!

    Ink blue. Not black.

Great pedicure but when I got home I realized the black pedicure I asked for was actually ink blue with tiny sparkles it it. The gel pedicure was $49 and I tipped the lady who did such a great job $20 extra. I spent $69 on this... They were kind and changed the color to black like I originally asked but I wasted time and gas to get this corrected. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I received a less than satisfactory experience here but it will be my last.

Fill with black French tip and yin yang dots

My mom has been a long time customer here and whenever I'm in town, we go get regular mani pedi's there and they're always great. Love the place. This is my first time getting my fills done there (I had asked for a quote 2 weeks prior and was just like, I want my nails done exactly the same way). Was quoted $65 for a simple fill and redoing the same design so prices must have gone up in the last 2 weeks . So minus one star for feeling bait-and-switched but other than that

After searching for a nail salon closer to home, I came across D'or. The reviews were raving and based upon the photos..the techs did great design work. I went in for SNS removal and reapply and a pedicure. Cherry was my tech for the SNS and Hilen the tech for the pedi. Hilen suggested I get a fill in on my toe acrylic and I agreed. I hadn't went on for a fill in however, I wasn't so pleased with it's current shape and wanted to see the outcome by Hilen. I chose the deluxe Pedi which came with a warm neck pillow. The Pedi was great but, I wish it was a little longer. It did seem rushed. Cherry takes great pride in her work as she noticed some hang nails during me checking out and clipped them right there ( with a sanitized and clean clipper of course) I'll definitely be back

    Pricing for LASHES

This very new and clean luxury nail/lash shop opened up by little 5 points. it's located right across the Office Depot. Inside reminds me of being in a marble stone throne room or something. Super elegant and they offer all their customers bottled water. Also, inside is pretty busy so i recommend try to make appointments but they do accept walk ins. I love their lash tech, Angie. i'm the kind of person who knows a good thing when i see it, so the stress of looking for a reliable lash tech who can work with my schedule while having good quality lashes and carries herself professionally was so hard until i finally found Angie!! i've gotten my volume lashes done by herfor maybe about a year now. i love how she listens, if i want this style, she will make it happen for me. i usually go in 2-3 weeks for a fill. Depending on my lashes sometimes they still look great when i go in for a fill, or they look busted because its that time. Overall, i've been getting my lashes done for about 5 years now and i can say Angie is very nice and trustworthy. Also the prices are very fair. Overall, check out my pic for her work. that was the same night i just got my lashes done. Having asian eyes, i think this is the best i can get with it still looking somewhat natural. :)

Alright y'all, so this has been my Go-to spot for a while! It smells very nice, the ladies are sweet and the pedicures are relaxing. My favorite pedicure was the jelly one cause it's soo fun to feel and they also give the hot wax facial to your feet after the jelly which is really cool. The jelly is also vegan, aka gelatin-free for those who care. The last time i went was about a week ago. I got a pedicure and a full set. My pedicure got done pretty quickly and the massage the man gave me was very relaxing. I don't know the lady's name who gave me the full set, but i am not going to lie i was a bit disappointed. I got deep french tips with chrome and the chrome has been chipping. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it didn't look as identical as I desired but it's okay. They didn't have chrome color i wanted so i had to change the color as well. The not-so identical was not the worst part though. It was when i got to the cashier and the total totally threw my off guard I got the basic pedicure w/ gel plus french tip line & red chrome & same for my nails for the full set. I've gotten chrome before and never was charged this much in the past. Just for the chrome & "deep french tips" it was a $40 upcharge!!! And i was not informed until i was checking out. The design is quite simple so i was really confused why it was $40 extra. Anyways, they charge extra for gel, shape, cutting, chrome, 'deep french' and pretty much anything you can think of that's fine and all, but i want to be INFORMED as i am requesting these designs! I read the menu and i know Basic pedicure $39 Gel $15 Full set $50 Gel $15 (i think) Design (i assumed would be 15-20$) All that ^ would come out to $139 (still crazy in my opinion). But nope, my total Was a wopping $171! And that's not including tip. I'm not typically one to complain about pricing but this was more centered around annoyance that i did not know it was going to be that much. Ofherwise, i would have got something simpler. Next time i will Ask More questions. But i do think the nail techs should give quotes as ppl request designs cause finding out after it's done is painful lol The time before this, i also had painted my nails with polish and all of them got messed up within 24 hours and i came back to fix them and they said they needed to dry for 30 minutes which i was not informed about. They charged me for an entire new painting service instead of correcting the mistake of instructions that were given. So i basically paid double for a mediocre manicure. At the end of the day, this spot is nice and clean. The ladies are nice. I will be choosing another spot due to the pricing. Thank you D'Or and best of luck

I'm bummed because I really wanted to love this place. I've been twice now and both times I was surprised with the cost when it was time to check out. The first time they ended up charged my partner (who got a mani pedi with no polish) an extra $10 to "buff" the nails. This blew my mind bc they aren't even using any products and nails get buffed before they get polished. They also didn't explain this at all so once I saw the "other charge" for $10 with no description on the receipt I called and asked and they didn't give me a clear answer until I came back in the salon. Anyway, the most recent time I went by myself and got SNS. As I was driving home, I noticed like weird bubbles so I sent an email to their email on the site and haven't heard back. I've also followed up and still nothing. Below is the email I sent and pics attached: I had my nails done today and as I was on my way home, I noticed that there are bubbles or something in almost all of my nails. I wasn't provided with a receipt so I don't have the exact time, but it was around 1:15 when I checked out. I am the one who was asking about the extra $10 charge back in December. It is still odd to me that there is a charge for buffing when it takes no extra time and you're not even using products. I do wish there was more transparency for additional charges. I don't get my nails done often and for me, it's an expensive "treat". Is it possible to come back either tonight or tomorrow evening to get these fixed? I've included pictures below:

By Joelle !!! I love her airbrushed nails

My experience went from decent -bad -worse -Great ! A legit roller coaster lol I had booked a nail tech from Instagram who works at this shop. (Lika) I wanted to support a fellow black girl so I booked. LADIES please don't waste your time or money. I wind up leaving with a nail set I didn't ask for & wasn't executed properly. I still paid $85 plus tip ! The next day my nails were chipping & peeling bad ! She took NO accountability . I wind up calling the manger, Justin, told him everything and he then got my nails fixed by, Joelle ! She is amazing & talented! I would come back for her 1000000x Thank you soo much for helping me! The video is the previous work by Lika & the photos are my current nail set by Joelle.

Metallic gold toes. I have nails as well but no photo unfortunately.

Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.

She immediately pulled out nail tips to prepare to rip my nails off. I told her NOT to yank my nails off and she went back & forth with me about it before finally getting a bowl of acetone. It is also worth noting that every tool used was REUSABLE. A health code violation that I WILL be addressing. Remember when I said I told her explicitly to not take my nails off? She slickly tried to do it while I wasn't looking and almost ripped off my nail bed, causing immediate blood and bruising (pictured). She apologized halfheartedly and continued to use the drill at LEVEL 11 On the spot. I told her it burnt and she continued doing what she had been doing. I finally snatched my hand away. She then switched to a regular (reusable) nail file. At the end of the "service", she tried to charge me $20 LMFAOOO I immediately said no, not only have I never paid over $10 for a soak off but you literally caused trauma to my nails. I ended up paying $15. Don't waste your time. The workers here are rude, terrible, don't want to take their time, & take advantage of customers. 0 stars if I could.

Located near PCM in a busy plaza, Midtown Nail is truly in a prime location. There's a huge parking lot with a number of spaces available. If you're lucky, you may even get a spot closer to the building to avoid the stroll from the back of the lot to the salon. Booking via Classpass was a breeze and they offer a gel mani, luxury pedi and SNS options for under 22 credits each, which is a great deal if you have a subscription plan. So for me, it's always so great knowing I can get a great experience for a portion of my credits. My last visit was my best so far. I scheduled a luxury pedicure (+ gel) and a gel mani back to back. I was actually running a few minutes behind because I was starvinggg and needed to make a quick stop at Whole Foods, so I called in and the gentleman that answered was so kind and told me to take my time. I arrived about 8 minutes behind on a Saturday afternoon and phew! It was packed in there! I was welcomed in by the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, an older guy who I feel may have been one of the owners. He was so sweet! I was about to check in and he assisted me after I clearly didn't read the sign that was right out front stating that there was a special classpass check-in, smh. I totally forgot about that. He then pointed me to the nail shades and came over to confirm my Classpass attendance while just being a total sweetheart. I was quickly seated at one of the few open pedicure chairs as the nail tech replaced the liner for me. I got comfy and was given the wifi so I could watch a show on my iPad as I relaxed - modern comforts. I was so happy when another nail tech popped up to do my mani, I love when salons allow/have the capacity to do two services at once so I can get out sooner. Throughout the service, both nail techs were amazing. I asked the manicurist to be sure to clean up some extra paint on my cuticles, but that's always a big focus of mine that I don't like to be missed because it shows! He fixed it and I walked out with an exceptional manicure and a phenomenal pedi. With my gel upgrade, gel removal on my toes and a tip for both techs, I paid $40 which still felt like a steal. I'll absolutely be back!
