What made the experience even worse was that I was cut and burned multiple times during the service. When I expressed my concerns, I expected at the very least that they would try to fix the nails, offer a solution, or apologize. Unfortunately, none of that happened. Instead of showing concern, the technician became upset. They then started speaking among themselves in their own language while I was sitting there. I don't know what they were saying, but it felt extremely disrespectful given the situation. For $75, I expected a professional, safe, and quality service.
