I had a terrible experience. I went for SNS Nails and the nail tech did not do a good job shaping…read moreor filing. When applying the base, she applied it to the skin on my fingers and had to pull the skin from the nail to file. On the third finger she pulled away my skin and began to file it when she broke my skin and I was bleeding. She did not offer Neosporin, only a sorry. Once she was done filing she pulled out a gel polish and the UV Light. I asked for the top coat polish for SNS and she said it wasn't smooth and offered regular clear polish. I immediately got up and walked to the front since they did not have the necessary products to finish my nails. I was also advised to pay full price even though their nail tech caused my finger to bleed and swell. Do not visit this establishment.

I asked a patron exiting for feedback and she said she was pleased and emphatically recommended that Johnny provide my pedicure service. After entering establishment I was greeted by Tina and she shared service options and that Johnny was booked until close. I felt no pressure or impatience as I perused the offerings and nail polish options. Decided to stay and was placed at a station w/in 10 minutes. I opted for the Mud Mask pedicure with a regular manicure. The properties listed for this pedicure included much needed moisture and figured exfoliation too. My attendant was quiet as she diligently worked on my feet. A few others were more engaging including a woman with a stylish cut and beautiful tattoo. I think Johnny was a few stations down. Loved the spaced out & updated decor. The pictures on the wall included African Ladies and a pair of flamenco dancer pictures were on both the left & right walls upon entry. Really appreciated the art depicting customers who patronize. The manicure stations had glass partitions and customers were spaced apart to allow for social distancing. I was pleased with service - nails and good customer interactions. Tina insisted I sit under drying lamps and made sure my nails were dry before leaving. My nails lasted through the holiday weekend and still look good. Will return for other spa treatment options and possibly get in Johnny's chair ;-)

The gentlemen who worked on my nails were very attentive every step of the way. The only thing I would suggest is to use regular tips instead of curved tips because the curved tips don't look the best on my short nail set. I used to love coming here. women that work here are very friendly. but recently had my nails done…read moreby one of the men here and never again. he is very aggressive in his handling of my hands but he filed my nails so hard and rough that he made them very sore for 5 days and made one nail bleed! I pay well over $100 each time for my fill-in & pedicure From the moment I walked in the door I told the young lady I'm not in a rush. I want to relax that I just got off of work. I sit in the chair instead of her, letting me enjoy my massage getting my toes done. She started doing my nails. I said fine I asked for square square I still got square round I asked them could I pay for a massage at the end I wanted a massage ... I did not realize at the beginning of the service rendered that they even did the massages where you could pay for 10 minutes or more if you wanted I mean it was like I was begging her to pay her to do a massage for me and she still did not want to do it nor did anyone in their establishment? She asked everybody there. One woman was just watching something on her phone she looked irritated, fanned her off and said she had a client coming forget about the client that was standing in front of them. They just paid over $100 as long as I was standing in there talking trying to get someone to. Do a massage for 10 minutes. It's not like I was going to get it for free. I'm paying for a service that they offer just like I have paid over $100 for my toes and nails and was treated poorly because the young lady that did my nails ignored when I asked her a question and just continue to do what she wants to do they treated me as if they were doing something for me for free or doing me a favor when I am paying for their services. I couldn't believe it. They certainly don't have to worry about me. I will not be back. JuJu is AMAZING so has done an awesome job on my nails each and every time. Every reference picture I give her for my nails she makes it happen. I've gotten a pedicure here before and other members of the staff are friendly and everyone always ask if the shape of your nails are good or of the color is to your liking before they continue. The shop itself is clean and they just got all new nail stations and chairs. I highly recommend JuJu if you are looking for a specific design you want recreated.
