I was told the staff was very friendly and professional. Upon arriving two days ago, I was met with a bit of confusion as no one could fully give me pricing upfront, but quickly ushered me to sit in a chair. I was then given a book with pricing on nail services as I just wanted a basic manicure and pedicure without artificial nail addition. Since I was already seated decided on the pedicure as that was truly what I needed. Again, I was continuously offered up charges like the gel polish despite stating I just wanted a basic manicure due to the damage received from previous gel applications. The attendant was not happy at my adamant desire for the basic pedicure, and felt that she was very rough with my feet. I did explain to the lady who would've done my manicure that I just wanted upfront pricing and basic services at this point. Overall, the pedicure process was decent although I don't believe I received all the bullet points listed under the basic manicure like the massage. The polish color options were plentiful (see swatches), and believe it's the same polish that is used in a gel process. I was told that I'd have to sit for about 15 minutes due to the glitter in the polish I selected and not getting the gel instant dry. Had no problem sitting as it was the end of my day. My problem was that the attendant just left and I did hear her mentioning that she was going home to someone else. Waited for her to return and say something to me (I'm done , thank you, goodbye...something!) as well as receive the tip I had for her. That did not happen, and had to search for my shoes before I left as they were wedged in a corner behind a stool. Will continue to search for a local nail spot, or be more diligent in booking in advance for places like IWI Fresh. Sadly, I did notice imperfections after leaving, and also the next day. More so a spot for those inclined to the gel polish and other artificial enhancements as the other staff appeared to be more personable than my attendant.

I had an acrylic fill with gel polish and accent color (gold glitter) on ring fingers with ballerina shape for $35 plus $10 tip. I'm pleased with how they turned out. This was the first nail salon I've been to that has clients attest to no Covid symptoms paperwork to be filled out at time of checkin. It's a nice touch to try and deter others who are sick or around others sick to self identify. Businesses do have to find ways to protect themselves. I don't see a lot of code enforcement in this area so just some thing to note that this business was taking additional steps.

He didn't speak much English, and I had to keep correcting him about things that he was doing also I had three different people work on me the guy that finally finished my pedicure and did the acrylic on my big toes did a really wonderful job, but it was kind of awkward to keep having new people working on you with no explanation at all. My wife had to tell the girl doing her pedicure, not to dig in her cuticles and try to nip her cuticles before her feet had soaked because it hurt really bad as you can see from the photos these are cuts from the file and the scrubber that they scrub your heels with. I waited about 15 minutes and began a pedicure shortly after. The massage chair a 10. I hit the mind/body twice. Felt amazing. I got the #5 pedicure. And whoever this pedicure tech. Lord bless her. She melted my heart. Such a great experience on my pedicure. I told the guy I wanted to save my natural nails but wanted a tip. After my pedicure. I began soaking. They were customers coming in but out because of the long wait times with only 3 workers. No one wanted to wait. But for me. It was well worth the wait.
