The big windows , music and design allow for a peaceful and elevated experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the staff and Alexus immediately went to work on my toe polish change. Upon here arrival, Ashlyn went head and soaked off and drilled my current set off. Once she was complete and Sydney was ready to apply the acrylic, I switched chairs. Sydney did a fantastic job on the application and shaping of my nails. Ashlyn did some filing and polishing as well on my set. Though a little longer than a trip to a typical nail salon, I enjoyed every minute. I'll definitely be back as I hope to have found my new nail home.

They do accept appointments but they aren't strict about it so you may have to wait or come back because your tech is working on someone when you arrive. My nails are basic but I have seen them do intricate designs; ask to be sure your nail tech can do it. I would suggest bringing a picture of any design or gem that you want. They have a lot of nail colors to choose from, so you'll likely find something you like. They also do pedicures and can do your nails and toes at the same time. There's plenty of parking because it's in a strip, and their prices are reasonable, just be aware that they have add-on costs like everyone else.

Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.

Everyone was very sweet. I was greeted promptly upon entering and once I was seated the staff all ensured that I had a refreshment. For my services I got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was was pretty standard and they have about 6 or 7 variations to choose from. The young lady that I had spent a lot of time on the scrubbing and massage. I could tell that she was either new to the pedicure offering or just had forgotten what all came with as she seemed to ask the young lady doing my nails occasional questions after completing steps. Overall I was content with this service. My nail lady was very sweet, but forgot a couple of key components when completing my set. The first was the length. I typically wear my nails pretty long and the image that I showed for my design had a decent length. Somehow I ended up with short nails (short for my liking) after one was cut without inquiring what length I desired. They also didn't appear to have the flat clear nail tips, only the white curved tips. The next component was that my design inspiration featured a specific color scheme of which I was told was a powder color and not a polish after the fact (she had already laid clear acrylic). She was able to pick out a decent pink polish and that made things ok. The last thing was the shaping. I requested a narrow square of which we did several different filings to get it narrow, but they still seem kind of wide to me and don't have sharp corners like I'd like. I couldn't bear to have the poor lady do anymore filing after so many filing sessions, so I just let them be.. The design I selected was completed successfully and looked just like the image. Overall, I'd definitely go back for another pedicure. I'm still on the fence about the full set as shaping and nail art are very important to me. Oh and sidebar- my gel was removed with the drill and not by soaking. I know that's important to some people.
