7/5/23 update. So I came back here out of desperation a few months ago. My experience was soo much better than my previous review where the guy was nasty with me. My last visit and today I got tech Julie. Chair 8. I really like her!!! She is nice and thoughtful. I told her I like my water hot and after the water cooled down she added more hot water and heated it back up. I b was very impressed. No one has ever done that before. I usually just deal with the Luke warm water and don't say anything. I will become a regular customer again. I upgraded to only 4 stars because I haven't forgotten how badly the manager treated me on a previous visit/review. I don't think he's here anymore as I haven't seen him in my last two visits. read more

I'm upset that I paid $115 and couldn't even get a perfectly shaped heart. You rushed through my nail service and I don't appreciate that at all. I won't be returning to this location. Clearly they take no pride in their work and don't care about doing a good job. They also made me pay for my service before painting my nails so that I couldn't say anything after the crappy work. Will be sticking to the nail technicians in buckhead who care about how their work looks. I see why this place was practically empty on a Saturday afternoon. read more

Lame. Dirty. Rude. They refuse to tell you how long the wait will be "5 minutes or more" is their pat answer whenever you ask. When they told me to take a seat, I was happy it only was a 15 minute wait. But there was no one at the pedicure station and no water in the bath. I waited 5 minutes then asked again how long it would take. "5 minutes or more" was the answer. I asked them to clarify: an hour? 30 minutes? Since the place was dirty (and the polish choices old and covered in what appeared to be dust) I left. read more

This place is a local gem. It's tucked away behind some fast food restaurants, nestled in between a now closed grocery store and a few other stores in a strip mall. Free parking is always a plus, and I always see a police officer patrolling the lot. The shop is spacious and clean, and they have a variety of options, whether you like gel, SNS, acrylic, etc. My favorite part is the massage they give during the service! Their work is extensive and thorough, and their prices are area standard. Jenny is my favorite. My only takeaway is that some of the staff are very rough, physically speaking. I do myself a favor before my service and let them know what I don't like, that way I can relax for its duration. There is also a loyalty program for return guests. If you want a quick and COVID 19 cautious service, this is the place. However, the tech informed me that a regular pedicure was $35 versus $25 (where it says it on their price list on the wall.) You also have to pay in advance cash only or cash app due to "previous thefts". I've made my decision on what nail salon works best for me but unfortunately this is not this place. Nevertheless, the tech did well on my gel nails and I was out of there in an hour. read more

Fast and efficient with my mani/pedi/eyebrow wax. I loved that I wasn't there all day because I have stuff to do. They had one person working on my pedi and another on my dip ombré mani at the same time. Great system and great work. My one complaint would be about not getting the lotion/hot towel treatment on my hands like I received with my pedicure. read more

VERY unsanitary establishment, someone had just recently got up from a pedicure and she tried to tell me to sit there. Then she tried to use the same tools from the lady that had just gotten up on me. The nail files had all been used there wasn't a fresh set opened in front of me or anything. Nothing was set in sanitizer and she didn't even try to clean the bowl even though there is a plastic bag it should have still be cleaned as there are sometimes holes. I wouldn't ever come back here again and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. read more

I've been here, twice. Each time, something was amiss. Two visits and I'll never go back. First things first. It's filthy. The floor. The chairs. The nail tables. All covered in people's nail shavings. I refuse, REFUSE, to get a pedicure here. A fungus infection waiting to happen. Secondly, the techs. It's a definite hit or miss. Some of them are super accommodating and nice, while others are RUDE AF. My 1st visit: my nails were absolutely beautiful. I choose the SNS service and the painting and filing were exceptional. However, the tech that sits at table 4 is quite the rude asshole. He was annoyed because they were out of a color that I wanted and I wanted to choose something similar. He didn't want to get up again to find the nail color palette. Very interesting reason to be a dick. Other than his flawed personality, my nails were perfect. Hence the reason I attempted to give this place a second chance. I'm currently here, right now, typing this review. Again, my service is the SNS nails. I came in, advised what I needed and was instructed to seat 12. I waited about 15 before someone brought over the bowl to soak the existing polish off. No, they DO NOT WRAP. I helped the soaking process along by rubbing and soaking. It took less time than they anticipated for that to be done. I waisted another 30 waiting on them to assign a tech to me. I had to ask for the SNS palette to choose my color. It was just a huge mismanagement of my time. Finally, a woman approaches me and ask me to come to table 1. She says her name is "Chi Chi." But she hesitated, so more than likely it's a lie. She has horrible blonde highlights and doesn't resemble the other technicians. Possibly of Hawaiian descent. She starts out great. We were on a good rapport. Then she asks if I've ever been there before. I said I had and the last time my tech was extremely rude. She asks me why I came back. I explained that the personality was a mess, but I liked my nails. This is when it all went downhill. She became defensive over my comment about my last visit. Now she's doing things like using the motorized filer and nicking my cuticles. BAD. IT HURT LIKE HELL. I say something, she sighs extremely loud. Then it's, "I'm just trying to do my job ma'am. It's not intentional." All while smirking. Then she stops, when I tell her she doesn't have anymore "not intentional' chances left. She throws down the file and pushes away from the table. She tells the manager she's done and walks away. I am currently sitting here, 2 hours and 40 in, waiting to have my nails completed. Update: this review I was written while I waited for my nails to be completed by another tech. It happened approximately 3 weeks ago. While my nails were completed quite well, by the pregnant lady, the lack of customer service and level of filth ensures I'll NEVER go back. read more

This salon made it very difficult to do business. The lack of payment method options is ridiculous in 2021 and indicative of a poorly ran business. In additional to the minimal payment options, the attitude was the staff was less than enjoyable. I understand that the salon does not accept reservations, but assisting being rude about salon availability is no way to attract and retain customers - no wonder the business was practically empty. Lastly, the nail tech that serviced me did a poor quality job on my nail! I had little choice due to the extreme rush that I was in, but upon later review of the nail she repaired, it is extremely lump, the edges of my nail aren't coated in the sns, and the tip of my nail looks terrible. This was very poor quality work and given the excessive price that I was charged, I am extremely unhappy with my results, I will not be returning/recommending this salon to others and I am posting this review on public platforms to warn others. The nail technician thats sits at the number 9 station is rude. When I pick a color she told me the color was to loud indicating I am too dark for that color which is discrimination and my nails acrylic was extremely thick and shaped irregular. This was my last and first time coming here. I will never give my business or money to an unprofessional business as this one. Don't waste your time or your money. read more

I've been servicing this nail salon for years,always a great welcoming atmosphere. They all do great work and do their best to satisfy your needs. Kevin the owner is very personable and funny. My favorite is Vincent and he does the bomb work and gives you what you want and is always catering to whatever you need. He even stayed late one time and did my nails and then walked me to my car. No. Just don't. I should report this place. I don't believe these ladies have proper ventilation or an adequate amount of breaks. The woman who did my nails was suffering from asthma and high blood pressure. I could see the pain on her face as she struggled to do my nails. I felt awful. I don't like it. It was very sad.
