Yes, the bowls were tiny and there were no massage chairs, lighted decor or ambiance. But honestly the pedis were just as good. Do we need upgraded renovations to feel beautiful? No but that's progress. And everything else is going up. Apparently we'll patronize no matter how high the prices are. At 5pm the sign says "no more pedicures." Come early and put your name on the list, especially if you have a favorite nail tech. Then ask how long the wait is and have them call you. Sign up the evening before if you want to come in the morning. Don't put your belongings down unless you want them covered in dust.. Bring cash or use their ATM. On the plus side, the wait wasn't too long and there are lots of DND colors to choose from. I picked a pretty reddish pink #235. They use fresh tools for every customer, goodbye cheese grater! She even squeezed fresh lemon on my toes! I bring my own foot soak. Neo soul plays in the background, I'm pampering myself. But at this price point it's more an occasional splurge than bi-monthly ritual.

I am a male and I only get my nails done once or twice a year. I have been to this business once…read morebefore and received really good service. But today I went there and the person who worked on me (who was an older Asian woman) was not very personable. She never introduced herself but just gave me the price list and didn't say anything. I told her what I wanted (manicure and pedicure) and that's what she did. She never said anything until she accidentally stuck me in my big toe and asked if it hurt. You never know what people are going through so I didn't say anything. Once she finished she did say "thank you" with a smile, which made me feel like that was for the tip. Overall it was not a good experience and I would not go back there again. Plus when I got home I where I could really see, I realized that the mani and pedi were not that good.

I booked a three o'clock appointment and came straight from the airport. I was running late, but they were still so kind and willing to fit me in. Two nail techs, Tina and Thi, worked on my gel manicure at the same time, one on each hand. They were both gentle, detailed, and so easy to talk to. Phu checked me in and helped me get settled, and he was also very friendly and welcoming. The whole team made the visit relaxing and enjoyable. I said fine I asked for square square I still got square round I asked them could I pay for a massage at the end I wanted a massage ... I did not realize at the beginning of the service rendered that they even did the massages where you could pay for 10 minutes or more if you wanted I mean it was like I was begging her to pay her to do a massage for me and she still did not want to do it nor did anyone in their establishment? She asked everybody there. One woman was just watching something on her phone she looked irritated, fanned her off and said she had a client coming forget about the client that was standing in front of them. They just paid over $100 as long as I was standing in there talking trying to get someone to. Do a massage for 10 minutes. It's not like I was going to get it for free. I'm paying for a service that they offer just like I have paid over $100 for my toes and nails and was treated poorly because the young lady that did my nails ignored when I asked her a question and just continue to do what she wants to do they treated me as if they were doing something for me for free or doing me a favor when I am paying for their services.
