Like hair, dust, like it may not have been swept in about a week. Then I was led to a room with oxygen chairs, I was told to have a seat, but the oxygen service was never explained or anything, there were also snacks in the area and I knew I could partake due to signage the hostess who brought me to the area was very frazzled and didn't seem to know what she was doing. I can't remember her name. The ONLY reason why they got the two stars is because the person who did my Posh Facial was the TRUTH. I didn't but I knew the Kroger shopping center has been here for at least 30+ years and almost every Kroger shopping center has a nail shop somewhere within the development. We entered about 2pm on a Friday afternoon and it was pleasantly not full of people and there was no wait. She got her nails done and I decided to get a pedicure since I haven't had one in a while. The lady that did my pedicure was so friendly and funny. This location is a good 40+ minutes from my home if the traffic is on my side and I'd happily come back for another pedicure when needed. Great service, clean and pricing was just what I expected for a basic pedicure.
