My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! I definitely will be coming back, battling in the race to book with her on the appointment schedule is 100% worth it for me!

I said yes because it seemed to wear off faster than usual. The price was almost double what I had previously paid, so I assumed the treatment would be longer-lasting. Two weeks later, I still had noticeable movement in my forehead. I texted to request a touch-up, and she scheduled me at her StudioPlex location, which I hadn't been to before. When I arrived, I couldn't find the suite. I called and texted multiple times but didn't receive a response.I understand she may have been with clients, but since I didn't show up at my appointment time, I would have expected her to check her phone to see where I was. I wandered around for 20-30 minutes in the cold and rain trying to locate her suite with no success. When I got home, I texted again asking if I could reschedule at her Midtown location. She apologized for missing my calls and messages but didn't address rescheduling. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply. Considering the $700+ cost, nearly double my usual, I'm left questioning whether I received the full amount of Botox I was charged for.

I called to tell them that I was lost the Merchant was rude over the phone. When I arrived this same merchant proceeded to argue with me about the email and a text I was supposed to have received. First, her email went to spam so I didn't see it so I confirmed the text. Her argument was the new address was in the email, but if it went to spam then how was I supposed to see it? I seen she had an attitude so I opt to reschedule. She said yeah for a fee. I have to pay my workers because they came to work. I agreed to pay the fee but declined the service due to her negative energy. Since I declined the service she shooed me out the door. Even on the outside of the establishment there is a very rude notice stating don't ring the door bell interrupting the establishment if you don't have an appointment. This was my first and last visit to this place. I will never enter this establishment ever again. I made this appointment on Groupon. I chatted with Groupon and they gave Groupon bucks in place of the bad experience with the merchant since my voucher was unused, which proves my claim was valid. If they would like to improve so that this doesn't keep happening. Updating their addresses across all platforms. **Extremely disappointed with LaserAway's lack of response and customer service.**…read more I had an account opened using my personal information for a service I did not purchase. I contacted LaserAway after being directed to their team by the collection agency handling the account and provided documentation explaining that this was fraudulent. What is especially concerning is that the date of birth associated with the patient/account was **not my date of birth**. I asked LaserAway a very straightforward question: **What identification was verified when this service was purchased, and how did my personal information become associated with this account?** I sent **multiple emails requesting an investigation and a written response**, including asking how the patient's identity was verified, what identification was provided, and what steps LaserAway was taking to address the issue. Other than contact from the provider, I received **no meaningful response from LaserAway**. I had to file a police report and disputes with the credit bureaus and collection agency to address the situation, and the fraudulent account negatively affected my credit and caused significant stress. For a company handling customers' personal and financial information, I find the lack of communication extremely disappointing. I expected LaserAway to take an identity/fraud complaint seriously and provide basic answers about how my information became attached to an account that was not mine. **I would strongly encourage LaserAway to improve its process for handling identity theft and fraudulent accounts, as well as its communication with customers who are trying to resolve these issues.**

I also like to support small businesses and Kristen definitely is a deserving person that I am happy to give my money to. I have tipped her extra EVERY time because she treats me as great as the first time I saw her EVERY time. I wish I could post photos here of my face before and after (even just a couple of months in). I have received so many compliments on my skin it is crazy. I got 6 months of microderm and extractions (diamond facial) back to back with her. I then went to microderm only every other month and extractions only on alternative months. The upkeep is affordable and it really makes a world of difference in my skin. Not only do I know have clearer skin, smaller pores and a "glow", the facials she does is for sure fighting aging, etc. as I am now 25. I can tell my friends faces are changing, but mine is not. Kristen also creates much needed relaxation. Her diamond facial includes the microderm, extractions, facial AND a hand, shoulder and neck massage. So worth it for the money. She is also my informal "therapist" and is always checking in on me when I come to see her. She makes me feel like an individual, not a patient. Highly recommend her, as all of the other reviews do.
