    Oxygen Facial Description
    Morriah M.

I was so looking forward to a relaxing visit for a facial. My original booking time was tomorrow but they called and asked if I could come a day early, which was fine. I received a text saying they are in a temporary spot across the street from their former location. It was also a house with easy parking. I arrived 10 minutes early and upon entering I was greeted and asked to fill out a questionnaire. I finished and was told my aesthetician would be right down. I waited, and it was then 7 minutes past my appointment time so I asked if she was with another client and she said no and then took me upstairs to the treatment room. The aesthetician was friendly, once the treatment started, I asked if she had a headband to keep my hair back, a normal thing that you would get. She said she didn't know where they were and took about 5 min to find one. Come to find out, their location across the street had a fire so they were shut down for two weeks then moved to this temporary location and most of her things were still in storage bins. The treatment continues with a face wash and then she immediately applies the oxygen treatment, which was odd to me but whatever, I got steamed, then a mask and sunscreen and it was done about 35 minutes after starting but I had paid for an hour for $135. I felt cheated that I didn't get the time and attention I was hoping AND paying for. I feel like if they weren't prepared to take clients yet, then they shouldn't have asked to move my appointment to a day earlier. The aesthetician was very friendly though so I feel bad for writing this but, it wasn't worth what I paid and I left feeling disappointed.

Lavender Mint CBD Bath Bomb I truly am enjoying this experience. As I elaborate using different colloquialisms understand I am a highly pleased and satisfied return customer. I cannot believe I purchased my 1st CBD Bath Bomb in Lavender Mint. The experience was rejuvenating, exhilarating, refreshing and calming all at the same time. This left my skin so soft I wasn't even able to pinch it to know that it's mine. I didn't even need to use the Coconut Cream Soap. I have to wave my wand all over my home to overflow this present feeling. I can NOT believe you sell this. Now I see. This truly is joy in a ball. Yaaassssss. Now on the matter of facial scrubs. I have 3, Pumpkin Puree, Red Arizona Clay and Avocado. I have been doing the clay mask once a week while the other 2 once every other day for a couple months (pre-Covid). When I say I saw a friend (we talk frequently) I haven't seen in years, she said "You got older but your skin got younger". Baby. Amazing. I've never been a facial person. I am now. These too are a staple.

    Foot detox chart

The treatment here is five star quality, start to finish. I used a website special that combined the foot Detox treatment with the body wrap. The foot treatment starts off in a living room area. The ladies provide you with magazines, cold water, and a big screen tv. I chose to sit in silence for the foot detox. There is a chart that is provided which explains why the water turns specific colors. My second treatment was the body wrap. The wraps are soaked in a gentle liquid that does not require rinsing. I was on a bit of a time constraint so I skipped the measurements portion, be sure to give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the treatment. I sat up and leaned back slightly in he infrared sauna. Unlike a traditional sauna you won't feel and intense heat to make you sweat initially. I was so comfortable that I simply fell asleep and woke up completely sweated out. When the wrap was removed I was completely relaxed and I could feel a tightness in my skin. Hours later I could feel the tightness still. This was a great way to celebrate my birthday, it was very relaxing and the ladies truly cater to your needs. The space is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Stop by and try an infrared sauna if you never have!

This was my first time going here, the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and nice. This is perfect for a person who likes a small place home like spa that offers more of a holistic type service and likes more of the sports therapy type massages which is not when I wanted, I was looking for more of the pampering type spa. I wanted to relax and destress. The foot detox was cool and gross at the same time lol

I…read moreliked the concept of the different suites offering glam services but here are the problems which is why I will never return and am adamant to warn anyone considering booking services here. My top 3 complaints are the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I booked my birthday braid style with Piff Stylez with Tiffany Gordan. I spoke to her 3-4 days before and booked my appointment. On the day of she moved my appointment back an hour and when she showed up she complained of how tired she was. 6 hours later, although the website said 4 hours, she completely destroyed the whole style with one mindless decision. This decision made me question everything about this woman's knowledge of her "specialty". Bohemian Knotless braids with human hair are NEVER to be dipped in water, at least not the human hair part! How could she not know that is the first question if your charging $300 for this style. Also this girl didnt even use hot water it was water for the faucet. How lazy of her and also telling of the lack of integrity she has for her work. No passion just pressure to make money here, obviously. Secondly, after she saw the result instead of her owning that was not how it was supposed to be, she tried to convince me it was supposed to be like that and in the morning the hair would recurl from the distressful stringy wet human hair ends. She keep scrunching them too lol, so she definitely know it was at that moment she f'd up but all she wanted was my money. I reluctantly paid her and told her I didn't think the curls would come back and we would discuss it and a solution in the morning. After all it was after midnight and I had work early that morning. The next day, it looked just as bad as it looked when she completed it. When I got to work, I text her. No delivery. I called. Straight to voicemail. She had blocked me. I immediately went up too the Salon to try to speak with her. She wasnt there. I dealt with the back and forth with her for 2 days and she was never there at any point. I don't think she has good clientele since she's never there and I experienced her poor skills and business acumen personally so I can see that being valid. The owner was there. I spoke to her in hopes that she cared enough about her business to help resolve the situation with her unreasonable tenant. I told her I could not reach her and called her phone number in her presence. She then called Tiffany and it rang then she answered. After this, the ghetto floods opened up and her and the owner were swimming in it. They are both extremely young in age and in mindset by the way things got handled. How did it get handled you ask? I ended up taking those tired braids down and rebooking with a professional braiding shop for the same style for $180($20 tip)!!! Just wow! I got super ripped of on the price and quality. She refused to even accommodate a partial refund. I asked for half back. $150 would have still paid her $25 and hour for her 6 hours she took to do a 4 hour style, but no she refused. I have never in my life taken down a $300 hair style in 2 days but this was my birthday style and I was going to Vegas (I had an amazing time!) and I was not going with that struggle style. The owner gave me a complete run around, acting as if she cared but doing nothing to help resolve the situation. Meanwhile this one kind stylist that had nothing to do with any of this and was just taking a note from me to give to the owner, offered to do my hair any way I wanted for FREE! It was so kind ad sweet but I ultimately decided not to because I couldn't bring myself to step foot in that place again. I canceled my future wax appointment and will not patron this business for anything after the way I was handled. I ended up spending $500 for large bohemian knotless braids in the end and a total of 10 active hours getting this one style done between her and the professional place. What a huge inconvenience and a horror experienced right before a special day for me. They didnt care at all but I do enough to warn everyone else about this place. I pray this review helps many people avoid such a sad experience.

I also opted for a body scrub, which I've never had before. Boy was it beyond what I was expecting. There are two elderly ladies that have all the energy in the world that do this. You have to be completely nude and you lie down on a plastic covered table. It started off felt like someone rubbing my body with sandpaper. Ouch. I thought I would have to stop after a few moments. However, it got better and boy did dead skin get sloughed off. I was spun around, put in all sorts of awkward positions with one leg up in the air, my legs wide apart, my arms above my head, both front back and sides. Things that concerned me: - you need to have your ID with you, which they keep at the front desk. They do return it once you have paid for all of your services. - nudity. I was not expecting this. My fault for not reading the reviews before. One gets used to it after a while, but it took me a moment. Overall, this is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍

If you want to be treated like an animal and get ripped off, go here…read more The "facial" started off with 15 minutes of body massage which felt like they were skinning my body. I even have a scratch mark on my back from this atrocious "massage." Then they made me wait for 15 minutes before the owner came to give me a facial finally. When I stated that I shouldn't have waited for a luxury service, the owner tried to scold me for talking to an elder that way and then proceeded to throw her own employee under the bus. When I threatened to leave, she finally apologized for making me wait. To make up for the wait, she said that she applied a very secret face mask as free of charge. Even during the facial, the owner kept the room door open, took phone calls, walked in and out to ensure absolute zero privacy and serenity. And then, get this... when I was checking out, she said that special mask costs extra $20... This is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, money scheming business ever established. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place was highly recommended by my friend who has been going there for over a year, so I decided to try it out Feb 1, 2019. The first time I went, the owner came and put a chemical peel on my face. It was very painful, burning and felt like someone was rubbing sand paper on my face. I kept telling her it hurts really bad, she said it was normal. Finally it hurt so bad she stopped. The owner kept saying the feeling was normal so I trusted her professional opinion. I know it takes more then one time to have good skin, so I decided to pay $800 for 10 facials and they even gave me an extra one totaling 11 facials. My skin broke out even more and in places I don't normally break out like my eyelids and my chest and back. That week, I contacted her and she said it was normal. I still have scars on my eyelid now. The second time I went, the owner got me to the room to change into a yellow stained robe. I was on the bed ready to go. She said she had to leave because of her kid. They do leave the door open, and it was uncomfortable for me for who knows who walks by. I laid there for 10-15 min until the assistant came in and basically massage and put a mask on. My face didn't break out as much this time. The third time I came, the owner prepped my face. She put a horizontal line of some cream on my forehead and cheek and dab on my nose, not even rubbed it in yet, she received a phone call. She didn't even step out, she stopped what she was doing, answered the call and text, called someone else to translate the text and then text the person back. This lasted 10min or so. She apologized and then she started coughing on me and got some hard candy to munch on while finishing my facial. She aggressively massaged my face, felt like someone was beating me up. She laser my face and wiped my skin with a smelly towel. This was done on Thursday March 7. I started having black spots on my face and cystic acne. I have a lil acne but rarely have cystic acne. This type of acne is very painful and caused when pores become blocked by excess sebum, skin cells, and bacteria. Bacteria which could have been cause by her touching her phone or picking up the candy off the floor that she dropped. Thinking back, she did not wash her hands before touching my face. I waited to see if it would go away and the cystic acne got worse. Tues March 12 at 10:48am I contacted her and politely asked if I can get a refund because my skin is too sensitive from the products she was using. I didn't want the whole $800 back cause I did 3 facials already. At 7:56pm I called and text her to please respond, no response. On wed night, my friend who recommended the place called me and told me the owner called her to tell me that she will give me the refund. My friend told me that the owner called her because the owner English is bad and wanted my friend to tell me. It's funny, the owner keeps saying her English is bad but I understand when she talks to me. So Thurs March 14, I drive an hour to the store and ask for my refund. I walk in and she says she is not ready. I ask what do you mean you are not ready. She says she has no money and I responded, "you don't have to give me cash, just put the remaining amount back on my credit card". Then she says"I changed my mind." I then asked her why would you call my friend and tell me you would give me a refund, making me drive an hour to get here? Then she yells, Carol I'm not ready. That's when I left cause I see it was useless as she was raising her voice. I realized I should get documentation of the facials and I try to come back in to get my facial sheet and she locks the door. So you can see how unprofessional this is. The owner is really nice when you are in business with her but when something goes wrong, you will see the ugly side. This is my experience, so you can decide to go or not. I personally will NEVER step foot in her business or the new one that she is planning to open down the street!
