Keeping in mind my hair doesn't even come past the nape of my neck, after doing a piss poor job, both blow drying, and flat ironing my hair. The older lady with the glasses mentioned and previous bad reviews for this salon strikes again. She tried to tell me that because my hair was damaged. She would need an additional $40 just to trim my ends lol. I could go to great clips or any other salon and pay no more than $25 for just a haircut alone she's gonna tell me 40 after she already gave me the price with the cut included so the cut was almost as much as the other services now? Needless to say, I told her after she finish my hair then I will go elsewhere and get it done which I did and only paid $20 for my cut. They don't deserve business and they don't deserve any stars !! This is not how you do business or keep people especially for a first experience.

I went to Nikki for my Brazilian wax and she did a really good job!…read more The wax itself was quick, thorough, and honestly one of the least painful experiences I've ever had. I got the jasmine Brazilian wax, and while the prices are a bit on the higher side, it wasn't that painful. I do wish they would take a little more time to explain the differences between the waxes and make recommendations based on what each person needs instead of just trying to upsell. But overall, nice, clean place. Fast service. I also love the little free gifts they give at the end.

After I decided on my pedi the last sat down and started doing her nails and didn't explain who would be coming or when. After about 3-5 mins the tech finished with someone and came. 2. Not as cleanly as I am used to- normally all the tools are coming out of plastic, hers came out of her case (she just finished a pedi I pray they were sanitized) I didn't see her sanitize while she was doing my service 3. I didnt see her open a pumice stone just dip it in the water I had my pedi in (again praying its new) Not sure if I would come back due to sanitary concerns but overall the service was good.
