I called a few days prior to schedule an appointment at 10:00am for a full set and pedi. I walk in at 9:58am and there's a line forming to talk to the front desk. Some were walk-ins and some were appointments. When it got to me, I told him I had an appointment for a full set and pedi at 10:00am and he directed me to the tablet to complete check-in. I found my name and appointment time but it still asked me to pick my services. I picked both things I needed. The two women in front of me were ushered to their spots. I waited to the side. A few minutes later, a nail tech in the middle of the floor in the waaaay back waived in my direction. I looked around before pointing to my chest and asking if she meant me. She nodded and waived for me to come over. She asked if I didn't remember her from last time, and I replied "It's my first time here.. Nobody really explained to me who I was going to work with. They only asked me to check in and I waited for further instructions." She apologized. Super kind, social, and funny nail tech. Love love love that she can hold a conversation down cause I can be a yapper. She for sure uplifted my mood after being confused. Halfway through my set, she asked what I had planned for the rest of the day. I told her "To get my toes done, too." She immediately spoke with someone and asked if I wanted to get em done at the same time. I told her I did and she reminded me that I had a lot of power in decided to do both at the same time. I appreciated it, but let her know that in general, as a new customer I felt lost because the front desk didn't help clarify who I'd be working with or confirm what I wanted done despite that I told them what I needed verbally and I selected the same things on the tablet. I could only assume that they did they separately because nobody really talked to me to specify. --- QUALITY & VIBE --- Both the set and pedi completed was amazing, the staff is really nice, and the space is clean, professional and spacious. However, as someone who has worked the front desk, I recommend that the front really communicates the process with their NEW customers because that: sets the first impression, clarity helps makes things efficient for the staff and client, and less confusion won't make the client feel uncomfortable from the start.

She will talk with you and make you almost forget that you're getting a Brazilian wax, the cost is so inexpensive compared to the price of full body waxes (about $30 less) I also get my eyebrows threaded there which I was always a wax eyebrow person, but they're threading is so precise. I switched over to getting my eyebrows threaded, and they tint my eyebrows, which makes them look so full. Take it from me, ladies if you hate to get a Brazilian and you are afraid of the pain (like I am) This is the place to go hands-down. Now my final reason why I go there is because I get no hair bumps in between, I don't have issues with hair growing back and irritating me, this is the first time this has ever happened after I get a wax and I have been there five times so far. Aesthetician Extraordinaire…read more I met Mrs. Fay this summer while out and about during my day-to-day activities. My first impression of her was that she was genuinely nice and down to earth. During our conversation, she mentioned that she's an aesthetician who offers everything from makeup to waxing and eyebrow services. Later on, I found her page on Instagram and decided to book an appointment to get my eyebrows done -- and I'm so glad I did! When I arrived for my weekday appointment, she was ready for me right on time, which I really appreciated. There's nothing better than being seen at your scheduled time. She welcomed me warmly into her space, took my coat, and made me feel comfortable right away. I was offered water, and she even showed me where the restroom was just in case I needed it. Since it was my first visit, she took the time to ask a few thoughtful questions about my eyebrow history and what my goals were for their shape and look. I was impressed -- she's very personable and really listens to what her clients want. Her space was spotless and relaxing, with calm music playing in the background. As she worked her magic, we chatted naturally and got to know each other a little better. Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. The entire experience was amazing, and I absolutely love how my eyebrows turned out! I can't wait for my next appointment. Mrs. Fay is truly talented, professional, and makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

She quoted me $32 for pedicure and 48+ $15 for Ombre ~$64 for nails + $32 for pedi. I was okay with that price. At end of service, I was charged $10 to shape nail into (what I always get at regular salon as customer service courtesy) "almond" shape, $5 for applying tips (i was okay with this). However I was charged for an Ombre ($15) when in fact what i received was nail polish with glitter on tips not Ombre. It was cute but not Ombre! The h2o for pedicure was cold. I had to ask her to make it hot several times. My experience could have been an aberration but I left feeling like there was no more customer service in the experience. The ladies next to me paid $88 for a pedicure! They were up-charging every person and it was awfully uncomfortable to listen to people asking what if I only got gel? How much is that? Very uncomfortable. What if this or that??? Finally upon checking out, they give you option of 18% tip and up. There was no clear option to by-pass this. When I looked at receipt the charge was $220 (twice my bill)! I immediately said this was wrong. They said it was corrected. (I will need to monitor debit card over next few days to make sure the refund registered.) Will I ever return? Probably not and it is not because they did a poor job but rather it was the feeling that they were trying to up charge everyone for everything! And this was awfully uncomfortable for me.

I also saw they are running some specials for free brow threading with purchase of lash extensions as well as a couple others.

This location has a much smaller parking lot than the one on Oak Road. Entrance/exit is a bit tricky off of Five Forks Road, especially during rush hour traffic. Making a left out of the salon can be a challenge. The parking lot can get full easily especially during busy/holiday weekends. Fortunately, most people only come for eyebrow threading which only takes a few minutes, so people are in and out. The salon is clean including the bathroom. I have been getting waxed for YEARS, so I am very familiar with the process and what to expect. I originally came in for a full-body wax with Maria. She cleaned my skin with rubbing alcohol, applied wax to my right underarm, and then left the wax sitting there while she moved on to start my Brazilian. The wax was being left on my skin for several minutes at a time and STILL was not setting properly. Removal was extremely painful. Maria repeatedly apologized throughout the service and seemed unprepared. She also did not have a fan available to help the wax set. At that point, I could already tell that the service was going horribly, so I told her I no longer wanted to proceed with the full-body wax and would only do my underarms and Brazilian. Even after limiting the service, I left with hair still remaining on my Brazilian. Then, after everything that happened, she attempted to charge me $80. I was honestly shocked. The service was painful, the wax was not setting properly, I had to change my original service because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding with a full-body wax, and my Brazilian still was not completed properly. I really wanted to find a waxing location closer to home since I recently moved to Duluth, but this experience made that decision for me. I will gladly make the drive back into Atlanta for my full-body waxes. First and last visit.
