I paid $55 dollars for the deluxe pedicure. I also got a gel manicure. The girl doing my nails was rushing and just going so fast. The deluxe pedicure is supposed to have a sugar scrub and 10 minute lotion massage. She barely scrubbed my feet at all and the massage was only about 5 minutes. That was disappointing given what I paid. That being said, she did a great job on my manicure and even changed my toe polish when I didn't like the color. I just wish the pedicure had been what it was described as. I would not have paid for the more expensive one had I known it would not be any better than the one that was $20 less. read more

When I tried to politely point this out, she waved me off repeatedly as if I were bothering her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] To make matters worse, they lacked the basic accessories needed to perform standard nail art. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere here is completely fake. The staff seems miserable, they do not speck to one another, and there is no genuine human warmth[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The salon's cleanliness is also lacking compared to other local spots. Do not be fooled by their fake Louis Vuitton raffle giveaway. Save your money and your feet. There are plenty of upscale, truly clean, and professional nail salons in Snellville. I will never return and strongly advise everyone to stay away. I have photos and I was advised to file an official complaint against the salon with the Georgia Secretary of State Professional Licensing Boards and the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers. When I arrived I was greeted and asked to sign in. I must point out I like the loyalty points program. You sign in with your phone #. No wait time maybe 4 guests ahead of me. I had the usual Fill in and Pedi. When asked what color, I said American for my nails and all white pedi. The nail tech was like I don't know what you mean??? I was like ok red light. The American fill looks more natural than French. SNS powder... I was pleased with the service but the water could have been hotter. It was lukewarm but it was ok. The same for the hot towels and stones- warm. Total bill $110???. I usually pay $95 to $98 for pedi, fill in and brow wax. Thank God I did not get the brow wax.. The mail tech was very sweet. She noted she has been doing nails 4yrs. Been at this location 1 month. I may come back if all else fails....But for now I'll stick with my nail tech that I've had over 20yrs. The interior is nice. I ran into this spot just from reading reviews online so I gave them a shot. Now tbh, the first lady who did my nails did not do the best job. My nails were very crooked but I did not notice until they started to grow out. I gave them one more shot and this time I went with Eric. Eric is more my vibe so I'll stick to him. He paid attention to all my details and executed..... Also, the unlimited open bar is a plus for us busy moms! Now as far as pricing goes, I would say I am spending just about the same amount as I would be at my old salon so I don't feel finessed at all. Went in for a gel pedi today and was pleasantly surprised it was under new management. They were able to see me right away and get the service done quickly during my lunch break. Hien (the manager) makes the extra effort to ensure I was comfortable, had a drink and able to pick my color while in the chair. My nail tech was detailed and thorough. I had high hopes for this nail salon. I called to see if they offer builder gel. I was told they do and when I went there the nail technician opened a brand new bottle of builder gel. This meant that no one other than me had requested this service since this is a newly opened salon. I trusted that they knew what they were doing but the nail technician then proceeded to read the manual that comes with the bottle and started speaking in her native tongue to which I could only interpret that she wasn't sure of how to use this product. She started to apply the builder gel but every few minutes she would try to read the manual again as if she wasn't sure if this was the correct way to do this. She also kept texting on her phone and not paying attention to the service she was giving. She did not let my nails cure for the entire time that they needed to as well. The nails looked nice once they were done and I had hoped that all my reservations were in vain. However, 3 days after, my nails started to peel like stickers which was a sure indication that the application was done in poor quality. If it had been 1 nail, I would not have thought anything of it but multiple fingernails on both hands had peeled off (as shown in the pictures). I say this to say, my main complaint is that if you are unsure of how to do a service, don't lie to a client just to make them stay. They charged me full price - close to 67 dollars and the service I received was very poor. I wish I had not spent so much money and I wish the salon had been honest with me that they did not know how to do builder gel. read more
