I found this place on Groupon a while back and have been going for some time now. Usually Sky does my brow threading and wax and she is phenomenal. She makes you feel very comfortable and your beauty treatment goes by so smooth. This time another lady did my services and she just didn't have the same touch as Sky. Which deducted a star. Once I got past waiting for 30-40min, it was a pleasant experience. I realized she was the only tech on duty so I want to be fair and extend grace. Beauty maintenance services take time. After finally getting my wax I understood why I waited. The care and attentiveness my tech had for my experience was worth the wait. She makes you feel comfortable. Our conversation was pleasant. It made me forget how uncomfortable and slightly painful a wax can be when you haven't had one in years. Once you get it done on a consistent basis, it's a breeze. There are ways to prepare for it as well. My tech was informed to remind me of those options as well. I came here to have my eyebrows threaded. I went here on a Saturday morning (arrived at 10:15 am) and didn't have to wait (might be because it was a day after Christmas and COVID though). They have taken precautions for COVID by taking your temperature and everyone was wearing masks. The technician was very skilled and efficient. I have been to a lot of different threading places and you can tell right away if someone is skilled or not (if they're not skilled, it's excruciating). My brows looked great and she put cooling lotion on to help with the redness. They give a first time visit discount of $5 (regular is $7). I'll definitely be back. read more

Never go here.. unprofessional attitude after I called to explain what happened.. she hung up on me.. I will have to take more measures. I asked for a manager and she pobablly lied that she was out of the country on vacation. Its covid for God sakes not many people are traveling. One thing I didn't like about her was her her rude attitude.. its so frustrating I have to walk around with blisters ..worst new year ever. Well I think they did an ok job it was my first visit for lashes and I informed the lady that I was going on vacation and that it was around water . All in all the lashes didn't last 2 days so it was money wasted I wish they offered water proof glue , I saw it in the supply store after I had my lashes done so there is such thing, o well maybe next time. read more

I think this is the first time in my life I have left a brow salon needing to get my brows done! I was in town for the weekend and wanted to find a place to get my brows done with my best friend. After reading some reviews, we decided to come here and we were so greatly deceived. My eyebrows currently are two different shapes at different places on my face. I feel like I am going to look confused 24/7 until my eyebrows grow back. I genuinely wish I could go back to how my eyebrows looked before I walked into this salon. I will not make this review entirely negative. The ladies were fairly nice and the shop was clean and COVID friendly. BUT I was genuinely fighting back tears when the woman handed me the mirror to look at my brows. The first time she handed me the mirror, I shared my frustrations and she told me that I should've gotten threading instead of wax if I wanted my brows to look good. What? :) I think she meant I should've gone somewhere else if I wanted nice brows. After this entire fiasco, this lady had the audacity to upcharge me after ruining my face after my friend was charged a lesser amount for the same service. I would advise EVERYONE to not come to this salon if you like the way you look! read more

Attendants did a great job for my two girls and myself. They wore their masks and ensured that they were compliant with all CDC guidelines. One daughter got waxing and two of us did threading. Great experience!!! I came here on the day of my prom which was a Saturday so I was very skeptical. It was crowded and I was convinced I would be waiting a long time. I was wrong. I signed in and was sent back to the room earlier than my scheduled appointment and was there for 20/25 minutes. The service was excellent. I had Naz and she made sure to do a good job. After my Brazilian, she even wiped off access powder and oiled my skin which is something I've never experienced at my regular place ( Sweetheart Lawrenceville ). We had a good talk and she made sure I was comfortable. My underarm, stomach and Brazilian was cheaper here than anywhere I've went. Definitely a 10/10 and I will be back! read more

I Just had my first Brazilian wax here and it was GREAT!! I had the pleasure of working with Nesha she was very friendly. She did the proper Brazilian wax technique, used baby powder and provided pressure once she pulled. She even talked to me the whole time to keep the focus off the pain. When I arrived everything was clean, they wore masks and took my temperature. It was one of the best threading experiences I've ever had and my eyebrows were amazing.
