I needed to get my lashes fixed since I did them outside of the country, and they were kinda holding onto for life lol. I told Vananh & Tina and I'm new to lashes and they gave me wonderful suggestions to try. Me, trying to do something different, I went with their suggestions on a wispy/cat eye/manga look. I love how they turned out, so cute. The location has plenty of parking, the inside is very clean, chic and modern. The entire service I was very comfortable, I'm pretty sure I was asleep the moment they taped my eyes closed lol Sorry for snoring. Edit: I've come for a third time. I am getting married next week so I was able to get a hybrid set done by Tyna Dinh. This is my second time ever getting my lashes done and she did not disappoint! Tyna was very kind and polite. I told her my first experience was not great because I had an eye infection. Through out the entire service she asked me multiple times to make sure I was feeling comfortable and to check that the products didn't burn, itch or irritate my eyes, to which I really appreciate. She took very good care of me! The entire process took about 2 hours. Besides being beautiful, the lashes feel light and comfortable! I love them soo much! Wish I had found this place months ago. Was going to Deka Lash and they are a HUGE ripoff. With Deka, my lashes would fall off within two days max. I saw Lynda at ATL last Friday and my lashes look awesome. Also did the ombré brows and I've received so many compliments! Lynda is very sweet and meticulous...no rushing through your service. I've been going to Lynda every two weeks since March. I waited to leave a review as I wanted to make sure they were consistent. My favorite thing about Lynda is the retention of her work. I've been to other lash artists at different businesses where my lashes started falling off in the parking lot. With Lynda, I don't start seeing fallout until 1.5 weeks, and then it's minimal. I could go every 3 weeks, but I like the look of fresh lashes. I also get complimented on my lashes often. I used to get brow tinting here and I loved it because it lasted almost 2 weeks. I've never had brow tint last this long. Because of the excellent quality, I trusted Lynda to do my microblading a few months ago. I wanted to get them for years but was always scared. The process was almost painless; I am happy with the results and get many compliments. The facility is clean, beautiful, and classy. There are chandeliers in every room and comfortable lazyboy-style chairs (my fave) or cushioned tables to lay on, depending on the space. Since I've been there, they are always doing something to make the place even nicer. They even have snacks, water, and good toilet paper (random, I know, but you typically don't see Charmin style in businesses.) My point is that I love the attention to detail. Pricing is reasonable and there are multiple payment options. They also give a discount when you pay in cash. I've only spoken to the other techs in passing. Their work is also beautiful when I see other customers leaving. They seem lovely, but I am a creature of habit when I like service, so I have stuck with Lynda after having a good experiences with her. I am happy to have found this place. read more

My technician title is senior but she was not good. She told me it would take 1hr 30m, it took 2 hrs 30m. She left the room a lot and barely spoke to me. She gave me a sheet to fill out, I asked for hybrid wispy. It was not wispy at all, it looked like they were all the same length no dimension, even my husband said it looked bad and he usually doesn't care. It's heavy, DON'T get hybrid here, it's expensive and looks too full or maybe my technician is just bad. - I've had my lashes done at several other place 10+ times so I know what good extensions look like. Pros: no pain, clean modern space, refreshments Cons: technician doesn't talk much, has no lash knowledge, no after care instructions, lashes are one-dimensional - (this means from the inner eye to outer there are no use of different lengths of lashes.) read more

I was mislead by reviews completely. I saw such great reviews so I thought it would be a good idea to get a lash lift+ tint with Natilie since she is a "senior technician". Don't get me wrong she was very sweet. During this appointment she got glue in my eyes the whole time. To the point where when my appointment was done my eyes were bloodshot red. Before I got out of her chair I told her i felt like there was still glue in my eyelashes. Which there was and in multiple spots on my face. She proceeded to tell me i could wash my face and it would come out. When I got into my car after the appointment and I took a look at my eyelashes and they were not lifted. As far as the tint goes most of my eyelashes were tinted but there's a big spot in my eyelashes that you can notice were not tinted at all. When I got home I tried to wash my face and eye lashes but the glue still would not come out. I then called the salon and told them I wanted a refund. They gave it to me after going back and forth of wanting me to come back. I did really appreciated the refund. I was just very upset because this was the only appointment I was available before my birthday trip so it was very upsetting as it would be for anyone. read more

Not a bad place to go. I read some reviews via google reviews. I did went as my first time doing lashes extension. First time, they didn't turn out what I asked "natural cat eye look". It was more like baby doll dramatic long lashes look. They were nice to fix it for me to shorter. It was ok, as they fix it with taking some off and gluing smaller on inner side of the eye. I felt like it is not the look I want but whatever. Sanely, two days later they started to fall out before reaching one week. The stuff is nice and clean place, but I felt like quality did not met my expectations and I found another place that recommended by my coworker. It's good to go if you aren't picky and may be luck would be on your side and they will last longer then mine. I did as I was told per instructions and cleaned separate with oil free and gentle brush, no touching or pulling them. Oh well. Took extra 2 stars for quality that they fell out before even one week right before my two big outing events. read more
