Recently, I moved from New York and have been looking for a new brow salon because the one I…read moreinitially found in Georgia was farther from my house and the results were just okay. I was really hoping to find someone who could recreate the style I was used to back home. I found this salon a few months ago and had been seeing one of the brow stylists, who was fantastic. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and helped me gradually get my brows back to the shape I loved. Since eyebrow growth takes time, we've been working toward that goal over multiple appointments. Unfortunately, her schedule has been a bit inconsistent lately, so I stopped in today after the gym hoping another stylist could help. Before we started, I explained in detail what I had been working on with the other brow artist and asked several questions to make sure she was comfortable maintaining that same shape. She assured me she understood and told me to trust her. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like my concerns weren't listened to, and months of progress toward growing my brows back have now been undone. Brows take weeks to grow back and often months to reshape, so it's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm starting over. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish because I wanted to avoid this outcome. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and the progress I'd made over the past few months. It was simply a very inconvenient experience that could have been avoided if the stylist had been upfront about not being familiar with the technique or shape I was looking for. I'm sure this stylist may do a great job for clients looking for a different brow style, but if a client is asking for a specific approach that you're not confident you can achieve, it's much better to be honest than to promise you can. Setting the right expectations is so important. I wondered if I was just being overly critical, but when I got home, my fiancé immediately noticed the difference and even commented that my brows didn't turn out as well as they had before. I'll continue booking with the original stylist because she truly understood what I was looking for, but I wanted to share my experience so others know to request the stylist whose work aligns with the look they're trying to achieve.

She has always made me feel comfortable from the start. She works quickly and efficiently and ensures to answer any questions you might have about any procedure. You cannot trust just anyone to do your sugaring or waxing, especially in sensitive areas, but I have never been disappointed here. I book everything online and if you need to reschedule, calling in is a breeze. The other staff I have interacted with have always been pleasant and accommodating. You can also get package deals for your sugaring or waxing to save money and for convenience. I did this in the past and recommend it if you can afford it upfront. I would not go anywhere else for my sugaring or waxing needs. I highly recommend this shop if you need any hair removal done or any other services they offer. You will definitely get quality service that is worth every dollar.

My daughter had a "back wax" for the first time at this facility. In preparation for this service, I Googled the rating, which returned to 4.7 Stars. We called the company to find out what to expect since this was her first time. Also, she had an event to attend and wanted to ensure there were no issues with her back after the service. The company advised us to come a few days earlier in case of minor irritation (considering eyebrow and lip waxing, you might get a minor irritation). Also, the esthetician recommended that my daughter get a "Sugar wax" service. We arrived five days before the event and had the service done. The esthetician had my daughter sign a waiver and advised her to use Neosporin or Hydrocortisone in case of minor irritation. My daughter said that the esthetician used her gloved hands as she repeatedly put the product on her back, but she didn't change the gloves between applications. My daughter thought to herself that she hoped the esthetician would change the product for each new client. Immediately after the service, walking out the door, I checked her back and saw white pimples populating on her back. My daughter didn't go back into the facility to make them aware because she had already addressed the possibility of some irritation. My daughter used hydrocortisone to help with the rash; now it's red. After the event, the rash developed fully on her entire back. The earliest we could get an appointment with a dermatologist was that Wednesday. During the visit, the dermatologist said this rash was caused by a contaminated product caused by double-dipping. She prescribed a cream to be used daily for at least two weeks, possibly three. We are still working on the rash, which has been present for seventeen days. Yesterday, we showed my daughter's back and spoke to the company about the problem. We requested a refund for the cost of the service and dermatologist visit. The problem was not a minor irritation but a massive reaction to contaminated products caused by staff negligence, which caused a full-blown rash. We asked to speak to the owner, which the esthetician declined. She responded that she would give the information to the owner and get back to us tomorrow. Today, after two follow-up calls from me, they finally responded: "Your daughter signed the waiver, which clearly states that we are not responsible for anything; therefore, they will not give a refund." In all honesty, based on yesterday's conversation with the esthetician, we didn't expect them to show good ethics or integrity. If I saw a review like this and the pictures as proof, I would say, "Thank you very much!" And move on to another company. We can only make decisions in today's world through the "Reviews." So even if you have a 5-star rating along with these business practices, I would not take the chance because you or your loved one suffers; the company moves on with business as usual. They have to be held accountable! So, we will be filing this information to The State Board of Georgia because this is a health issue that requires investigating or, at the very least, recording. No STAR ratings. We are making sure you get the information so that you can make the right decision.

I'm sure Olga is awesome, but despite booking my eyebrow threading appointment with her specifically, I never met her and a random lady did my brows--I have scars above my right eyebrow, like, deep scars from my appointment that resulted in deep itchy rash. It also smelled odd during the threading like maybe rose witch hazel but I'm not sensitive to that normally. A simple alcohol or aloe solution would have been preferred. Maybe it just wasn't sanitary but anyway I left and almost immediately broke out in a super itchy skin inflammation and started my new job like that! This was several months ago (April 2025) and I still have the deep scars on my face from this amateur facility with newbies. I just remember wanting to scratch it so badly. I used to go to a threading and sugaring place in Alpharetta before I relocated, and never had a problem nor sensitivity there. Brazilian and eyebrows, never an issue. Bare Wax is not a place I will be returning to. What sucks is I didn't even need the service, just wanted to try the new place and be groomed and polished. Honestly there was no difference, she didn't even know how to trim my eyebrows so they looked basically the same as when I arrived.

My brows are very thin and I fill them in everyday. While I was not expecting miracles, having my eyebrows shaped does make the fill in process easier. I don't know how she does it, but Inga truly is the master of brows. I had to leave early to beat traffic to arrive at my appointment on time, but I don't mind rearranging my schedule for the perfect brows. I'll definitely be back!

It had been years since I had gotten my brows waxed and I had no idea it was back in vogue and could produce such amazing and consistent results. So I set off in search of an Atlanta brow artist and came across Inga Bailey. I was nervous on my first visit (trying new things especially when it comes to beauty is nerve wrecking), but Inga was a true professional. Not only did she do an amazing job with reviving my eyebrows (which I thought would never be full again) over a few sessions, but she also took the time to educate and explain what she was doing and why. She even showed me how to properly fill in my brows. I have seen the light and I will not go back to threading. You do pay a premium ($30) but there is a huge difference between $10 brows and $30 brows. Inga Bailey Brows is located in Dunwoody in what appears to be an office park so it's easy to miss. Her suite is located on the second floor and there is a sign outside.

I made the appointment because Brows by Milly is one of the only companies I could find that would remove ink on or around brows. My first appointment went great. My technician understood exactly what I was asking for, which was not to remove all of the microblading, just the spot of ink above my eyebrow. She did a great job and even told me that I could come for a touchup that she would include with the price of everything I had already paid because it was such a small spot. I was very happy with the initial result and came back in 6 weeks later to remove the last of the ink that had turned orange with the first treatment. I was very surprised when she began the second treatment and there were a lot more flashes on the laser. When she showed me the results, I was shocked to see she had removed ALL of the microblading ink, especially after I had reminded her it was just the one spot. She told me at first she was doing me a favor because the ink no longer looked very good (which I didn't care about) and then said she had to do it because the laser had spread when she tried to remove it from the one spot and she had to take all of the rest of the ink off. I was shocked she did not tell me about this before just going ahead and removing it all. I saw I would now need to come back in for ANOTHER session to remove the ink that had turned orange. She told me I now needed to remove all of the ink from the other eyebrow (which, again, I wanted them left alone) because now they wouldn't match and she kept emphasizing how bad the ink looked anyway. I left and came back later that day and she took the rest of the ink off the other eyebrow. She told me that Brows by Milly would NOT cover the cost of the touchups because now it was too much work. I now have all of the microblading removed and have to PAY for touchups and this is NOT what I wanted. I believe she made a mistake and went further in the removal than she meant to, but instead of owning up to it, she blamed the laser and tried to convince me that it needed to be done. I now have to not only pay for the touchups, but also for all new microblading, which I will be getting done somewhere else with more trustworthy staff. This is hundreds of extra dollars, plus healing time for my eyebrows which I don't have right now, all because she messed up.
