Recently, I moved from New York and have been looking for a new brow salon because the one I…read moreinitially found in Georgia was farther from my house and the results were just okay. I was really hoping to find someone who could recreate the style I was used to back home. I found this salon a few months ago and had been seeing one of the brow stylists, who was fantastic. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and helped me gradually get my brows back to the shape I loved. Since eyebrow growth takes time, we've been working toward that goal over multiple appointments. Unfortunately, her schedule has been a bit inconsistent lately, so I stopped in today after the gym hoping another stylist could help. Before we started, I explained in detail what I had been working on with the other brow artist and asked several questions to make sure she was comfortable maintaining that same shape. She assured me she understood and told me to trust her. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like my concerns weren't listened to, and months of progress toward growing my brows back have now been undone. Brows take weeks to grow back and often months to reshape, so it's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm starting over. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish because I wanted to avoid this outcome. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and the progress I'd made over the past few months. It was simply a very inconvenient experience that could have been avoided if the stylist had been upfront about not being familiar with the technique or shape I was looking for. I'm sure this stylist may do a great job for clients looking for a different brow style, but if a client is asking for a specific approach that you're not confident you can achieve, it's much better to be honest than to promise you can. Setting the right expectations is so important. I wondered if I was just being overly critical, but when I got home, my fiancé immediately noticed the difference and even commented that my brows didn't turn out as well as they had before. I'll continue booking with the original stylist because she truly understood what I was looking for, but I wanted to share my experience so others know to request the stylist whose work aligns with the look they're trying to achieve.

So far I've had Lily and Van for sure. I might have had Holly once but not entirely sure on that one. The first appointment I booked online, and the second I believed I just called to see if they had an opening and they did. If you book online you will be asked to reserve with a credit or debit card and it says they will charge $25 for canceled appointments under 24 hours notice, so keep that in mind. I've gotten the CBD manicure and pedicure before as well as the herbal pedicure. The loss of a star comes from having to ask them for callus treatment when I had already booked and paid for it ahead of time, and then additionally having to tell them to finish off on the callus as their was still a lot of roughness. I tried not to make a big deal of it at all, but I did want to make sure I was getting what I paid for of course. They were nice about everything. Another reason why my review is not five stars is that there was no shoulder massage as advertised in the CBD manicure listing online. For that particular one, it says it's included but it wasn't. I didn't want to bring it up as I already felt bad about asking for the callus treatment I prepaid for, so I just let it slide. The place is clean and workers are nice enough. I would probably come back here. I have an ingrown toenail, but they were gentle so I appreciate that. I definitely recommend the CBD treatments on your feet and hands. It was very soothing. You can get a similar scrub at Walmart, but if you're already getting pampered, you might as well. Overall, a good, relaxing experience with similar prices to competitors.

It was just a simple gel on short nails, no removal or anything. No cuticles, nothing. A good job though. An elder lady called Vy did my basic pedi with callus treatment added on. She was really very sweet, gentle and very good. Overall very happy, just felt a little uncomfortable about the gel manicure pricing. Not sure I'll go back for that reason.
