I came here for the first time to get lash extensions. I was greeted by 2 dogs when entering the business. I guess since this is a private owned business they don't have to follow the same sanitation rules as other companies. The dogs did not seem like service animals and just kind of ran around everywhere. Is this acceptable and normal? Is this allowed by the Georgia state board of cosmetology? It does not seem hygienic or sanitary. The dogs followed me into the room and one of them just jumped up on to the chair with me. The technician working on me did not even ask if I was okay with the dogs being in the room with me. Throughout the session, I would hear her speaking to the dogs. Because my eyes were closed I have no idea if she was touching/petting them and then touching my eyes after. Even though the dogs are cute, I was really grossed out by the whole thing. read more

This place has terrible business practices and collectively groups together to victim blame. I started going here December of last year and had a lash technician by the name of Amy. She was wonderful and I never had any issues. I was very happy with her work. I've been getting lash extensions since 2018 and was struggling to find a new tech when the one I went to religiously moved to Florida. I say this only to preface that I am not new to lash extensions and their care. I thought I found a good place here, but unfortunately Amy quit in May. She told me she would be transferring my information to Stella, who would take good care of me. I went in on June 4 for a refill. I have attached screenshots of my Vagaro transactions to show time stamps. After this refill all the new lashes started falling out over the next few days. My coworkers at work even made a comment that it looked like I didn't get a refill at all. It was really embarrassing, but I didn't want to make a big deal out of it and kick up a fuss with the company. I figured I would just go in early for my next refill. I set up an appointment with a different technician 6/24. 20 days after my last refill that's supposed to last 4-5 weeks. I explained the situation to Tavian who said in the future I could contact the company and they could fix it within 48 hours. At the end of the session, I was surprised to see Tavian charged me for a full set $170. I asked her why when I was here for a refill within 3 weeks of my last session. It's not as if I had gotten a set and then let everything fall out and tried to get a new full set. She said there were not enough lashes left to constitute a refill and she had to do a whole new set for me. I told her that as I had explained earlier my session from 6/4 was basically a complete waste of 100$. And I was being punished and forced to pay almost 70$ extra for poor service. She told me I should have called and asked for a fix. Then Stella, herself - who also happens to be the owner of the business, came out and tried to tell me I did not take care of my lashes properly. I pointed out to her I had been coming every 4 weeks for 6 months without issue until I switched technicians. There was a third person in the back room yelling out asking what the issue was. I just felt very ganged up against so I went ahead and paid the full amount but I most certainly don't recommend anyone come here. They just take your money and don't care what quality of work they put out. To add on to your response there's a big difference between 3 and several weeks which is why I added the screen shots so you wouldn't confuse the time line and twist my words but I see you did anyway. I got lash extensions with Stella. I completely put my trust in her on shape and style. I didn't have inspiration pics but just told her what it is I think I may like. She told me her plan and she did a great job! I have gotten lash extensions at other places and felt like they never fit my eye shape or fall out so quickly. Well after two weeks now my lashes still look great! The location is super cute inside and easy to get to. I will definitely be returning! read more

My lash extensions here came out nice and the price wasn't bad. However I would not return due to the lack of professionalism. When I arrived, there was no receptionist and I stood in the empty lobby waiting for 10 minutes until I called their main number to let them know I arrived. The lash artist I chose, Tavian, texted me a few hours before my appointment to ask if I could come earlier despite me having booked 5PM a month in advance. I still came an hour early. Once I sat down, she continuously said she wasn't sure if she could do the style I wanted and that she can just "take them all off" if I didn't like it. This already made me feel unsure about it and she later told me I could come to get a free touch up. This was a nice offer until she texted me the next night trying to reschedule that too. If you book here, maybe consider their issues with time management. read more

I checked tons of examples and was blown away by the results! I quickly made sure to book an appointment and go get my lashes done! I have had two services done, hybrid lash extensions and LED classic extensions as well! The service was incredible and the staff was so sweet!
