    Uneven color.  Looks like a home job.

    My nails look like an amateur did them. I was explaining to the technician that my skin was still stuck to the cuticle and I wanted her to go around the cuticle and clean it up there, also the nails were bumpy and uneven. She was giving me excuses as to why she couldn't clean the cuticle area so I just asked her to stop and get another technician to finish the job. She didn't do any better. Paint is messy and thick. I realize again why I stop going to the nail salon. I'm always impressed by the nail pictures on Instagram but I realize that technicians that good don't exist in Atlanta. I left a $5 tip anyway just because I didn't want to be a b****. But I will never go there again.

    Staff here are very nice and friendly. I've been coming here for 2 years and was very happy I found them. Kelly, Nicky and Mary always do an exceptional job with my nails.

    Disappointing, wanted a nice gel for the 4th of July.Not neat. A few nails look like there isn't enough polish applied.

She has always made me feel comfortable from the start. She works quickly and efficiently and ensures to answer any questions you might have about any procedure. You cannot trust just anyone to do your sugaring or waxing, especially in sensitive areas, but I have never been disappointed here. I book everything online and if you need to reschedule, calling in is a breeze. The other staff I have interacted with have always been pleasant and accommodating. You can also get package deals for your sugaring or waxing to save money and for convenience. I did this in the past and recommend it if you can afford it upfront. I would not go anywhere else for my sugaring or waxing needs. I highly recommend this shop if you need any hair removal done or any other services they offer. You will definitely get quality service that is worth every dollar.

My daughter had a "back wax" for the first time at this facility. In preparation for this service, I Googled the rating, which returned to 4.7 Stars. We called the company to find out what to expect since this was her first time. Also, she had an event to attend and wanted to ensure there were no issues with her back after the service. The company advised us to come a few days earlier in case of minor irritation (considering eyebrow and lip waxing, you might get a minor irritation). Also, the esthetician recommended that my daughter get a "Sugar wax" service. We arrived five days before the event and had the service done. The esthetician had my daughter sign a waiver and advised her to use Neosporin or Hydrocortisone in case of minor irritation. My daughter said that the esthetician used her gloved hands as she repeatedly put the product on her back, but she didn't change the gloves between applications. My daughter thought to herself that she hoped the esthetician would change the product for each new client. Immediately after the service, walking out the door, I checked her back and saw white pimples populating on her back. My daughter didn't go back into the facility to make them aware because she had already addressed the possibility of some irritation. My daughter used hydrocortisone to help with the rash; now it's red. After the event, the rash developed fully on her entire back. The earliest we could get an appointment with a dermatologist was that Wednesday. During the visit, the dermatologist said this rash was caused by a contaminated product caused by double-dipping. She prescribed a cream to be used daily for at least two weeks, possibly three. We are still working on the rash, which has been present for seventeen days. Yesterday, we showed my daughter's back and spoke to the company about the problem. We requested a refund for the cost of the service and dermatologist visit. The problem was not a minor irritation but a massive reaction to contaminated products caused by staff negligence, which caused a full-blown rash. We asked to speak to the owner, which the esthetician declined. She responded that she would give the information to the owner and get back to us tomorrow. Today, after two follow-up calls from me, they finally responded: "Your daughter signed the waiver, which clearly states that we are not responsible for anything; therefore, they will not give a refund." In all honesty, based on yesterday's conversation with the esthetician, we didn't expect them to show good ethics or integrity. If I saw a review like this and the pictures as proof, I would say, "Thank you very much!" And move on to another company. We can only make decisions in today's world through the "Reviews." So even if you have a 5-star rating along with these business practices, I would not take the chance because you or your loved one suffers; the company moves on with business as usual. They have to be held accountable! So, we will be filing this information to The State Board of Georgia because this is a health issue that requires investigating or, at the very least, recording. No STAR ratings. We are making sure you get the information so that you can make the right decision.

I went in for an underarm wax, and not only did the technician apply soft wax multiple times to the same area (which should never be done), but she also failed to follow basic waxing protocol. * She did not hold my skin taut while applying or removing the wax, which increases the risk of irritation and unnecessary trauma to the skin. * She did not apply pressure after removing the strip, which is essential to confuse the nerve endings and minimize discomfort. * As someone who gets waxed regularly and is not sensitive to wax, I can confidently say this was due to poor technique--not my skin. To make matters worse, when I asked for her name for accountability and safety reasons, she refused to provide it and instead gave me her manager's name. This level of unprofessionalism raises serious concerns about whether the staff are properly trained and licensed. I strongly do not recommend this place for waxing services. If you value proper technique, professionalism, and skin safety, go elsewhere.

I booked a last minute appointment for the day of my birthday, the night before. I wanted to get a full Gel X set and brow waxing and a basic facial to make my day special. I booked with them and left a note in the comment box for the booking that I really wanted to add on lash extensions if they had the availability. Not 30 mins later, I was contacted by the salon (at 9pm on a Sunday!) to let me know that, yes, they did have time to add that if I wanted. As I was talking with them, I shared inspo pics for my nails and they let me know that I didn't need the upcharge that I had originally booked for my nails. My inspo was included in the base charge. What amazing customer service! The MOMENT I walked in the door, I knew this was my new spot. Everyone was welcoming, they had complimentary drinks (and seasonal choices) and the place is immaculate. First service: Brows Lucy took me to the station, asked me about my preferences, and honored them completely. I like a natural shape with just some basic cleaning up. She nailed it. 1000% Second service: nails When I tell you I've never had a more even, precise and perfect job done. She took so much time with each hand, making sure I loved them, making sure they matched, and always asking if everything felt okay for me and that nothing hurt. I knew then, I was in for life. Lucy came back in, asked again about shape, natural or bold, and then she got to work. It takes a while, but art doesn't just manifest out of nowhere. I have long blonde lashes. They're there but you can't see them. I told her I wanted cat eye but very natural. She was just as meticulous as she was with the nails. So much so that I had started to worry I'd leave with fans on my eyes rather than what I wanted. But patience was indeed a virtue. She took the time to make sure her work was correct and lasting.     As a loyal customer for over six years with European Wax, I am extremely disappointed with my…read morerecent experience. I have invested thousands of dollars in services over the years, and while this is not about the quality of the waxing itself, it is about time management and customer consideration. On the day of my appointment, I drove over an hour to arrive promptly at 9:00 AM, factoring in heavier traffic due to school starting in the Georgia area. I left my home well in advance to ensure I was on time. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my waxer was running late and that there was no estimated time of arrival. What frustrates me most is that I was not informed ahead of time. Your policy clearly states: "If you're running late or need to change your reservation, just call us at (678) 942-0088 and we'll get you all sorted out." I expect the same courtesy from your staff a simple phone call before I made the long drive would have been both professional and considerate. Additionally, you should have your books open and ready at 9:00 AM. If you are not able to start services promptly at that time, customers should be notified before they arrive, especially those traveling long distances. Because I was not notified, I not only wasted time and gas, but I also woke up earlier than necessary and ultimately did not receive my service. Unfortunately, I am traveling this weekend and will now have to do so without the wax I had scheduled and planned for. While I will not name the waxer, as she is skilled and pleasant, this experience reflects very poor time management and customer care on the part of the location. I hope this feedback prompts a review of your communication process so no other loyal customer experiences this level of inconvenience.
