Idk why there are bad reviews from years ago but I believe it's under new management and I haven't had a bad experience and I've visited several times. I get a pedicure, fill or full set and have had my eyebrows done. Excellent work read more

My 2 teenage daughters visited. 1 of the worst experiences ever. Tech wasn't able to achieve look that my daughter wanted and when she info her that she was dissatisfied the tech told her a different product needed to be used to achieve the look. If that were the case then it should've been done initially. They rushed the process & wasn't very friendly. Their nails popped off completely after 6 days. Never again, don't waste your time. read more

Never seen an empty nail salon with a total of 3 employees have no customer service! The lady I assume is in charge is less than friendly. There is a kid that runs around in the salon. So much for having a quiet, relaxing pedicure. Doing your services is like she's doing you a favor. Plus no one is doing an extra step due to covid. The utensils should be wiped down. Regardless if it's in that sanitizing oven. Go somewhere else NOT sanitary! read more

I must say that the nails ended up staying on and the didn't lift and I was impressed. Although I did not like the sanitation processes regarding pedicures. I will probably go back for nails only read more

Had an appointment at 5 and they didn't take me till 6. They did a poor job and rushed. I wasn't happy and they tried again but I ended up walking out. Terrible experience and a total waste of time. They were understaffed and conditions weren't sanitary. I don't recommend at all. read more

This is a smaller but very clean salon. They seem to be shorter staff on the weekday so I would recommend calling in to give them a heads up. This place is definitely worth a try, simply because they will take their time on you, they won't rush through your service and they pay attention to any problematic areas. I will definitely be back again. read more

Well, this place is depressingly sad! Only two techs, one of whom is the owner's daughter and she doesn't know how to do nails. At all. I had the misfortune of having her, she cut my cuticles on two nails and repeatedly kept nipping at the same spots and cut them open. She also wanted to use the community polish on my nails, and O.M.G. she filed them into some crazy shapes. I asked for rounded... some were squares, some were pointed, I think only one nail was round. She gave a horrible hand massage, where she vigorously rubbed the back of my hands (not my palms or my fingers) and her hands were dry, crusty and scratched the living daylights out of my hands. The other tech, Yamile, had to get up from her customer to fix the mistakes but made mistakes of her own. Using my polish, she has polish pooled at my cuticles, serious dragging so now my polish is patchy, and it chipped two hours later. My fingers have little hangnails that i have to take care of once i get home. Yup not ever coming back. read more

Came in a second time and asked for same service with tips. Either she was in a rush or ignored my request but continued to do a shape I did not ask or want. Rushed through the whole process and nails lifted within 5 days. Disappointed the second visit was nothing like the first with the same nail tech. read more

All of the workers who have helped me have been extremely thorough in their work and listen to you if you have any concerns. I usually get gel or SNS manicures here and regular pedicures with other massage or special soak add-ons. They have always provided the best quality work and are not overly rough with the massages like some places. You also get a free beverage - wine, if you like, with your service which is nice as not every nail place offers that, though more should if they can. The atmosphere is always calm and never too busy. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center lot. You can also get a birthday discount if you sign up for the rewards program, as well as other periodic discounts. Overall, it's a great place and I've had no issues yet. This will continue to be my go-to place for nails.
