All of the workers who have helped me have been extremely thorough in their work and listen to you if you have any concerns. I usually get gel or SNS manicures here and regular pedicures with other massage or special soak add-ons. They have always provided the best quality work and are not overly rough with the massages like some places. You also get a free beverage - wine, if you like, with your service which is nice as not every nail place offers that, though more should if they can. The atmosphere is always calm and never too busy. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center lot. You can also get a birthday discount if you sign up for the rewards program, as well as other periodic discounts. Overall, it's a great place and I've had no issues yet. This will continue to be my go-to place for nails.

I usually don't have a problem popping in when needed, no appointments are necessary unless you just want one. Their work compared to other places has been the best I've had and I've been getting my nails done for well over 15 years. My usual service is SNS nails and a pedicure. It's always a decent price and I'm usually there every 2-3 weeks. I'm a retired nail biter so nails have always been my reason to keep me from biting them but to say that my nails have actually grown to a LONG healthy length because of this salon is big for me!

The first visit back a few months ago was just okay, the second time was actually really good, but after today, I will not be returning. I had a wedding this weekend (which I told them about), and my toenails look terrible. I got regular polish on my toes and they are uneven, messy, and honestly look worse in person. I also got gel on my fingers, and they look awful as well. There's polish all over my skin. Yes, I know it will eventually come off, but the point is they should have taken the time to clean it up before I left. What really bothered me was the attitude. I politely asked the man doing my manicure to fix my thumb because there was a noticeable line down the side and it wasn't even. He became irritated and told me it was because of how I laid my hand while it was drying. For an $80 service, I expected much better quality and customer service. I've tried this salon four different times and only had one truly good experience. There are plenty of great nail salons in the area, so save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

I've been getting my nails done monthly for over a year and they have not failed me. Lynn does a great job with pedicures. Her touch is gentle, and those leg massages are a nice bonus. The couple running Flower Nails are also the owners, I love supporting their small business. The prices are pretty reasonable too, just $26 for fill-ins that last a month. It's quite a deal considering the quality you get. Since they're on the smaller side, it's a good idea to call ahead and make an appointment.

I tried another HIGHLY rated salon in the area and it was trash. I even got one of the techs everyone said to ask for. I went in November to the other place for SNS and tips. The nails were SUPER thick and not only did it crack across the middle of one of my nails, but it literally ripped my nail causing extreme pain. I decided to come to Flower Nails (where I knew I should have gone originally) and they were incredibly gentle and the husband did a phenomenal job. He is a wizard with SNS. They didn't feel heavy and were so thin that it didn't look like I had fake nails on at all. I've since come back 3 more times to get them redone. My previous set lasted maybe 2-3 weeks but the sets I get at Flower Nails last over a month with very little wear and tear. Nail growth and thinner areas like the nail bed wear down before the actual SNS does. My broken nail has now healed and grown out and I've yet to have any issues. My only guess is that maybe the previous commenter came when the son was running the shop. He's an older teen-young adult and may not be able to do the services you need yet in the demand of time you want. This is a family owned salon with a husband and wife who do just fine by themselves. I hate to see it get low reviews and looked over!

When it was finally our turn the I was asked to soak my feet. The water was way too hot for me and the water was almost full to the top by the time cold water was turned on to temper it. So I soaked my feet in the water and waited. Again, no big deal. It was still so much on the warm side though that I ended up breaking into a sweat. I don't think they had the air conditioning on inside their store. Looking around my mom's gel manicure, her manicurist did a great job and she was very sweet. The lady that did my pedicure was also nice, well so I thought (until she took my payment). The lady that did my nails while I sat in the pedicure chair did a really bad job with my nails. I didn't realize how bad until I got home. See attached pics. When all was said and done and I was paying, I was told to add the tip to the receipt. I guess it wasn't good enough. As I gave the receipt back and thanked the lady who did my pedicure she just turned and walked away. No "you're welcome", no "thank you", no nothing. I will have to say that the lady that did my nails was kind enough to find me a regular polish and a gel polish that matched perfectly which I appreciate. It's just that the work was pretty bad and was rushed because they had people waiting after us. Overall a horrible job on my nails. My toes were ok though - but done by someone else. For expensive as this stuff is, never again!

She is incredibly rude and is always so rough with my hands. This past weekend, I was unfortunate enough to have her handling my SNS. She didn't say a word when she started working on my hands, just threw everything in my lap. The nail colors, mini bean bag and the UV light - literally thrown down. At one point, I was rudely told, "Give me your hand!" She was also very rough with my fingers. In fact, I left with a few of them bleeding and now it hurts to have water even touch them. Based on other reviews, I know this same woman has already been mentioned. Unfortunately, I believe she is one of the owners if not, the owner. I pass by way too many nail places to get here from Duluth. Not sure why I've subject myself to this treatment for as long as I have, but I will not be back.
