I came in and was very kindly greeted. The place was neat and it wasn't too busy, as it was a Monday at 3pm. Waited for about 15 minutes, then began my acrylic full set. My nail technician was very pleasant and she did a gentle and neat job. She didn't clip my nails, and she didn't push back my cuticles which I didn't really like. After she finished my nails, but before she painted them she did my pedicure. She made sure the water was the temperature I desired. She went about clipping my toenails. She could have been more intentional with massaging and exfoliating and scrubbing my feet. It was still nice tho. The massage chair was nice! Then she painted my toes and my nails quickly while sitting in the pedicure chair. Unfortunately one of my toenails chipped only 2 hours later, but it was small so I will deal with it. Over all pleasant experience, with a few things that could have been less rushed and more intentional. read more

I came here a few times for nails and pedicures, although the ladies are super nice and gentle sometimes they don't understand what kinda color or design I'm looking for and they've messed couple times. The pedicures ladies are excellent. I wish they could keep their prices same, for exemplo if all the time I come to get manicure & pedicure done; same gel polish nail fill-in/cut down plus their pedicure I don't comprehend the inconsistency of prices, unless I also asks for eyebrows done too, etc. Anyways, if I'm ever near their location I'd go back here and there. Man don't waste your time going to this place. The lady doing my toes is not prepared, I have somewhere I need to be. She has her supplies all over the shop. Every two minutes she gets up and get another tool to use. They act spaced out in here like they are in the zone. Not to mention it's pure silence in here. I have been here almost 2 hours and I don't even have the polish on my toes yet. Never again I don't have time for people being inconsiderate of my time. I told here to stop midway through. Very friendly and fast! I came here on Tuesday around lunch time, only wanted a quick pedi, after I dropped off shoe repair next door- there was only one lady finishing up her pedi and they took me in right away. Asked me what type of pedi I wanted, showing me the chart of different types: I picked the regular "spa" pedi which was only $18 and added $2 for callus removal. The lady who worked on my feet, really took her time to work all over my feet to remove callus (well worth extra $2!) and gave me complementary chair massage, which you'll be surprised, I had some places that charged extra $ for it! She didn't seem to rush it but it seemed to me very quick in her hand movements to finish up the job. They also put the disposable toe separators, not "rolled up toilet paper" which used to come off and got on my toe nails not completely dried at other salons. Came here for the first time today and it was amazing. I had the deluxe pedicure for only $30 plus tip. Ann was gentle and did an amazing job...especially since I haven't had a pedicure in a while. My feet feels clean and fresh. The painting jobs wasn't perfect but then again who's perfect right? I would recommend and will return! read more

It was the first time I went to get my nails done in a long time and I was looking online to see where to go and I look and look until I found lady nails. I saw the reviews and it said that it is one of the best nail salons and I saw the pics they look good but when I got their they where kind but when the lady started doing my nail I thought that she knows what she is doing but when she finishes I saw that my nail is big and fat and you could see my nail it looked like a student did it. Although the ladies working here were very pleasant, I am not happy with my nails at all. I asked for SNS and I was told to pick out a color by looking at the actual containers of powder (not a finished sample) so it was difficult to tell what I was picking. There really weren't many SNS colors to choose from either. The nail tech had to remove my old grown out SNS to reapply the new coat and she burned me/ hurt me several times by leaving the drill in the same place too long. Also, the process they use here is different than I've ever seen anywhere else. She finished off the top coat of my SNS nails with gel... which I've never seen for SNS, hence why it's not gel... The outcome is a powdery looking unevenly colored nail. There are lighter spots on my nails in certain areas where the powder did not stick properly. In addition, less than 24 hours later, the clear gel top coat has already started peeling off. No cuticles were pushed back or trimmed and I asked for a manicure. I do not plan on ever returning here. I'm very disappointed. The pedicure was okay but I would not recommend this place for anything else. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, Im convinced there racist against African American people she was rude the whole time, but when the Caucasian woman came in she was polite to her, I'm so mad I even wasted my time coming here, she rushed the whole time. Stopped in on my way from an errand around 2pm on a Friday. I didn't have much of a wait at all. I brought a picture and the nail tech did her best to match the color. When the color we thought would work didn't she removed it without any issue and found a better color. I was satisfied with the outcome of the nails, the $18 gel application, and the quick service. My first time visiting this salon was a wonderful experience. Both women were welcoming and personable. I had to wait about 15 minutes because they make sure you get their full attention. I chose the $25 pedicure which included a hot rock and hot towel treatment. The foot and leg massage was just right. Often times manicurists have been too rough. Wendy made sure she really took care of the cuticles. The massage chairs actually worked nicely and were comfortable. I then asked for a manicure since the pedicure was superb. I am very rough on fingernail polish so she suggested buffing my nails. Again she did a superb job. It's a small, quiet salon with an especially relaxing atmosphere due not to furnishing rather the aura from the manicurists. The woman doing gel nails had a sweet laugh and Wendy has a gentle spirit. I am thankful to have stumbled upon this salon and look forward to doing business for many years. I would give a 4.5 due to overall appearance but a 5.0 for superb service. read more
