It was my first time and l go elsewhere for my manis and pedis. Since its close to my house l decided to give it a try.. Got a gel mani, the french tip was nice. They cuticle removal was okay. The pedi l got was awful. I had already cut my nail to the size l wanted before had.. When l got the pedi "another lady" didnt make them even, she DIDNT remove much of my cuticle, instead she painted over with the clear polish .. Clearly she is having some vision issues and cant see well. Never going again. No wonder it was so empty. read more

Basic nail salon. They don't seem like they get a lot of traffic but they also don't do many special designs. I was disappointed that they do not line the foot spa with plastic as most salons do for sanitary purposes. It actually creeps me out. Anyways my nail tech was an older woman who was very sweet and took her time. But I most likely won't be back. read more

I think I like this place- Walked in, greeted immediately and waited less than a 1 minute to be serviced, literally- we are on the right track so far... Services rendered were worth the cost- $25 pedicure put me to sleep( $15 pedi would have done the same but ehh) and was worth the personal contact. Ty did an awesome job on my nails, nailing the design/ scheme I had in my head. I am pleased. I don't live on this side of town but it might be worth the trip q 2 weeks to see this crew. read more

Walked into this place on a Saturday and was immediately greeted. Needed to remove my badly done acrylic nails from another salon and get a pedicure. They were so nice and friendly. The environment is clean and welcoming. I was so pleased with the technicians work removing my nails and doing my gel manicure and pedicure. I needed a pedicure, badly. I've driven passed Nail Gallery a lot and thought I'll give it a try. It's located next to Pho 24 off Rockbridge Road & Jimmy Carter Blvd. On the door, there is a sign for 10% for early bird special if you come between 10 am to 1 pm, I think?? But I went in on a late afternoon, the shop isn't busy with a few other customers but the workers were attentive and alert. Inside is clean and decorated well. There were lantern lights that were hanging everywhere. The nail technicians were very nice and friendly. They took their time with the detail. There are 18 pedicure chairs. I just recently moved from Miami to Norcross and needed a good nail salon. I had high expectations because my previous nail place back in miami was AWESOME!! I googled a couple of places and Nail Gallery came up as one of my nearby locations. I strictly went by the two reviews and what caught my eye was the early bird special. I went this morning and the lady that took care of me was very pleasant and she did an amazing job on my nails. I have acrylics with gel polish. She was very detailed. What I loved most about the place is that it's VERY clean and the decoration is very chic and modern. Hygiene is very important to me so I looked around a lot and inspected everything. This is definitely a place to try and I'm happy I found my new nail place. read more

They use illegal acrylic powder. It should not come off in a glue like sticky substance. It's bad for your nails and skin. It is so hard to get off it destroys your skin. Once I finally got most of the crap off my nails I realized it was just stuck to my fingers now. Also they allow solicitors into their salon to try to sell you things. This really put me off because I enjoy this time by myself to sit without talking and the women selling things became rude when I wished to be left alone. read more

I got a manicure and gel nails with a design, the girl who did my nails did not take the time to do a detailed job, when i asked her to fix the crooked nails she had filed she just simply filed it a bit more so i had to point out exactly where it had to be fixed , the led light that was used to cure my nails started burning my nail bed, when the burning finally got unbearable i let her know, i asked her to please use another one, she seemed really bothered , then she got the gel onto my skin and that burned even more it seemed that her getting gel on my skin had inconvenienced her she seemed bothered, the design i asked for was poorly done as if she barely tried , it was mostly her attitude about the whole situation that made me want to write a review, the only positive thing is that they seemed very sanitary read more

I noticed they used disposable implements which made me very happy. The men that work there are not necessarily what I would consider the most professional; however, they are very good at what they do. I went in bright and early for a full set coffin style nails. To make a long story short I lost 8 nails within a week and a half and I don't do manual labor. My nails are strong on there own so for me to break a nail is not common, much less 8. I was new to the area so I tried this place based on the yelp rating and I was sadly disappointed. The customer service was horrible, clearly talking about me in front of me along with the horrible full set, I would not recommend this mail salon. I went to the nail gallery this morning with my grandmother and she asked for a manicure and gel polish. The guy who was doing her nails was in a rush and did not take his time to paint her nails as she asked him to. Another worker comes and tells me to move because a customer came in. He could have asked more politely but instead he says "will you move." I immediately ask to speak to who ever was in charge because their staff was just being disrespectful. Reminder: they just opened so there was only one other customer besides us and plenty of tables open. Never have I gone to a nail salon, even when it's busy and been treated like that. Let me start off by saying this was my go to place and use to love it here but my last 3 visits have been horrible. I usually go in for a mani and pedi and my mani's are usually gel. One time I went in to get a white gel on my nails the guy rushed that you can see the nail polish brush print on my nails it was horrible. The last time I went I asked for a specific color and even showed a picture of how I wanted my nails and the guy doing my nails asked another guy what color it was and he pointed out a color I was uncertain about but he told me it would look just like the color on the cap needless to say it was nothing like that and I told him that was not the color I wanted nor nothing like the color he said it would be, then the guy told me it was my fault because that's not the color I named but I clearly even showed him a picture. Anyways I was literally the last person out the salon because they couldn't get it right I was irritated and the attitude they kept giving me was ridiculous. I think anyone who is going to pay a high amount for a mani and pedi should at least be satisfied with the results. I wasn't. Never going back. I've been going to nail gallery for over 6 months and they do the best spa pedicures I've found at a nail salon. I love the spa quality products (not the Sally's pink lotion) and the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. I refer to them Norcross's little secret. The chairs are state of the art and they truly pay attention to the details. I love the foot massages and the price is comparable to the level of service and products used. They have a great array of colors (not the cheap stuff, OPI, Michael Kors, etc.) and they also offer facials. read more
