TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I SHOWED A PICTURE AND GOT THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO FRENCH TIPS OR BOX SHAPE WITHOUT CURVY ROUNDINGS AND DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT COLORS AND THE BRUSH WAS DIRTY , she was also coughing without a mask, sneezing without a mask and she CUT my cuticle and I said "ouch that hurts" she then laughs and brush it off and tells me to "calm down". When I was correcting her mistakes on my french tips she kept saying "i know i know be calm" BUT SHE DID NOT KNOW she didn't do anything right terrible job!!! These are the nails i asked for vs what i got. The vibe was terrible she had no manners and had attitude like I was doing something wrong ITS MY MONEY IM PAYING so why not fix it how I want it !! read more

I wwent in today trying to get a pedicure. There were SO many sanitation issues. First, the technician went from one spa chair to mine and attempted to touch me with the same gloves on. Eeww. I asked her to change her gloves and she complied. We then proceed. When it's time to file my nails I notice old pink polish on the nail file along with other gunk. I asked her if they reuse their files and sponges, she said yes. I think asked to speak to the manager who I informed was a safety violation. I let her know buffers and files can not be sanitized and are meant for one time use... she did not care AT all! She was rude, short, and not concerned about the potential infections they are handing out. YUCK. I got out the chair and left... I stopped at the next nail salon I saw and they understand sanitation and cleanliness. I will never return to this salon. read more

I needed to get my nails done and I tried to see if the local nail salon would be up to par. The lady's were nice but clearly not skilled in building a long lasting nail. I did a fresh full set of "ombré " (pink and white blend) because they refused to do and claimed they did not know how to do a nude and white ombré with sparkle on top. In all reality, it is the same technique. I was kept there longer to soak my previous nails off where as my normal nail salon would dremel down my nails off and not waste my time. Not mention, most importantly, only 4 days later, my nails start popping off. To pay $60-$70 plus tip for a full set of nails that you expect to last at least 3 weeks minimum is ok with the expectation that it will let. I'm four days in, and two nails popped off with 4 others ready to pop! I pay $60 for a full set at the awesome Top Nails off north Druid hills road and my nails are always top notch, admired and don't pop off! Lasting easily 3-4 weeks. All I can say is that convenience isn't always great. read more

I was on my lunch break and asked if I could be out in 45 minutes. After telling the first nail tech that I didn't have time for a pedicure today and no, I don't want my eyebrows done, she passed me off to someone else. Hanna might have been having a bad day, but I've never had a rougher manicure. She seemed frustrated and several times, I winced and said "Ow," to let her know she hurt me - which didn't seem to help. In the middle of working on my hands, she stopped to exchange cash twice with another employee - presumably tips. I'm pretty casual, but that was tacky. I was having my gel nails redone and honestly, they're terrible. They're rough at the edges and one is lumpy where the previous polish wasn't completely removed. I didn't notice until I got to the car, so I went back in to ask if I could come in after work to have it fixed. She took a finger nail file and filed down one of the edges. After seeing that she had no intention of making it better, I just left. I won't be back. When my experience is so much different than the raving reviews posted here, I always wonder who's posting those reviews. Again, perhaps it was an off day for the staff, but I'll pass...there are plenty of other nail places. read more

i came in here with about an hour to spare, i needed a fill in with gel polish, they only had about 30 colors (my regular nail salon has about 100-200)... and they all looked old and not very flattering (to me of course). so i decided to go with a pink and white ombré with sns.. i wasn't expecting it to be good, all in all the atmosphere was nice but it didn't seem very fancy or nice with the set up.. but never judge a book by the cover i guess because to my surprise my nails turned out amazing and i would definitely come back but only for the same thing i have now.. it was $40 which is fairly cheap but i didn't get what i wanted when i walked in which is why i put 4 stars and because of the set up it wasn't very nice but all of this is just my opinion. the staff was extremely friendly though. read more

My sister in law and I had to rush to a nail salon as everything was closed. Let's just say, if we had the choice we wouldn't have come here. Only reason they're getting 2 Stars is due to their prices being lower than usual places we go to. Before the gel nail polish, I requested the lady to do their "royal manicure" about 3-4 times. Then they seemed to have understood and said "ok. Ok." Great. Then she begins and I notice she barely puts any lotion on me. Not to mention she forgets one arm fully. Then barely massages my arms and starts with the nail polish. I don't say anything as I think maybe after the gel they will do the rest of the cleaning - who knows how they work. Welp, nope. She does a horrendous job on the nail itself with as you can clearly notice in the picture, plastic like uneven areas in the bottom of almost all the nails. Like, gel gets hard. How the heck am I supposed to even fix this? Anyway, then when I tell her I wanted the royal id this was the royal. She says, "no I didn't do royal. I did regular it's cheaper." I tell her" I waned the royal, as I don't really care about the price." She just seems to say, "ok." And asks me to go wash my hands and takes off her work coat and tells me to have a good day and leaves after she takes my money... I personally have nothing to say. You all come here at your own will, but we are never ever coming back here again. read more

My second visit here since last summer. What has not changed? The service! These ladies are friendly, fast, and most important: THOROUGH. I love a thorough pedicure! Nice selection of Opi and Essie, as well as some other brands. I have not received a manicure yet at this location. They offer brow waxing as well. I've been meaning to come back for some time, but could not remember where this salon was located. My first visit was just because I was in the area last summer. I will not forget again, this salon is now my go-to for pedicures. read more

Went with a friend for the first time to this location to get gel nails. Mind you, I already had it on my nails and needed a color change. One - they are extremely busy but they don't want to turn anyone away so they will start the first step of whatever you need done and then leave you there as they work on a handful of other people first. Two - I can't stand places that drill the top of your nails when you're doing shellac - that's the whole point of shellac is so that you have less damage to your actual nails. I will never go back here or to their other location. My nails are so thin now that they broke instantly and the polish looks awful. Save your money! read more
