So upon arriving I was offered a water and a snack from a basket by check in. Very nice touch except I didn't have a chance to eat my snack or open my water because I was seated immediately into a very nice spa chair and Tina started my pedicure removing polish while the bowl filled and June started my manicure after I started my chair for 30 minutes. They were both done by the time my spa chair stopped but June reset for 20 more minutes so that I could dry bc they don't have traditional dryers for natural nails. Tina used a small fan on my toes. So I sat there for the about 15 minutes before leaving. If you pay with a debit/credit card there is a $2 charge so including tips my total was $60 for the basic pedicure and manicure. Basic includes nails trimmed, cuticles trimmed some pumice stone on my feet and a light coat of lotion. I brought my own Opi polish. My cuticles could've used some oil so I did that when I got home. The place is extremely quiet compared to any other nail salons I've been to. No chatting between technicians or clients. I'd say that Tina might of said 10 words total and June at max 20 words. See in the past when I did have my nails done I was always super picky and stuck with one nail tech. I immediately logged onto to Yelp to search reviews. Time was ticking so my daughter suggested that we go to Lynn since we've always seen it in passing. "But they don't have any reviews" is what I kept telling her. She kept insisting while I was extremely skeptical. We arrived around 7:30 pm thinking that they closed at 9. The sign on the door read 10 am - 8 pm. I asked if it was too late but they welcomed us in. Lena was my nail technician. She was very pleasant and seemed to be very experienced and knowledgeable. My daughter helped me to explain what I wanted and she knew exactly what I was talking about. The end results are exactly what I asked for I love my nails! The $45 tab came as a bit of a shock at first until she broke the charges down and my daughter assured me that was right. We didn't get the name of the tech who attended to my daughter but she seemed rushed and a bit agitated. This may have been her normal attitude but this is how she came across to me. My daughter used the terms rude and off putting. The prices are listed high on the wall to the right when you come in. I didn't notice it until Lena pointed it out to me. I wasn't fond of the decor but the place was very clean. I didn't get to see the restrooms so I can't comment on it. One last thing that I must say, I love the fact that Lena spoke English. Even when her co workers spoke to her in their native tongue,her response to them was always in English. As I have stated before in another business review, we (my family) make it a point not to speak in our native tongue around others while we are being of service. It's my opinion that it's a bit rude after the person has initially heard us speaking in English. All in all I will most definitely return and hopefully become a regular client of Ms Lena.

That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unnecessary. For anyone looking for the original team, Lily is now at USA Nails on Highway 78 (you can ask for Kim), and Tammy is now at Luv Nails. They continue to provide the same great service many of us were used to. It's really disappointing to see a business choose to spread misinformation instead of focusing on treating customers well.
