If you want to support this business the only person worth your money is Eden. Okay so I would like to start by saying I have been coming to Nail Gallery on and off for a little over a year. Tim (Tin? Jim? Idk THE OWNER) has always been kind to me whenever I come in because I would always go straight to him to get a full set. His customer service would always be out of this world!! I would be offered drinks, snacks, pillows, etc. Today is the first time I went to Miss Eden who has SEVEN years under her belt of being a PROFESSIONAL nail tech and when I say the difference in results was PHENOMENAL. Her attentiveness , her kindness, and efforts to fix the mistakes he made were so appreciated. I haven't seen my nails look this healthy in a minute!!! Thank you Eden!!! What I'm disappointed about is the fact that after I told the owner that I would be going to her? His usual kind attitude towards me disappeared. He ignored me the entire time I was there and became very bitter towards Eden and me during my appointment. If you want to support the business? Come and support Eden for your new full set. Listen- this salon has stepped up! I loved coming here years ago & love it that much more today! Officially on vacation as of 5:00 pm today. Friday night, 5:15 pm came without an appointment. 6 pm was taken to my pedicure chair & I can tell you with the crap World stress on us all it doesn't hurt to sit & rest for a moment. VERY calm music, the sound of water from the pedi chairs, small chatter & laughter is TRULY relaxing!! EVERYONE is kind, respectful & really good at their job! I could stay here all night!! LATE UPDATE!! So after I got one nail repaired, that Thursday (3/07) the left middle finger broke off. I've been growing my nails since Oct 2024 and my nails never broke or chipped so I saved it thinking maybe someone could glue it back on vs a tip. Saturday came and the right middle finger began to break. It was starting to hurt so I went ahead and cut it before it snagged on something. So both middle fingers are cut. Couple days later my left pointer finger began breaking across below my nail bed so there is no ripping it off without possibly drawing blood! In less than two weeks I've had 4 nails crack and or break and that has never happened before! To think I was to blame when this has never happened is sick! I leave this review to warn people who get their nails done not to go to a place based off of location! Take your time and find a good nail tech even if you have to travel 30-45 min! read more

Issues: one nail completely came off 2 days ago like it was a press-on. Daughter's polish has came off again for the 3rd time. I usually get gel, but it always peels off like a sticker due to them skipping steps because she's a kid. But you expect for me to pay full adult price for an 8 year old??? I told them the previous issues, they said they would make sure to get it right, and still failed. Never again. I went to Nail Gallery on a Saturday around 5pm and requested the "I deserve it" pedicure. I didn't deserve the weak pedicure I paid $40 for. The entire time I felt rushed while the staff talked incredibly loud and cross conversation went on through out the 50 minutes I was there. I don't mind a fun work environment where the staff jokes and talks with one another but this was NON STOP the entire time. Additionally, a few options that were to be included in the "I deserve It" pedicure were left off including cuticle and "long massage". I had to ask her to please file my nails and trim my cuticles. Seems like these are both standard for a pedicure? Additionally, a glass of wine was to be included and was never offered to me. Granted I don't drink but I was going to ask for hot tea instead. Also, the chairs and area around the chair appear dirty and need a deep cleaning. Try somewhere else first. read more

I was completely disappointed by the service or lack thereof. When I arrived, I asked if they had SNS Bubble Bath color for my fingers. I was told YES. Fast forward after the Nail Tech took off my SNS she told me they didn't have Bubble Bath and showed me a very light see-through pink as an option. I told her I was not close to Bubble Bath and to do a natural pink and white ombre. She went to speak with the male Nail Tech, who did not greet me when he came over but told me they don't do ombre SNS and walked away. I then asked the Nail Tech, doing my nails for a natural SNS pink and WHITE without an ombre. I showed her a picture, and she told me my nails were too short. At this point, it was obvious I would be paying for a color I would have to settle for. The picture below shows the length of my nails after she finished. Took my boyfriends 13 year old sister here after seeing other reviews that were all positive and had pictures of their nails looking amazing! My gel pedicure turned out alright, however got no massage or hardly any scrub. The little sis her pedicure looked alright, however the nail tech cut her foot open with the callus remover, using way too much force to remove a non existent callus..... after an hour and a half of us already there, the little sis was finished with her pedicure and manicure, i was finished with my pedicure, they then started my manicure. A fill in with gel polish. Took the nail tech another hour and half..... and the paint was sloppy and see through. I thought the nail techs were really nice, but I will not be returning to spend $100 on a basic pedicure and a fill in........ read more

This was not the first time I visit this nail salon. I had gone a few times prior and had decided to make it my go to. After this last experience, I have to say I will not be back. I walked in and was asked what service I wanted done. I said I wanted a gel pedi & SNS mani. They showed me to the chair and began the service. I had one young lady doing my mani, while an older lady did my toes. The young lady did great. No issue with that. Now, the older lady is where the issue came. She was doing my toenails and she made me bleed terribly. She kept poking at my big toe trying to clean up the cuticle and the sides of it but she did it too deep it started bleeding. It would not stop bleeding and it was painful. She continued to pick at it even after I told her that it was hurting. I would even pull away at times. It was so bad I just wanted to leave, so I told her not to put polish on them. When it came to paying for the service, they didn't even offer me a discount for the pain and suffering I encountered. Weekly specials for SNS are amazing. You won't find this quality or price anywhere else! Lisa takes her time and does an awesome job! My nails have never looked better. They never rush you and are SUPER friendly! I must admit, one thing I love just as much as the service and pricing is the fact that when I ask for certain details on my nails they NEVER get annoyed or start talking in their language in front of me (more than likely about me). Other salons should really take note!! I love it here!!! Update: Sadly... I called today and they informed that the specials ended. The only reason I came last time was because I fell in love with a glow in the dark SNS but to be honest I will not be coming back. Some nail techs are nice but there is one guy that are always there who genuinely doesnt care. I was in a rush this morning, therefore, I decided to try out this new location where I have never been before. As this was one of the only places that opened at 9:30 AM. Upon walking in I checked in, and a family of three women came in right after me and checked, and after. Despite me coming in earlier, the worker over there wearing a black Adidas top. Did not even bother to check the chicken list nor ask us. But instead kept saying out loud, how the family who came after me was before me. However, I left and go as one o the member was a little girl and it was her birthday. I let the person who came in after I believe his name is Kevin, and I told him that I have been there before the family they were helping. Despite that every time a new person would come in at work, they would assign it to someone else. After waiting patiently, one person did come in who was late rushed their job and my nails are still sharp as anything not to mention I was given the incorrect color, my nails look extremely bad, but I still paid and tipped as it is Christmas time and walked out. I will never go back there nor recommend it to anyone due to the terrible service I received and my horrible nails. read more

Arrived on Saturday afternoon without an appointment for a pedicure. The atmosphere was nice, very quiet which is what I prefer. It was nice and relaxing the waterfall was great. My technician was awesome although I don't know his name. We had a nice conversation. I opted for the " I deserve it" pedicure for $30 and was very pleased with my selection the foot massage and scrub left me feeling awesome! Upon leaving he added me to their rewards program 1point every time you pay with credit card 2 points when you pay with cash. After a certain number of points you earn a reward. 5 stars! Thats right I give this place 5 stars and there is so many reasons why! Please let me tell you. This is my third visit here. I have not had time to write them a review but this time I made sure I made some time. Lets start of with the decor. Beautiful salon! Beautiful. The environment is sooo relaxing as anyone would want there spas to be. As soon as you walk in there is an amazing waterfall right in front of you. Behind the fall there is multiple spa chairs and in the ceiling one of the most beautiful hand made chandeliers. There is a nice couch to wait on behind the waterfall and they also have 2 tvs for your entertainment. I posted pictures of them. Service. My tech was Chris and he was very sweet. He wasn't one of those people that just did you nails. He asked how my day was and what i did and if Im enjoying the spa. VERY Sweet guy. He took his time and perfected what i wanted. I like my nails super short and natural. They have beautiful colors to fit any occasion from natural to exciting. Chris made me very happy. The owner even came out and asked how I was and made sure i was getting great service. I was def getting great service. Time. I didn't even wait. Chris took me right in and got to work and in 20 mins I was out. I always get gel polish so its quicker but still was pretty quick with a manicure and hand massage. I can not imagine someone coming here and not getting the service i got! I highly recommend this place. When someone goes to a spa they expect to relax and be pampered. That is exactly how I felt. Was just in the area visiting my sister and saw this cute little salon next to a Mediterranean restaurant and decided to give it a go. Little did I know it is nicely decorated with a warming feel inside! My sister and I went inside to check it out and the colors of the walls (light gray) aren't like that bright in your face while your trying to close your eyes and relax in the pedicure chair. Then they have drop down can lights that looks very trendy and compA lot of nail salons that I've been to have the TVs blasting and it is unrelaxing whereas here, they were playing my favorite classic rock and R&B music of the 90s! ( or maybe it was just coincidence). The pricing was totaling more awesome than what I'm used to paying! $20 for the basic pedicure so I went ahead got the "I deserve it pedi" which gave more massaging time for my much needed jogging legs and it was only $10 more than the basic! (I thought the name of the pedicure was cute and fitting bc I really do deserve it lol). Oh yeah and the waterfall trickling down as the lady was massaging my feet was definitely whoozing me towards a mini nap. Check it out, I would definitely recommend this place. I went in yesterday evening for a fill, and ended up needing a new set. My existing set was old so I had no problem getting a new set. I go to this nail salon fairly regularly for my pedicures, nail services as well as waxing. Typically I receive good service so I'm usually happy with the service that I receive and tip accordingly. I am always polite and respectful and they are as well. However yesterday evening was something different. The technician was rough with my hands to the degree that my fingers were still throbbing this morning. I don't remember her name but she had never serviced me prior to yesterday that I can remember. I alerted her several times that I was unhappy with the shape of my nails and she kept saying that she wasn't finished yet. I put my fingers together so that she could see that one hand was not only different than the other, but neither were the shape that I wanted. My pinky fingers and ring finger were a coffin or ballet shoe shape , my index and middle fingers were just straight, and my thumbs were both considerably shorter than the rest of my nails. I always get the coffin or ballet shoe shape. She says again that she isn't finished and that she will fix it. Well needless to say, she did not fix it and I was very unhappy with my nails. I realized that she was determined to do my nails how she wanted and that was that. I wasn't going to cause a scene or go back and forth as that is not how I operate, However I did not receive what I paid for and I'm hoping that this business will see this as a teaching opportunity. A good technician listens and provides what is asked for. This is business and I am a paying customer. There is no emotion in that. Provide me with the service that I ask for. Something so simple as shaping my nails per my request should have been done without hesitation or frustration and without my having to utilize additional resources and time to go to another salon today to remedy the issue. read more
