I'm not a nail girl but decided to treat myself to a gel manicure. The polish looks splotchy and my right hand was so sloppy that another lady told me to come back the next day and she would fix everything. Who has time for that? These nails broke like a tortilla chip failing to support the weight of guac. I have done SNS plenty of times, and NEVER had I had TWO NAILS break off within THREE DAYS of getting my nails done. Okay, you're thinking, maybe she was just too rough on her nails. NOPE. One broke off catching a tissue box while getting ready for my friend's wedding (which was WHY I got my nails done), and the other broke off putting on my shoe. I just... I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the nail quality was, and, considering how much I paid, I am pretty angry. For starters lol I sat with my feet "marinating" for so long that water went cold. The tools looked rinsed off I asked if they had been sanitized and the lady said yes. But they were clearly not clean. Foolishly I continued my visit on for the lady to unfold and turn her used gloves right side out. I asked her several time could she please get new gloves but she acted as if she couldn't understand English and smiled at me. I saw another worker get reprimanded which was embarrassing for me and for her for sure. Oh and I didn't see one employee wash their hands my whole stay and they were bouncing between clients. I went here for a pedicure that was a scheduled appointment. It was within an hour of closing but came when they told me to. I was given a painful "dry" pedicure! I didn't understand why the tech didn't run the water like normal... just thought they had a new pre procedure before your foot soak. Not the case and when I asked about it the tech said you want water... and turned it on and splashed a few drops of water on my feet and then dried them off and charged me the full price for a pedicure. Never will I ever go here again and will not recommend anyone one else to either. If I could give them less than a single star I would. read more

I should have listened to reviews but I really wanted my nails done and Royal Lounge was booked so I decided to try this place. Bad idea. First, my two friends and I had an appt for 5pm. When we arrived we were standing up front for like 10-15 minutes. We signed in and they did check our temperatures. Which I didn't see them check anyone else's temperature after us because they might have been "regulars". We were getting pedicures and the water was super hot. Also the lady didn't put the plastic on correctly so all three of our chairs started making noise and they had to empty all of our water and re-do each pedicure chair for us. During SNS manicure Cindy didn't cut cuticles or anything. She rushed through my nails and feet. IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING MY NAILS, Cindy gets up and goes to paint another clients toes. Left me sitting for another 10 mins. She never said be right back or sorry or anything. That is very rude, especially when client came after me. The quality of the nails done here are horrible and expensive. This nail shop is overpriced and staff is rude. My friend was asking for her nails shorter and the young asian lady got mad and started filing her nails super fast like she had an attitude. Don't take the chance, listen to the reviews. read more

I have never posted a review before because I thought only older people did, but this experience made me post one. I arrived at 11:45 to simply get acrylics removed. The first nail tech nicked my finger as shown in the picture and I expressed how it hurt and she got up and walked away and helped another customer. It took 20 minutes for someone else to come and help me. There is a huge communication barrier and I was told many different things, one being two different prices. It took almost an hour in total to finally get them removed and get someone to communicate with me. No one once apologized to buffing my nail down so much it basically it raw, and they still made me pay the more expensive price I was told. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I've been here a couple of times and they do a pretty mediocre job. The location is very convenient and it looks nice. However, I feel like I ever get my nails done perfectly. This last time was my final straw. The man who did my nails was super aggressive and reluctant to listen to my concerns. He also made me wait an extra 45 mins because he no longer wanted to do my nails. I give it 2 stars because again in prior visits, I would've given them a 3.5 or 4. But past experiences joined with the recent rudeness, pain to my nails, and the wait dropped their ratings for me. If you're in the area, and you need your nails done, why not? I came here with a relatively large party on a Sunday afternoon -- 3 adult pedicures, and 3 child mani pedis. We had a reservation, but still had to wait for almost an hour to start having our services done (half an hour waiting to be seated, and then another almost 30 minutes with our feet in the water waiting for our technicians.) I understand that the salon was clearly busy, but we were basically ignored after first checking in until finally being told to take a seat. Some apologizing for making us wait so long with three young children at the very least would have been appreciated. My technician was nice and did a good job on my toes, but I can't say that I would return here based on the experience we had with waiting. read more
