Awful experience, beware!!!! I had the most beautiful natural nails with gel before coming into LD nails. The man at the front helped me for the first part, he tried to talk me into multiple service none of which I needed (my nails are strong and never break with gel on them). He then proceeded to electronically grind every single one of my nails down to almost nothing, chipping a few the lady then came over and finished the mess he made and tried to glue them. Simple tasks like washing my hair or buttoning my pants became impossible with paper thin nails and within 3 days ALL 10 of my nails were broken, the amount of pain I had to endure was extremely unnecessary and upsetting..it's been 5 weeks and my nails are finally starting to thicken up. I do not like writing bad reviews, but if I can save one person from the mess I went through, I will! read more

I came in for a manicure and pedicure with friends. I don't do my nails often, but was told they charge a fair price. The staff member that helped me was attentive to an extent. However, the polish chipped the next day. She also asked if I wanted to wax my eyebrows and I agreed, but she only waxed the bottom, while I was still sitting in the massage chair and didn't suggest for me to go to the back room. It was not worth the price I paid. Another staff member did my friend's nails. She did get SNS with designs, I'm not sure what her total was, but the person who worked on her was much nicer. She was way more attentive and also asked the person I had to help me fix my nail when it smudged while I was there. I think it just all depends on who you get and I don't go often enough to request someone specific or know the details of what to do. It's my bad, but I do hope others have a better experience. read more

First time visiting this shop and will most certainly be my last! Here for a pedicure and everyone seemed fairly pleasant EXCEPT the person that did my pedicure. She was extremely rude! There was no greeting or anything. She was very rough with my feet, jerking them with every movement! Every time she wanted me to put my feet in or out of the water, she patted the bowl extremely hard and loud! I opted for the middle pedicure (not basic or their top level due to it being my first time!) She seemed very angered by that! I paid for a deluxe pedicure and she rushed through the entire treatment, The massage was 16 secs on each leg (I counted it!) and the entire service lasted 16mins, including removal of old polish through completion of new polish! Finally, at the end she just walked away! No 'thank you', 'I'm done' or nothing! Then she shows back up (while I'm sitting there drying) about 1 minute later with the credit machine pointed in my face! (Still she hasn't said ONE word)! Now I saw people that had finished their service before me and there was no credit card machine bought to them and stuck in their face! When they were ready, they went up to the front desk and paid for their service! So exactly why did she feel the need to treat me 'differently'? Did she think I was going to make a mad dash for the door....toes wet and all....and not pay? REALLY?! She didn't even give me the paper flip flops! Another person working there, came over to me and gave me those! This WAS NOT a good first impression! I tipped as I always do, but I will NEVER come to this salon for service again! read more

First visit to this salon. I don't live on this side of town but need to stay over this way for a little bit so I decided to give them a shot based on reviews. Sunday afternoon visit and I was seated immediately. My services today were a gel fill in and a pedicure with regular polish. The two ladies who served me today were friendly. Likes: Color selection. Gel selection is usually plentiful at most salons but they had a variety of regular polish as well. The salon is clean. I definitely pay attention to how their tools are cleaned, stores and used and I was pleased in this area. They use the plastic "bags" inside of the foot tub. The energy of the salon is good. Not hostile but friendly and the staff over all give a great vibe. Dislikes: Their chairs look deluxe but the massage portion was not impressive at all. Prices aren't posted anywhere in the salon. I was verbally told the prices for the pedicures but I definitely would prefer to have a visual. Didn't know it was an option until I saw another customer with one. Not sure if they have the prices for the nail services on it though. Yelp has a check-in discount for 20% for gel manicure. I think it should be expanded to any gel service. You charge extra for gel, which of course is normal, so why not extend that discount. After all, how often are people cashing in on it? read more

I went there to get my nail done yesterday. I show the first picture to her that I attached with this post and she said she can do it. The second picture that I attached with this post was what she did. Honestly, it is not bad. She is very sweet and try her best to do my nails. I would give her 5 stars but the reason I gave her 4 stars because she used the nail grinder to remove my previous SNS nails color was hurting after she finished to do my nails. 3/30/23- Tracy was my tech and she was fantastic! From her very friendly customer service, very soft upsale approach, excellent eyebrow wax and tint skills (she completely saw my perfect eyebrow shape I had not seen in years ) to her great perfectionist eye for her nail work. I really enjoy this specific salon- the prices are fair, the salon is clean and the overall vibe is not rushed. After having a seriously rough day, both me and my girlfriend decided that we needed to step out of mommy role and just relax, gab about our husbands, and get our nails done!! It was fabulous!!!! I got my first set of SNS nails, which I now would recommend to anyone, anywhere! And my friend got her first eyebrow wax, which she said didn't hurt at all! Super beautiful salon and the ladies there were as nice as could be! Miss Tracy is the one who took care of me so I say go up there and get her to work on your nails! This is my first time getting acrylic and gel nails done and i was thoroughly satisfied with the service. I came in with bare nails and my own leftover nail polish i had done two weeks ago. I do suggest cutting and cleaning your nails before asking for you a whole set just because they don't really do it. My nails were pretty short but long enough where you can see them behind the acrylics. (Not a big deal though) Acrylic sets start off at $25 but if you get them shaped i guess it becomes $40? I asked for it to be coffin-shaped. I got my nail inspo from pinterest and i think it was executed pretty well considering I didn't know the exact shade and shape of the nail. I have gone several times because of convenience but they are ALWAYS IN A RUSH. Even if there is no one else there. This last time they did not even fully take off all of my previous gel prior to putting new gel on. Because the gel wasn't fully, they turned out lumpy. She also never asked the shape or length I wanted and filed them into a square; because I wanted them rounded this also made them shorter than wanted. read more

I've been going to this place for 4 years had its ups and downs like any place I still kept driving 35 min to come back however today I went in and I will no longer be coming back, I always get regular pedicure with a gel add on and today mid pedicure she picks up my foot and says I need to pay for deluxe to get the dry skin removed and I said it's okay I don't want that, and she threw my feet down and didn't do anything that's they usually do on the regular instead she put some sugar scrub on my feet and grabbed the scrubbing brush they use and scrubbed my foot with it leaving cuts and burns all along my foot, she had such attitude doing my feet after I declined paying more for a deluxe she was just so angry everything she did she threw my feet around and was so rude. This was the worst my nails had ever looked. They look nothing like the photo I showed. She cut my real nail and made me bleed and it hurt very bad. While drilling she cut me many more times. She did them like she didn't care AT ALL. She glued one of the nails on crooked and they look so bad and bulky. I then got charged 65 dollars for I don't even know what. They said it was 45 for a full set. 5 extra for length but then she changed it to 10 for length. and an extra 5 for narrow tip. I will never ever go back. UPDATE : just called and they said they charge 30 for a full set when they told me 45 in person. I went back and they clarified what I have was 45 but I asked for regular acrylic full set. she said my nails were extra long and " too long ". they didn't care at all that I was upset and that I didn't like them. She told me she could remove them or give me $10. I chose the $10. read more

First time at this nail salon. I was content when I walked out. The massage chair wasn't the best but my nails seemed fine. I paid $30 for gel manicure and $50 for gel pedicure. I left a good tip and all together spent about $100. It's only been a couple of hours and my nails started chipping and my feet are looking dry and the skin looks worse than when I went. The toe nails seem fine for now. I travel tomorrow so I won't even be able to return to get it fixed. Will not be returning to this place. Feeling disappointed. read more
