Customer service was great, but the pic says it all. Some nails have a gap between the paint and the cuticle. A few fingers were left with polish on them. I wasn't allowed enough time for my nails to dry. They were tacky for a very long time after I left. I'm writing this review about 8 hours after I got them done and they all look beat from the polish not being dry. I wasn't rudely rushed out or anything, but the nail tech touched the nails, said I'd be fine if I didn't bang them, and so I had him pull my keys out of my purse and left. Didn't bang anything. I was very careful. But they're fingers. I had to put on my seatbelt and drive home. I'm going out of town tomorrow and don't have time to get them repainted. This was my 2nd time coming to French Nails . This was my first time getting a pedicure from them and let me tell you it was the most saddest pedicure I've ever had. The lady smiles at me and begins. ALERT They don't use the sink plastic covers in the pedicure bowls and this made me want to stop.However, I just prayed that everything would be okay and continued. I noticed while she was doing my feet that she seems like she was barely there. What I mean by this is that she seems out of it, not focused, or into it . I didn't feel any passion or desire from her to want to give me a great pedicure. Keep in mind I was getting my nails prepped for SnS at the same time. I told the ladies that I've been on the beach for a while traveling and I needed a good scrubbing . The lady continues to slightly scrub my feet like it was a babies' head. ( if the lady that was doing my pedicure didn't speak English you would think the lady that was doing my sns would rely her the message for me so no hint of team work ) Another thing that happened during my pedicure that I didn't like was that the lady started whipping the insides of the bowl ( you know like where the dirt would sit like in the rim of the bath tube ) I felt like she should of did that while my feet were out of the bowl or at least when the pedicure was done . When my feet was ready to be moisturized before the polish she put oil on my right foot and the lotion on my left foot. I was not sure why or what happened but I didn't say anything because I just gave up on this experience. I think it was cuticle oil. This is what I mean when I felt like she was out of it or tired. My appointments at 1pm . She proceeded to paint my toes I wasn't watching her that well because I was paying attention and trying to hold me hands right for the nail tech doing my nail for sns . All the sudden she leaves and goes to sit down . I assumed she was done so I told the nail tech that we could go sit down at her station it would be better for you. I regret not checking or watching her cause I didn't notice how poor my toes look until I got home. The job was extremely poor and if it wasn't for my finger nail design coming out good I wouldn't of noticed. My feet were dry didn't feel good at all . Felt like something I could of just done myself . I will never pay to get a pedicure done at French Nails again. I have had better pedicure service in the area. However it could of just been the person I had . She didn't help me put my toes on after :( The Sns experience was fine ! My tech knew what she was doing and it did a great job on the design. Even though it doesn't look as natural as the picture I showed her I still love them. She took her time and she helped me pick out the colors. This is my first time doing this almond shape so I was nervous, but I told her to make them look good. French Nails have some great finger nail techs for sure !! you lost me with my pedicure experience . And have filled every single nail art request I have ever asked for. They keep it real with you, and always go out of their way to make the customer feel great!! They have A LOT of appointments year-round, but especially during peak seasons (i.e.: major holidays, prom, homecoming)- so walking in isn't always an option. They make sure your appointment is about the quality. They do a really good job with designs & make sure it's the length you prefer. The lady I had was quick yet very efficient. This salon relies on appointment only. They call you to remind you of your appointment because if you're late it sets all other appointments after you behind, so be polite and tell them if you're going to be late or won't be able to make it. A lot of animosity is vented to clients and staff regarding other clients. T, the owner was especially unprofessional and a lot of cussing goes on that honestly makes you wonder how they speak about you once you are out the door! It is NOT a place to go relax as I first anticipated. With each visit, they became increasingly unprofessional ( as a client you are there to relax and unwind, not to hear about all of their issues, problems etc). The only nail shop in the area worth going to and believe me I've tried tons! Their work is miles above the rest in quality and the artistry they display. I always leave with my nails looking fantastic and they stay that way... That being said the secret is spreading and they do book up so call ahead to make an appointment! Absolutely terrible customer service. We called first thing in the morning at 10:05 for three pedicures, two eye brow waxes, and a set of gel nails. They scheduled us for an appointment at 10:45. When we arrived they told us they had no record of the call to schedule and they had no time for us. This is the second time they have told us they didn't have time to do anything for us. This happened once before around Mother's Day. When our concerns were expressed the lady, who refused to give her name, said that the gift certificate we had couldn't be refunded and to talk to the manager Thursday because she wasn't going to do anything for us. This has been a very poor experience, and I will not be going back. We ended up down the street at Da Vinci Nails and Spa. The experience was much better and I would definitely recommend Da Vinci over French's terrible customer service. read more

Sadly I didn't even get a chance to try them out. Went there today approximately 10 minutes after they opened wanting to get a pedicure and fill in. With only two customers in there and three workers from what I saw, I was told they could only do my fill-in and not my pedicure.
