Terrible service. I requested JUST a clear coat and had to continuously tell them I did not want color on my nails. When they were doing my nails she said $15 for gel, okay fine. For my toes I requested just a white gel(done TERRIBLY WRONG btw) which comes with the pedicure($45). I ended being charged $95. Then while I'm at the register paying she said oh I forgot to add the gel. Service total then was $105 for a clear coat and pedicure. Rip off do not go here!!!!! read more

This salon does nails really nice. I'm very difficult and undecisive when I get my nails done, but they always deliver while being nice and accommodating. They can do all the new trends and designs. I recommend having an inspo picture if you are difficult like me to make sure you get what you want. I have been serviced by Tina, Sonny and Anette. Pricing is fair compared to other shops nearby. The shop is further in the back, so make sure you got to the right shop. read more

While we went in on a whim as we thought they might have been busy, that wasn't the case. We were taken care of immediately. However, we were interrupted like 3 times because they had to do an eyebrow tint, took care of someone who wanted to purchase a gift card and something else. I didn't appreciate that and that was more than 10 mins they were gone. The manicures we got felt rushed. The name does have the word "spa" in it so you figure you would get a lil bit of care too. They had no nail dryers and what was used on me was a small fan. I didn't get the full use because it had to be given/shared with someone next to me. No drying oil for situations such as this and for such a spacious place , I was surprised there was no space for a drying station. Very disappointed. They do have quite a selection of nail polish and a mountain of pedicure chairs and the most innovative check out system, so why not get a drying station? ‍ read more

Came in here to get my nails done before the first day of my high school started. I had just a gel polish manicure. The staff was really nice, and wore masks. The lady who did my nails were a bit rough on my cuticles on one of my fingers and it bled and hurt, but it stopped bleeding quickly and the pain went away after she was done with my nails. I paid $30.00 for it, which isn't bad at all. The outside and the inside of the nail salon seems pretty average, but I can't complain about it at all. There is a lot of variety of styles and colors for you to choose from for your nails. They provide other services such as eyebrows and eyelashes, but I have not participated in those services so I don't know how it is. I would definitely recommend to come here to get your nails painted. read more

Must check out this nail salon. Its a hidden gem! Hidden because it's behind Friends Dacula. It is fabulous, very affordable, and fantastic service and care. They are under new ownership and have only been open for 3 months so ignore any earlier reviews. $20 for a pedicure is a great deal and they do a great job. Manicure was also great, thorough, and enjoyable!!They also give you complementary water/soft drink. I have been looking for a good local place and I finally found it. I figured going to a salon that wasn't as fancy they might be cheaper and do a better job. They were not cheaper they were competitively priced. My nails started chipping 2 days after I just got them done. The nail tech did my nails and she put bubbles under my nails. I was very disappointed. read more

Wish I could give a zero star for the service I have been receiving here lately! The salon is under new management and my nails have not been the same since! Susan use to do my nails AMAZINGLY!!! The new owner Tina does nails okay but she always seems to be in a rush to do them! I heard Annette if I'm spelling her name right does a really good job. I'll be going to her for try and if it's not right I'll start going to Avanti which is in the same plaza! On the other hand my pedicures here are always amazing by Danny! The spot is nice and clean but watch out for the prices. They tell you one price but add extra based on the length of your nail. So if you go you better get the price up front. There are no prices listed on the walls anywhere in the salon. His is a warning. read more

I was a loyal customer for over 6 years. I had emergency priorities arise and didn't patronize their business for a few months. Then, I went in and made a face to face appt. time with Tony. When I returned for my appointment and he said I didn't have an appointment. He was very very rude and laughing with his customer!! I don't recommend them at all !!! read more

I normally go here, and I must admit that Tony (the owner) knows what he is doing and the prices are reasonable, however I would not recommend this place at all. The business is run by just him and his wife, and they are the ONLY employees, so if someone came before you, there's a big chance that you won't get serviced at a reasonable time. The operation times on the window are completely incorrect. They are not open on Mondays as advertised, they normally open at 11 instead of 10 (which is advertised), and still do not come on time, and it says they close at 8, but they really close at 7:30. I do think they are good people, but there's no reason they should be operating a business if they are not willing to commit, or invest in more employees. I know plenty of people who have had the same complaints about them not showing up to work and waiting over 2 hours to get serviced, They do not answer the phone often to make appointments. In conclusion, do NOT go here unless you scheduled an appointment, and even then, are ready to wait a while. read more
