My nail polish was not felt because I don't like to wear nail polish on a regular basis anymore. They had a ton of options to choose from. The guy doing it was very sweet and thorough. I had an appointment for both SNS and pedicure. No one started on my hands for 40 min. There was one other customer in there with 4 employees just sitting on their phone. One of them only came by to soak my nails after I said something. Left my hands in acetone for over 20 min, soaked them again and then finally who I believe is the new owner, came and started rushing my manicure. Very aggressively might I add. My fingers are bleeding from it and now they burn. My sns is so poorly done l. It looks like they poured cement on my fingernails. I was there for two hours. I also want to mention that I did tell them over the phone that I wanted my hands and feet to be done at the same time. Only thing good about this place is the pedicure guy. They charged extra for things at the end. Typical bad nail salon.

I tried another salon near my home and they did good nails but they were a pricey. Then I heard about Michelle at Dip Bar about 4 months ago and tried her out. Needless to say, I have been going to her since. Not only does she do great/beautiful nails, the salon is reasonably priced, and all the staff are nice. There are 6 women in my family (and also my daughter) that go to this salon now. We highly recommend to let the great team at Dip Nail Bar pamper you and your family as well.

I went in for an acrylic nail fill, gel polish and a basic pedicure. My nails look good and the pedicure was exactly what my boss had said, amazing! My only complaint was the staff talked about their client is their native language way too often. The staff spoke great English to all their clients. I was pleasantly surprised at the counter when I went to pay and it was $10 less than I had figured based on the menu. (The menu was not offered to me until I was getting my second service, my pedicure. I did the manicure first.) Over all the staff was very friendly. The shop was clean and they were very careful about cleaning. My nails look great. I will definitely come back.

Then when he said he was done I looked at my daughter's nails and they were all different lengths and the French tips were poorly polished. I asked him to remove the polish and redo it he then said to me I can't make it look exactly like the picture you showed me (showed him just white French tip with square nails) I said ok that's fine however the fact that they are all different lengths is crazy. So I asked him to remove the polish because I will only pay for the set not the polish. So we ended up going somewhere else to get them polished correctly. The fact that he would allow my daughter to walk out the door with really bad nails lets me know he doesn't take pride in his work and doesn't care about the customer. If I could give negative stars I would. Wish I would've take pictures

We were greeted right away by the whole staff and we didn't have to wait, as there weren't too many other patrons around 5:30 on a Saturday. They even offered us a complimentary water or soda. I think this salon is fairly new because I don't remember seeing it before, but we passed by and something told me to stop. My toddler's and my technician was Lisa and she was awesome, it was like meeting a new friend. My feet feel like a million bucks! And the prices weren't even close to such, very reasonable. Lisa was extremely patient with my youngest daughter and was able to paint her dainty fingernails straight from her stroller and even plugged up a small fan to help dry them. It was her first time ever getting her nails painted, she did great and I was pleased. My teenager's technician was Thanh and she was nice as well. She agreed to do a recreation of a design that we found online and we are very happy with the end result. She was also the one who checked us in and explained services and pricing. I admit I don't have a lot of experience with nail salons, as it's not something I want to pay for regularly, but we all very much enjoyed our time here, and are more than satisfied with the quality of customer service and professionalism we received. I would definitely recommend I Love Nails to anyone looking for nail services. I will soon be in need of a waxing service so I'll have to go try that out and then report back.

If I could give this salon zero stars, I would…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. I'm very particular about my nails, and since my regular nail technician moved, I started looking for a new salon. I chose Nail Salon First and Spa because of all the outstanding reviews on google , so I went in with high expectations. Unfortunately, my first appointment was disappointing from the start. My appointment lasted over three hours, which is by far the longest nail appointment I've ever had. Even the technician asked me and my husband, who was sitting next to me, if something was wrong. I replied that I was tired, but honestly, a fill should not take over three hours. I bring my own custom pink acrylic powder because I have a very specific color that I love. When I came in for my fill, it had been about four weeks, so it was completely understandable that my right thumb needed to be redone from scratch. They rebuilt the nail and charged me about $5 for the replacement. What wasn't understandable was that the brand-new thumb they had just rebuilt broke in less than three days. My acrylics normally last about four weeks, even though I type constantly at work, so having a freshly rebuilt nail fail that quickly was very surprising. When I called, the owner/manager told me they would fix it at no charge, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the experience became even more disappointing. The owner/manager, who greets customers and manages appointments, was getting a pedicure while checking people in. I found that very unprofessional. She told me to sit at a manicure station and that someone skilled in the repair I needed would be with me shortly. My original technician was working on another client and said she'd be with me soon. While I waited, I witnessed her carrying on a personal conversation with her co-worker in another language while completely ignoring the elderly client she was working on. The client repeatedly had to say the technician's name and eventually raised her voice to ask if she was listening. Watching that interaction made me uncomfortable. Regardless of the language being spoken, clients deserve their technician's full attention during their appointment, especially when they are paying for that service. Eventually, another technician looked at my broken nail. In my past experiences, whenever I've broken an acrylic nail, the technician has always removed the damaged acrylic and rebuilt the nail from scratch to ensure it was strong and matched the rest of the set. Instead, she simply added acrylic over the damaged area, built up one side, and applied my pink powder over it. Acrylic should not simply be layered over old, damaged acrylic. The result is a crooked, uneven nail that looks nothing like the rest of my set. I'm embarrassed by how it looks and now have to look at it every day. Nail appointments are supposed to leave you feeling confident, not disappointed. The pictures don't even do it justice--it's honestly much worse in person. The nail is so crooked and uneven that the photos don't fully capture how bad the workmanship actually is. Overall, I experienced extremely long appointments, poor durability, inconsistent repair work, and a level of professionalism that did not meet my expectations. I chose this salon because of its excellent reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing like what I expected. I will never return. If you're okay with paying for poor workmanship, spending hours in the salon, and receiving unprofessional customer service, then this may be the salon for you. As for me, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
