Once inside, I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted and my nail tech nailed the designed ! She's so perfect! I never have to tell her twice, worry about pain during my experience, and she's super sweet! I got a super cute design and she's been nailing each one with ease. The man at the front helped me for the first part, he tried to talk me into multiple service none of which I needed (my nails are strong and never break with gel on them). He then proceeded to electronically grind every single one of my nails down to almost nothing, chipping a few the lady then came over and finished the mess he made and tried to glue them. Simple tasks like washing my hair or buttoning my pants became impossible with paper thin nails and within 3 days ALL 10 of my nails were broken, the amount of pain I had to endure was extremely unnecessary and upsetting..it's been 5 weeks and my nails are finally starting to thicken up. I do not like writing bad reviews, but if I can save one person from the mess I went through, I will!

I had my appointment with Tammy, but Mimi ended up finishing up my nails. Both ladies have incredible hands and are so nice and professional. I wanted to get long nails, with a pink ombre and they did an incredible job. I didn't have a preference so they used the powder technique. The worked so fast, yet my nails came up looking soooo good I am so impressed. A guy (didn't ask his name) did my pedi. I chose the Charcoal Detox Deluxe pedi and I was in heaven! it smelled so good, they scrubbed and used hot towels and they came up looking so cute too! Do plan to spend 2-3 hours there, and make sure to make an appointment because they do get very busy. They have me wanting to get my nails done more often LOL I totally recommend them!
