Once inside, I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted and my nail tech nailed the designed ! She's so perfect! I never have to tell her twice, worry about pain during my experience, and she's super sweet! I got a super cute design and she's been nailing each one with ease. The man at the front helped me for the first part, he tried to talk me into multiple service none of which I needed (my nails are strong and never break with gel on them). He then proceeded to electronically grind every single one of my nails down to almost nothing, chipping a few the lady then came over and finished the mess he made and tried to glue them. Simple tasks like washing my hair or buttoning my pants became impossible with paper thin nails and within 3 days ALL 10 of my nails were broken, the amount of pain I had to endure was extremely unnecessary and upsetting..it's been 5 weeks and my nails are finally starting to thicken up. I do not like writing bad reviews, but if I can save one person from the mess I went through, I will!

The guy doing it was very sweet and thorough. I had an appointment for both SNS and pedicure. No one started on my hands for 40 min. There was one other customer in there with 4 employees just sitting on their phone. One of them only came by to soak my nails after I said something. Left my hands in acetone for over 20 min, soaked them again and then finally who I believe is the new owner, came and started rushing my manicure. Very aggressively might I add. My fingers are bleeding from it and now they burn. My sns is so poorly done l. It looks like they poured cement on my fingernails. I was there for two hours. I also want to mention that I did tell them over the phone that I wanted my hands and feet to be done at the same time. Only thing good about this place is the pedicure guy. They charged extra for things at the end. Typical bad nail salon.

The worked so fast, yet my nails came up looking soooo good I am so impressed. A guy (didn't ask his name) did my pedi. I chose the Charcoal Detox Deluxe pedi and I was in heaven! it smelled so good, they scrubbed and used hot towels and they came up looking so cute too! Do plan to spend 2-3 hours there, and make sure to make an appointment because they do get very busy. They have me wanting to get my nails done more often LOL I totally recommend them!
