I went two days before memorial day. The pedicure was fine. The manicure was AWFUL. I asked the nail tech to file my nails in one direction. She did not understand my request and when she filed them she sawed my nails back and forth. This technique damages the natural nail. Two days later my nail polish chipped. When I removed the polish my natural nails were in terrible condition. They were severely peeling apart. I have very healthy and strong nails and she ruined them. Six weeks later I am still dealing with my now crappy nails. I will NEVER go back again. read more

The customer service was outstanding! I brought my grandson with me for a mini pedicure and they were wonderful with him! I had a pedicure and SNS hombre pink/white done. He trimmed all my nails but the nails on the left hand are shorter than the right. My nails are filed with square round shape...except my thumb which is round. I had to point out obvious flaws which he fixed by filing my nail shorter than the skin. I'm disappointed in the quality but their customer service makes me want to try them again. read more

This place was almost my last resort due to the other salons having an hour wait for a pedicure. The staff was friendly! The interior was a bit dusty and dirty, like it needed a good deep clean. I don't know the name of the elderly woman who gave me my pedicure, but she did an amazing job with the massage part she really took her time. The actually pedicure looked like my 3 year old did it. I was really confused as to how she thought that was okay. There was paint all over my skin off the nails and she didn't bother filing my nails just cutting with the nail clippers and left at that. I'm sure there are staff that can give a better final pedicure but I'm just not sure if I will come back to find out who they are. read more

Came in without an appointment for a pedicure and was seated right away. In looking at the menu I saw one option listed a foot massage without a time. When I asked how long the massage would be the person assigned to me didn't understand my question and had to get someone else. They also could not give me the amount of time. The pedicure was fine, came time for the foot massage, and as soon as it began a 6th-grade teacher was seated next to me. How did I know she was a teacher? She was yacking on her phone complaining about the teachers she worked with and how she was the 6th grade chairperson and wanted to switch to the 7th grade etc. She was oblivious to the fact she was in a spa environment and no one else in the place was making any noise let alone on their phones. Of course, none of the employees asked her to be quiet. I was then asked to get up and sit at a manicure station for the neck and shoulder massage. That was a little awkward but felt nice. I attempted to make an appointment with the same person that did my nails about a month later but they acted like they had never heard of the name she gave me when I called. read more

They are misshapen they weren't buffed well and the girl cut me multiple times. Their pricing for their services have also gotten ridiculous. Needless to say I'll be finding a new salon. read more

Let me start off with their posted closed time is 8pm for today (Friday). My wife and daughter (10 year old) walked up, while I looked for a parking spot, at about 6:30pm. A worker saw them coming, ran up to the door (which had a closed hand written sign) and locked it just before my daughter could open the door. My daughter was in dire need of use of the restroom and they don't even have the decency to talk to u, just lock the door in our face and walk away... We went across to LV nails (same closing hours and stayed 15 mins after to finish) and gave them our business. A set of "pink and whites" with gel, a kids pedi and two royal pedi. I will never go back to perfect ten, since they lack basic customer service skills. read more

When I came I got the herbal spa pedicure and enjoyed my experience. The gentle yet firm hands messaging my cankles was a delight. My nail tech (Alex) was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Called on Monday for a group of 7 for classic pedicures and classic manicures for 5pm on Wednesday. Gave them my name and give them my number (they didn't even ask for a number to keep record of I just gave it to them) We arrived on time 4:57pm on Wednesday. Looked around for our nail polish colors. And then 3 of us were sat down for roughly 15 minutes waiting to get our pedicures done. The other 4 girls waited about 35 minutes because they were short staff for 4 of our ladies. They had to wait that 35 minutes. While waiting my sister talked to one of the nail tech and said we had to call in before hand since there were so many of us recall....I called Monday already! Reference my call log. My pedicure was done already and they finally started on my sisters and mother. Tissue was used between my toes instead of toe separators. At other nail salons I've gone to toe separators were used. The colors were nice. And eyebrow waxing was good but the product apply after waxing for cooling was quite a small burning sensation. Will not be coming back for nails. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Spent over $100 here for gel nail manicures all for them to not be able to do basic line work. We ask them to fix it to all one color instead of the design and they charge another $20 to fix their own mistake. The lady knew she did a horrible job because she kept asking over and over did we like it and we kept trying to get her to fix it before leaving. Came here today to get ombré SNS nails and tips after trying a couple other salons and them not lasting more than a couple weeks. Tiffany did my nails after explaining that the ombré sample was opposite of what she would do because it would look better going the other way. (Sample was orange at the cuticle and lighter at the top, but she did the opposite) She did a great job, didn't hurt me at all like some other places! The only issue I had was that she looked at her phone a few times and responded to texts, but it was always while something was drying. It's a bit more expensive here than some other places I've been, $50 for full set SNS with ombré, but she did a good job and massaged my arms which was a treat! Long story short, she did a beautiful job I think, but it costs a bit more than what I'm used to. Time will tell how they hold up, but I'd definitely go back to Tiffany again! read more

First time coming into this place and I definitely won't be back. I asked how long the wait would be to get a manicure and they immediately sat me so I assumed there was no wait. They put my hands in acetone and walked away, which wasn't out of the ordinary... except no one came back for 15 minutes. After about 20 minutes I was asked to move chairs so i did. The man took my hands out. Filed them down put them back in acetone and walked away. I have time stamps of when I walked into the building and 38 minutes has now gone by and my hands are still in acetone with no one in sight. My fingers were BURNING at this point. I asked them to grab my guy because my fingers were burning and I told them I just wanted to leave. He walks up, sits down, files my fingers and points to the sink for me to wash my hands. NO APOLOGY no checking on me, nothing. Then they charge me $10 to remove the polish on FIVE fingers. I've never had a worse experience at a nail salon. read more

This is the worst place ever i went there to get my nails done for graduation and a man does them and its bubbles in every nail!!! I had french tip and full set i tell another lady and she says it will take 15 mins to fix and when she is fixing it its not even a tip any more the white she puts on it is almost at the top of my nail so i ask can you just do all white i guess i was already running late but i needed my nails done. so it takes 20 more mins. i got in there at 12:15 i didnt leave till 2:47.!!!! i get ti the counter about to pay and ask can i have money taken off since i had to get them redone and not the way i wanted at all she is saying you are the one said you could stay because i needed my nails done dont ever go here i don't recommend i used to recommend no more go to lv nails instead! read more

The girl that did my pedicure was nice enough. I got the standard pedicure. It wasn't the worst pedicure or the best pedicure I'd ever had. The salon is nice and I had no wait time. The pedicure was pretty decent up until the end when I was basically rushed by the nail tech to get out of the chair. I noticed that the salon had become a bit more busy than when I initially arrived so I get it. You want me out of the chair so that you can quickly service the next customer, however pregnant women hate to be rushed. It takes us a little time to move around with a belly. Overall it was okay. Might try them again when I can't get to my regular spot. read more
