Let me start off saying that I hate getting manicures and pedicures. Never liked them because I dislike the feeling of someone handling my feet and hands. I've had so many bad experiences with nail salons being too rough or being so light they do a bad job, that I had given up on doing my nails professionally. That being said, I loved this salon. I started off with a plain pedicure because I came to my nail appointment early on accident. Kelly was so gentle with my toes, but still did an amazing job. All without me having to tell her that she needed to be gentle. I definitely would recommend getting a pedicure with her! I also got acrylics that day with Tracy. She was also so amazing, and has such a talent, it really makes my nails look like art. I think I will start coming with my girlfriends monthly for a spa day! I hope they never change. read more

I came here with my family and we got our feet done, and I wanted a full set. I was given an amateur to do my nails. As a person who does their own nails, I came to pay someone because I didn't want to do them. He was rough, not knowledgeable on how to apply powder or shape nails. All the employees walked by watching but said nothing. Knowing that is looked bad. I ended up being in there for 3 hours and had to leave before finishing because it was getting to late for my child who also got their feet done. I suggest not putting someone new to full set on to clients until they can listen to their client. I was definitely not satisfied with my full set. Everything else was fine. read more

I keep my nails simple but I've watched them do the designs next to me. They can do just about any design and technique for nails. If it's trending, they probably have it; from diamonds to charms, they have all the nail accessories. You could probably message them on Instagram for a quote. They have tons of pictures on there. read more

I started going to this nail shop over a year ago. I tried my best to be loyal but the customer service here just sucks. After coming here over and over, I still have been treated poorly as a customer. Some of the techs just have very poor attitudes. I should have gone back and gotten them fixed but I was so busy with work and school I had to take them off myself. They don't take their time with your nails, atleast with the girl I had. I went here with a pretty simple nail design which I thought they could do since they post such complicated stuff on Instagram. They looked at me like I was crazy when I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the guy was really rude to me. I also think he was making fun of the way my hands were shaking. I don't recommend coming unless you like getting scammed. Hannah was very rude the entire time and left parts of my nails completely unpainted. Make sure you ask for a receipt too because they like to change your tip amount! I can get over terrible customer service but nearly doubling my tip amount without my permission is where i draw the line!! Masks were worn at all times, COVID care seems good. They did my dip nails and pedicure at the same time, which prevented me from enjoying the pedi massage. Guy doing toes was fine, but younger girl doing my nails was a problem. She ran the burr across my cuticles several times, my dip layers are way too thick, and the edges are not clean. She hurt me more than once bending my joints wrong. I get my nails done frequently, and I've never had anyone hurt me so much. Now I have to get my nails fixed, but I just wanted out of there. This is the first time I have been to this salon and I'm so happy that I came. Tracy did my nails, she convinced me to try SNS again, i did ombré & marbled two of my nails, they look & feel amazing! Tina did my pedicure and that was also a great experience. I sprained my ankle two weeks ago and my foot and ankle are still extremely swollen and sore and she took extra care, and my toes still look great! I will definitely be back!!! read more

Loved it here!!! I moved to GA in February and this nail spot is the first that I'd return to here! It's been extremely tough to find a place because almost every place has a review about a client getting fungi, etc. This nail salon is extremely clean. They use a different bag for every client for the pedicure station and use disposable tools but also sterilized tools which you can actually tell are extremely clean and sterilized. Phil did my toes and Kelly did my hands. They were extremely nice and fast. I did a gel manicure and classic pedicure, total was $54. I love that they added hot towels to my hands and legs. Definitely recommend it here!!! read more

They're fakes!! First in for most I do not believe that what they have posted on Instagram is actually their work. I've been going to the same nail salon for six years faithfully every week, and admittedly design is not their forte; so after finding Tom on Instagram I decided to book an appointment with him and drive 55 minutes to get there. I showed him four options of what I wanted but they did not have any of the colors to make anything happen so we went with the most basic design. prior to starting ANYTHING he said over and over that it would look exactly like the picture. The specific design required me to re-shape my nails, but because he said he had what he needed to make it happen I was fine with it. Now forward to pretty much the end, he starts to paint my nails this weird color that is not included in what I should be getting. Once asking him what he was doing he said "oh I don't have exactly those colors" once I started to say that he told me prior to starting he had everything that was needed he then said he didn't understand. Needless to say I was extremely irritated! I ended up settling for a basic regular polish with no design but was still charged for gel polish that I did not use. I wasted two hours commuting and $40 for a basic fill with regular nail polish.Now I have to go to my regular nail salon tomorrow morning to have this crap completely taken off and start with a new set since my shape has been ruined. Once this is all said and done I'll be out close to $90-100 thanks to their lies and incompetence! Save yourself the headache and frustration, DO NOT GO THERE! read more

I really struggled with whether to give them 4 stars of 5 and the ONLY reason that I gave them 4 is because although I LOVED the work that Sunny did on my nails he wasn't exactly the friendliest. He did make small talk but a little too abrupt at times. Jackie did my pedicure and OMG this ladies hands were touched by God! For a full set gel, pedicure and eyebrow wax it was $90.00 which wasn't bad. They offered wine and two people worked on me at once so for all three services I was in and out in about and hour and 15min which you can NOT beat! I'll definitely be going back read more

Love this place it's my go to for a mani and pedi. There is a place right around the corner from me but I drive the extra ten minutes down the road to Rich'z, for the quality. This was my first time visiting the salon and got SNS polish. I started to have my nails chip and lift in a few days and I went into the salon requesting them to fix the issue. Stated that they would only fix the nail that polish broke off of even though all of my nails looked terrible and were all lifting so bad that I was able to get the polish off in a full nail. I paid 80 dollars for a service that lasted me four days and they didn't even cut my cuticles. Worst money spent. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not worth your time. read more

I trust Tracy with my eyelashes and nails so much that I will drive an hour every 2-3 weeks to see her. I'm VERY picky and she is truly a master of her craft. She listens, she's quick and efficient- and probably the best nail tech I've ever consistently have. If I ever stop coming here it'll be because the drive is so long. I get my nails in coffin shape with tons of designs and they always look on point.... I get asked all the time who does them. Tracy is insanely talented and consistent in her work. 10/10.
